I was very happy with my experience. Bebe was my nail tech and she was very efficient and kind. I was in and out in about an hour. Including wait time and appointment time. I got an acrylic fill with French tips. Will definitely be rebooking.

I have visited this nail salon several times and they do a great job and are open on Sunday. I was very pleased with my manicure and pedicure. Before my pedi, my toe nails were not in good shape. The left toe nail (on my big toe) was broken in the middle and the nail tech did an amazing job fixing it. The cost for both mani and pedi was $95 for a full set of acrylic french tip nails with pink and white powder and clear shellac polish on my hands, and french tips with shellac polish on my feet. I highly recommend if youre in the Estero area!

I was so in love with the work they did, I tipped the guy 20 dollars and left in a daze. Gwen took extra time to hand draw a butterfly on my ring finger because I didn’t like the sticker he picked out, and he took good care in making sure my nails looked perfect in the end. They have great service; were very friendly and let me use their wall outlet which most places won’t do. Think twice before choosing another place to get a set done. Well worth the price xx

I have been coming here for 15 years or more. It is sad to see the nasty reviews because I have had maybe 2 negative experiences in 15 years of being a regular customer.It is not a dirty place and to the person who said it was dirty I have to wonder WHY you even stayed for services if you felt that way?I went a few times before I found the person I was most comfortable with.Perhaps someone was less experienced and they probably gave you a less than great experience but there are many who have been there as long as I have been going.I have a favorite and Im sure if you try a couple and speak up about what you like or dont like they would work to make you happy.I think anyone who goes anywhere for a manicure or pedicure should consider leaving a review for the good experiences too because people seem to complain more than they praise businesses in reviews.If you found your gel was chipping you should have gone back and they probably would have redone it.I have no complaints. Love this place. My favorites are Quinn and Tran and Kim.

Quinn is the BEST EVER! I’ve been going there for years and for the first time tonight, I was over an hour late for my appointment because my tired popped on the way. Earlier that day when I called in to see how late he’s working that night, I was told he got off at 6:00. Yet when I got to my appointment around 7:20, he was there waiting for me. He’s truly dedicated to his job and clients! I will always return to him!

I have been going to VIP for over 10 years and yes I have tried other places, only cause they were busy, but i never was happy with the outcome. I will always come back to VIP. I do make appointments now, so I do not have to wait. I love different things and any design I bring to Quinn he never said he cant do it. He does such a wonderful job. Most of the time better then the picture.

They are wonderful people. I dropped my phone and it fell into the footbath. They cought it as it hit the water and brought over the drying light while I pulled the case off. Worked great. Also forgot a bag as we were leaving. The shop closed for the night before we realized we forgot the bag. Went back the next morning and everything was waiting for us. They even asked if my phone was ok. Great people
