    I dont remember the name of my hairdresser, but I came in as a walk-in when they were very busy! And they quoted me 20 minutes my hairdresser took me in less than 20 minutes she was fantastic, she really listened to me and looked at the pictures that I showed her for my haircut I got this haircut 2 days ago and I wanted to make sure that I really loved it! Ive Loved haircuts before sitting in the chair but when I went home I have not I am so happy I went there and I will definitely go again! My hairdresser had long black hair Im pretty sure glasses and a nose ring! She was so sweet and professional! I am just so thankful that she got me in right away!I didnt want to delete this review! But Ive been to this Great clips since my last visit, this time I had Ann from Coventry! She gave me the best hair cut! Its been a few weeks since I was there and life got in the way and I forgot to leave a review.

    Great customer service when I entered. Ann Marie cuts my hair every visit. She knows exactly how I like it. I’ve never had a bad haircut. She is friendly & takes pride in her work. Hope she will never leave!!!

    I went there for a service outside of what they typically offer (braid for a 3y/o). They were able to accommodate us. We met with Cassie and she super, professional, and most importantly sweet to my little one. She did a great job and my little one left feeling like a princess. Thanks

    First time going into Great Clip as a walk in. I was taken right away by Michelle. I told her exactly what I wanted and she did exactly that. I am very happy with the out come. I will be going back to Great Clips and seeing Michelle. Great experience.

    Walk-in haircuts done for two children on 12/30. Forgot to review at that time. Great experience, both female stylists were so sweet with them, friendly. Both cuts were terrific. Front desk staff was also very welcoming and kept me updated of wait times. As a new customer, would recommend.

    Kassie is wonderful & personable!! She is knowledgeable and has done a great job with my hair and my mom’s. Not only does she educate me about how to keep my hair healthy, but also checks to make sure I like my cut and that it’s done right. It’s truly hard to find someone like her and I’m so glad we did!

    I was nervous bringing my 2 year old to get her second haircut but needed it done for her school photos. Anna greeted us with a warm smile. She was very gentle and sweet. She did a great job 👏 and we will be back.Thank you!

    Stylist was very personable and attentive. She showed me the final product and I approved. When I got home I could tell by feeling that the right side was longer than the left.🤣 Probably my fault for not paying enough attention! I will be back for my next haircut.

    Lisa did a great job cutting my hair. It flips under perfectly. The online check In system is not working properly. I do believe that the employees do not follow the order. It needs to be a more transparent system and the time given went from 70 minutes to 15 in a 5 minute time frame. The man next to me had 50 minutes to go and he was called before me and I was down to 5 minutes.

    I took my five year old son here and they were wonderful. He gets nervous when he gets his hair cut and they put him right at ease. They were able to give him the cut he wanted and it looked great. They finished quickly and didnt try and sell me expensive products I didnt need. Definitely will go again.

    Friendly workers who made me very comfortable while I was in. They allow you to check in early online so you know how long of a wait, and you can just time your trip in so you can almost walk right in and get in the chair. My simple haircut was $19

    I came in 30 mins before close on a Sunday and they were nice enough to take me even though there was a line. In this situation normally youll receive a rushed haircut but the nice young ladies were very understanding and gave me a great haircut. Trish and Jess were great, will defiantly be coming back.

    Stopped in today for my 2 year old right before his nap time. He sat on my lap during the cut and made a couple sudden movements from noises around him. Sara (I believe) did an amazing job! She was great at telling me what to do and how to position my half asleep son for each snip. She was super patient, but also super talented. His hair looks amazing. We were paying $30 and driving 45 minutes to take him to Bananas- when Great Clips is half the price and did an even better job. Thank you Sara!!!

    They listened to me, got the typical Karen Bob (because it works for me in my simple life)...and listened to my sons wants and needs and have delivered results! Watching a bullet become a bullet(a bowl cut with a mullet) is exciting every day!! 🤣🤣
