    Donatello is by far the most experienced stylist for curly hair I’ve had in my 56 years. My hair, at its worst, can easily look like a giant frizzy pyramid. It’s very thick and past my shoulders. I’ve had many nightmare cuts and know how easily it is to destroy my natural curl. Donatello took the time to talk to me about not only what I want, but also the best ways to care for my hair. My natural, and menopausal, desire is to thin the heck out of it. However, Donatello walked me through the pros and cons of each option so that I could make the best decision for myself. My friends and family also agree that my hair has never looked this good and healthy. Donatello gave the same time and consideration to hair color. I really cannot say enough good things about this stylist. The best way is to say I would drive three hours to have him care for my hair. Finally, as icing-the-cake, Donatello is kind, funny, and makes the time fly by. I highly recommend him!

    My sisters, my mom and I just got our hair done this past Saturday with Jamie as our hair stylist. She is amazing! She is able to blend in my moms gray hair with hilights and lowlights so it isnt a stark contrast. My mom is a brunette and of course the gray hairstyle stand out! My youngest sister was very wary of getting color in her hair, but she absolutely lived the red peekaboo Jamie did. Best part is that Jamie didnt have to use any bleaching on my sisters hair to get it that red! My other sister and I went full fashion colors. I think Jamie did an amazing jobbas always. We have been going to her for several years now. Stephanie and I were excited to try our the neon colors that glow under black lights. Stephanies roots glow much better than mine did but we were having a hard time trying to get a good picture. I would definitely recommend Jamie if you want to go crazy and do fashion colors or even the simple regular colors. She is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience. Also, she is hilarious to talk too. There is rarely a dull moment with her!!

    Checked out the salon for the very first time. Pleasantly surprised by the talented and efficient team. Over the years I have been to all of the top salons in the area. Many times I would leave somewhat satisfied with a much lighter wallet only to find out how bad the cut or color was when I went to style it myself the next day. I am so pleased to share that my experience at this Ulta Salon was far more superior. Suzanne gave me one of the best classic bob cuts that I have ever had. Such a great cut that I have had no problem styling myself. This is the true test. She definitely knows her stuff. Very professional and great experience. I will certainly be returning.

    Ania helped me out today and I just want to complement her kindness and how she really helped me feel comfortable when I have never tried false lashes before. She answered all of my questions, was very patient, and directed me to the best product that works for my eyes! She is definitely someone that Ulta is lucky to have represent their store!

    Excellent service! We showed up at 8:40pm even though they close at 9pm. My girlfriend and I had decided that we wanted to do make up tutorials that night and get some new products. All the girls that worked in there were friendly but one specific one helped us till after closing and she was great. Helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Thanks Ulta Estero for making our girls night fun!

    First time getting my hair done at Ulta, Caitie G. Helped me and I had the greatest experience. I have very long hair and do not go to the salon often and she knew exactly how to bring life back into it. Super pleased with customer service and the professionalism with my cut and style. Highly recommend Caitie and associates here!

    I have been satisfied everytime with my hair never a disappointment ! Caitlin was amazing super gentle and surprises me with my results everytime ! I used to have a dark red and she managed to not only keep red without killing my hair, She has turned it into this beautiful brown exactly how Ive requested . She trimmed my hair and kept my length leaving my hair nice and healthy . She managed to make me smile and laugh after a long day of work she has such a positive energy i love love love it !     After getting cancelled at Ulta in Naples, Tassie was able to get me in here. She was personable and fun to talk to. She fixed my green tented brown that i had done myself. Talked me through my options and prices. She did the cut like my photo. It looks amazing. Im coming back for the highlights.

    Wow this salon is really good! I’ve been to a few ulta salons and they are all truly good. But I went to Caitlin after having my first baby. And not only did she make me feel so beautiful and special but she did a FANTASTIC job on my highlights. I get so many compliments and even after 3 months they still looks so great! They are pretty booked solid so I need to work on booking in advance. Worth it for Caitlin!

    Top notch salon! Lisa, is the consummate professional! I decided to let my hair grow naturally with no chemicals or relaxers. As an older black woman I had been searching for someone familiar with different textures. Wow!! I was beyond excited to be referred to Lisa! She is experienced in all textures and curls, and full of educational resources for me to keep up with her amazing styles!! She’s a Queen!

    Came to the salon for a trim, possible highlights. Even though I didnt have an appointment, they were able to take me right away. My stylist was friendly, knowledgeable, advised me on what kind of products to use for the results I wanted to achieve (and not necessarily anything expensive or Ulta-exclusive). I liked her so much I decided to chop off a bunch of length and skip the highlights, as my natural color looks so good shorter! Am super happy with my experience, not to mention the price: Even with a big fat tip it was under $50. I scheduled my next appointment before I left!

    I have shopped at Ulta for years, but never had I been to their salon. It is amazing. Theyre quick, efficient, personable, and a good price for the work they do. Especially the redken color/vibrant colors work that they offer. 7 months ago I moved down to Florida from Maine after a break up and chopped all my hair off. Shorter in the back, longer in the front. I loved it! But, growing it out was very irritating as they were growing at different rates. I cancelled more than a few times and they very graciously did not charge me. My hair looks amazing, feels amazing and its because my stylist, Jillian, was honest and helpful as opposed to getting money. I wanted to get 2 things done but she told me I really only needed to get the shades eq gloss. It was $25 dollars and it corrected my blonde more than a partial foil did in Maine. I definitely suggest Ulta as a salon, for some reason growing up I thought itd be weird to go there, but now that I have I cant imagine another salon setting! Truly great work, great people, and great results.

    Shopping in Ulta can either be really good or really frustrating. The last several times Ive gone in and purchase something that had a gift along with it theyve been out of the gift.I understand that they have limited amounts of those handouts but I dont think the manufacturers are doing Ulta any favors any good by limiting them so. Also, the sales people are not apologetic.They seem to only restock every couple weeks so Ive been frustrated several times looking for their products.I dont understand why when you have a full line in your store named after your company and thats where they have at least products available. Maybe its just the Coconut Point store but it seems like other ones I visited have also had these issues.

    I went into Ulta at coconut point mall looking for some Nars products out of nowhere I heard “can I help you find anything please” she is so kind and sweet her name is Heather (blonde hair) we laughed talked about the products, I ended up purchasing 3 items from Nars due to her service to help on different options, she deserves to be appreciated she made my shopping experience a great one ULTA keep her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Brooke, you are a make-up genius!You can ask Brooke anything about any product, and it doesn’t matter if Ulta sells the product or not, she knows the product and can show you the perfect dup for that product.Recently moved to Florida so you are more or less permanently tanned? She will help you select the perfect new foundation color so it blends in beautifully.

    Got my hair cut and changed my color recommended by my stylist Christi Nolder and love it! Of course I had to pick up a few things while I was there. Love the Michael Kors Wonderlust roll on perfume. I also went to the clearance rack and grabbed Grace Coles Vanilla Blush & Peony Radiance Body Scrub - love the smell and Grapefruit, Lime & Mint Shower Gel - so refreshing. This place is so addicting!

    Love this store!! The sales people are really friendly and knpwledgeable about a diverse amount of products in the store. Unlike many stores where salespeople have a passing knowledge of 1 or 2 groups of products. This is the only Ulta I visit. Iys worth the trip.

    Visited here to find a new light bb cream or foundation. A young woman helped me with dark hair and glasses. I wish I could remember her name! She helped me find something new and her recommendation was spot on. She was standing by the Lancôme display. I usually don’t ask for help but she was so friendly and knowledgeable I’m glad I did!
