I’ve been renting at MY SALON Suite in Estero for over three months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the start, Scot has been incredibly supportive and communicative, making my transition to an independent business owner so much easier. I reached out to him as soon as I heard the suites were being built, and he has consistently exceeded my expectations. Scot addresses any questions or concerns quickly and has been a true partner in helping me establish my business. Joining MY SALON Suite was absolutely the right choice, and I am thrilled to be part of this community.

Scott has been an exceptional landlord, providing consistent care, support, and professionalism. I have been at My Salon Suite for over 4 months now and I wouldnt change a thing! He is always attentive to the needs of his tenants and addresses any concerns promptly and efficiently. As I worked to build my business for the first time, Scott has been an invaluable resource, offering guidance and ensuring I have the tools and information necessary to succeed. His commitment to going above and beyond is evident in every aspect of his property management, from the advanced security systems to the sense of community he fosters among the tenants.The environment within the suites is collaborative and supportive, with fellow tenants working together to elevate each others businesses. The sense of camaraderie and mutual encouragement among the girls in the suites has made a significant difference in my experience. We regularly refer clients to each other, offer feedback, and celebrate each others successes, which contributes to a positive and motivating atmosphere.Thanks to Scotts thoughtful management and the supportive community he has helped cultivate, my business was able to grow and flourish from the very beginning. “I absolutely love my new salon location! The convenience is unbeatable, with easy parking that makes visits stress-free. My clients are obsessed with the huge window that lets in so much natural light—it’s perfect for seeing their true hair color.Another wonderful benefit is the welcoming community of salon suite owners. My Salon Suite in Estero, is my new home for my salon. Studio Di Capelli. The move in was seamless with the landlord Scott, he was always available for questions and on top of every aspect to make the move in a breeze. The Facility is top notch and a great place to call my salon home. Modern facility with a lot of space and a great landlord.

I have owned a successful MedSpa for over 5 years. For over 4 of those years, my business has always been located in one of Scot Cummins’ My Salon Suite buildings (Fort Myers, Naples, and soon to be Estero). I could easily move into another building, property or many of the other “suite” buildings. But I am not. The fact that I am choosing to relocate into another building owned by Scot is a true testament of how absolutely happy I have been.I initially opened my business in an establishment where the owner was less than helpful (an understatement), the building was worn and dated, and issues would be overlooked and not addressed. It is very important to me to have my business in a location that is easy accessible, welcoming, clean, and inviting.Scot goes above and beyond not only in keeping his buildings in pristine conditions, but is willing to help/give advice as a business coach and truly wants to see you to succeed. He is always available and willing to ensure that anything that needs to be done is done right away. And correctly—not by cutting corners. He is amazing! If you are in need of a place for your business, look no more!! I highly recommend Scot’s My Salon Suite buildings in Fort Myers, Naples, and Estero!!
