Love this salon! There has been some turnover in the last couple of years, but they are always very accommodating and I am very pleased with my newly assigned professional. Shes been there for a long time but I only recently transferred to her book and have nothing but positive accolades to share. The salon is very well kept and soothing with all the extra amenities like a complimentary coffee/espresso station, wine, and snacks. The space is small and intimate, so I feel like Im getting a spa day each time! I wish theyd go back to being open on at least one weekend day to better accommodate my work schedule, however they are open later during the week. I drive 35 minutes from Jax because I have been so pleased over the years. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-class & chill Aveda salon.

First time at a salon since covid started and I was not disappointed! My stylist, Jeanne, was amazing and took time to recommend products that were good for my hair. She gave me a deep conditioning treatment (with a fantastic scalp massage) that really helped my damaged hair. I even received this Thank You note in the mail today! How thoughtful!! I will most definitely be back!

I am new to area and was delighted to get an appointment fairly quickly with Pam Steadman. She listened to my wants and had some suggestions for what my hair needed to be healthier. I had a really nice experience at this salon. Maybe I just went at a less busy time but it was peaceful and relaxing. Ashley really listened when I was telling her about my hair and she was so helpful in giving me suggestions as I wasn’t really sure what haircut I wanted. I left there with my hair looking so smooth and shiny and it felt so light and soft without a bunch of products in it. I ended up really liking my haircut by Ashley!

My personal stylist is Pam from Elements Salon. I am new to the area and have been driving to Georgia to see the woman who has been doing my hair my entire life. She couldnt get me in for a hair emergency so I decided to come see Pam. After one short appointment I knew that Pam would be/will be my stylist and colorist for life! After my first appointment I was completely blown away. I received more compliments than I had in my entire life. Every appointment after, she has continued to blow my socks off! Im never ever disappointed and always leave feeling encouraged, new, and beautiful! You can tell that Pam is someone who cares so much for her clients. Pam is truly a joy and an absolute angel! She has little miracle hands and the sweetest heart!This salon is so professional and so personal. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. It feels like a little piece of home every time I visit!

I’m so glad I found Shannon at Elements! She fixed my washed out hair with lowlights that pick up natural dark shades and blend with natural grays in a way that can grow out gracefully. I’ve worn my straight, fine hair in a classic shoulder-length cut since forever and Shannon gave me as good a version as I’ve ever had! I recommend her 100% to anyone who is searching for that all-important person in their life--the professional, experienced and savvy hair stylist!

Amazing! I had an appointment with Cristy yesterday and Im so glad I found this little gem! The place itself is clean and not overwhelmed with the smell of hair dye like most places. The rest of the staff seemed to be enjoying conversation with clients, it was easy to see they had a connection beyond the chair. It was wonderful to see a small business thriving. My stylist did a fantastic job, I came in with a hand full of pictures and a vision and she brought it to life. 1000% recommend!

I recently found this salon and could not be happier with the service and results! Pam has been my stylist and has gone out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my hair cut and style. I love the Aveda shine treatments. Have left each time feeling refreshed! Shannon is terrific. First time she cut my hair she styled it so much better than I expected. I realized then Shannon is a superior stylist. I have short fine hair and any mistake or lack of skill in styling and cutting abilities are very apparent. Cannot recommend Shannons skills highly enough. I love the cut and style she has given me. Plus, she is fun and friendly.

This salon is by far THE BEST in the Nassau area! I was immediately greeted and welcomed into the salon. All of the women were too kind and welcoming. I have found my new home for my hair needs. I had Brittany as my stylist, and she went above and beyond. She is truly gifted, and words can’t express the miraculous transformation she performed on my hair. There’s no need to venture anywhere else for your hair needs; these ladies will take care of you; I cannot wait until the brow services are opened back up. My one-stop shop! For over a year now I have been traveling 2 hours one way for Pam to work her magic on my hair. Pam truly goes out of her way to make you feel beautiful while you are in her chair. I typically walk in with a few pictures of inspiration and she turns it into a reality better than I imagined. I have been to the salon since the COVID outbreak and I felt very safe. The salon as a whole is taking all precautions necessary to keep the entire salon sterilized. I cannot say enough good things about Pam and the rest of the staff at Elements. They have my full trust as a customer, you cant go wrong with these lovely ladies!

If youre looking for a FABULOUS short hair style, go to Shannon! I had shoulder length hair and made the decision to get a very short pixie cut. Shannon talked me through the entire cut and made me feel so at ease. She knows what shes doing! On top of that, she is just the sweetest thing. I honestly cant wait until my next appointment with her. Shannon is an amazing hair stylist and an amazing person. As for the salon... EQUALLY AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and so welcoming. No matter what youre looking to get done, I am quite confident that Elements Salon is the place for you.

I think nothing of driving an hour to come to this salon. Lovely decor. Always welcoming. They also offer a wide variety of treatments that always leave me feeling better than when I walked in. Jamie is the cream of the crop and I trust her beyond anything I could’ve ever dreamed. She listens to what I want rather than telling me what should be done with my hair. Trusting your stylist is so important and I’ve found that here in her.

I’ve been going to Elements for several years now, and I’ve always been impressed with their level of professionalism, the cleanliness of the salon, and the final results. Cristy is absolutely fantastic! My hair has never been healthier! During the lockdown, Deb made wellness calls, they offered curbside pick-up on Aveda products, and made phone calls to reschedule appointments when the salon reopened. They posted a video on what the protocol would be with the new safety measures. My appointment went flawlessly. I was very comfortable, felt very safe, and extremely relaxed! Thank you Elements!!!!

I was referred to Elements Hair Salon in Fernandina Beach 32034 last week and loved my first haircut there. When I first came in I was welcomed and they made me feel very comfortable. The hairdresser was very attentive and asked a lot of questions before she started styling my hair. The hair cut took longer than others but that was partially due to the nice scalp massage and other subtle things that made me feel very comfortable. Overall it was a great experience and I would encourage you to try it out too.

Went to Elements a couple days ago and had an appointment with Jamie. She was wonderful and colored my hair exactly as I wanted it. I came to her after I had been to the best rated salon in Jax Beach and was very disappointed with my stringy looking highlights. Jamie fixed it and it looks so much better! She definitely knows her stuff. I don’t think I’ve ever been to the same hair stylist twice but I will definitely be returning to Elements!

Absolutely wonderful experience and outcome. Had hair colored with henna for many years, went to another salon and started on blonde highlights to allow grey to come in, then decided the blonde was just too much. She did some deep conditioning magic, mixed some red for me, and it turned out perfect. Would recommend.

Pam is simply wonderful, she personally met me at the door and helped me with their new Sanitation protocols.Which were absolutely impeccable, a hand cleaning station with hot towels just inside the door, fresh masks, sanitized bagged color smock.Pam worked her magic on my Quarantine lockdown grey and turned me into a Summer Blonde Bomb! She always makes me feel so wonderful when I leave.Personalized attention is what you’ll get from Elements.

Katie freeman, hands down knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s attentive to your request and always suggest the right coloring and look that works for me. I have never been disappointed with the services she provides. I have been going to her for over 10 years and I truly enjoy my time in the chair with her. Pam Steadman is a fantastic, versatile stylist and Elements Salon is a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. My daughter and I both enjoy getting our hair done here and look forward to Pams magic! What makes it the experience so great is that I have short hair, my daughters is long; One of us prefers natural and the other color we go into the salon with thoughts and ideas about what we would like our hair to be and have never left disappointed.
