I’ve been a loyal client of Ansley for years, following her to four different salons because she’s simply the best. She has been there for some of the most important moments in my life, including my wedding, where she made me and my bridal party feel absolutely stunning.Ansley isn’t just a talented stylist—she’s also an incredible person. Her ability to bring my hair back to life has helped me regain my confidence during some of my toughest times. She’s listened patiently when I’ve needed to vent, and our appointments feel more like a visit with a trusted friend than just a haircut.Every time I sit in her chair, I know I’m in the best hands. Her creativity, precision, and warm personality set her apart, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and delivers amazing results every time, Ansley is the one to go to.

Ansley has been doing my hair for years! I moved away and tried seeing another stylist and no one can do it like Ansley. The 4 hour one-way drive is worth it! She listens to you, understands yours vision, and exceeds expectations every time. My hair looks gorgeous after the salon and it grows out so well. Extremely personable and professional. I will continue going to Ansley and I recommend her services to anyone!

Ansley has personally been my stylist for years now and she does a phenomenal job every time!! I’ve also seen Josie and love her just as much! Both of these ladies are incredible attentive and listen to not only your hair needs, but also all your gossiping needs 💅🏻Camille also has incredible talent with her lash extensions/brow business. They all take their time in listening to you and in their work. Highly recommend!!

The Groove salon is one of the best salons I’ve ever gone to. From the moment I first started going I’ve felt welcomed by every single stylist at the Salon. The Owner Josey is the absolute sweetest and is always looking for ways to improve herself and her salon. The entire salons atmosphere is super uplifting and always fun to be in. Ansley has been my hair stylist for years and will be for LIFE! I can’t say enough good things about Ansley and her services she’s offers. From the day I started going to her she’s been super helpful in helping me articulate what I’m waiting for my hair color. I usually go pretty blonde which can be really tricky trying to decide what shade I want to maintain but thankful for her willingness to walk me through all my options and nail them every time!!! I’ve really become close to Ansley after building the trust with her. Hair can be very difficult to master and Ansley has exceeded my expectations and I’m so spoiled now! Love this salon and the impact it’s made on so many people! If you’re considering going here look no further, you’ll never want go anywhere else.

Josey is seriously the coolest person. I’m a hairstylist but I go to her when I want to treat myself to an amazing service. She gives me the best pixies- Alice Cullen hair of my dreams. The salon is gorgeous and such an inviting environment. Very modern and clean. It’s the perfect environment to relax in.She is so talented, kind and a total bad@$$. She truly is inspirational and I really look up to her. She is a strong successful women who builds other up. Her talent and kindness are unmatched. You can tell she is very passionate about the work she does. She has amazing style. Josey is 10000/10 total girl crush. If you are to support any local business this is the one. Her and her staff are 100 percent deserving of all the good things.

I have been, faithfully, going to Josey for about 8 years. Before then, i could never find a reliable or consistent salon expert until I found her. Josey is not only a salon expert. She is your personal comedian, friend, and will constantly bathe you in compliments. I wish i could explain in better detail but.. she feeds very good energy into her work. You can feel it showering you. It becomes more than just hair. She went from renting booths to owning her very own salon. As her client, now friend, you too would be proud of the work she has done and how far she has come along. Her work shows it, her salon shows it, and everyone in the salon adds their very own element. I highly suggest The grove salon for your hair needs, ESPECIALLY platinums. Check out Camille and her lash services! You will not regret taking my review and looking into this salon.To add: in the past, i have asked for dramatic cuts, curtain bangs, money pieces, red/burgundy/black/balayage, or.. i give her the choice. I NEVER regret giving her the wheel.

Sofia did a great job with my hair! It was my first time ever getting highlights, and she explained the process and made me feel so comfortable! Plus, it looks amazing! I get compliments all the time. 10/10, would recommend.

Such a nice and welcoming environment! Sofia does my hair, and always does a beautiful job. I get a full highlight and she makes me look like a natural blonde! Besides how amazing her work is, she is always kind and makes sure that you are comfortable and ready. I highly recommend!!!

Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in! I was able to meet Camille outside of the salon and I wouldn’t have picked anyone else for my eyebrows! My mom and I have been going to Camille I feel like for 5ever! And we both love her dearly to take care of us!

If I could leave 6 stars I would! Josey (and her salon) is such a vibe. She’s very welcoming to ALL, and is a master colorist. Dare I even say the best in Nassau County. I even have booked her for deep conditioning + a Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatment on my curls.

I have recently lost about 60% of my hair density and my hair is see through. Josey color matched K-tips to my hair and installed 3 1/2 bundles to replace the density I had lost. I feel beautiful again and I have my confidence back! The salon is always clean and well maintained. Definitely call and ask for Josey!

The salon is spacious, relaxing, and filled with small touches that create a lovely experience. Only excellence in this salons staff and services. Ive gone from micro pixie to shoulder length and every color you can imagine, and been thrilled with every look Ive ever received from The Grove.

Josey is amazing, and I couldnt recommend going to see her enough. I hadnt gotten a proper haircut in years for fear of it being messed up. I finally went to see her with a very specific idea. Ive never walked away from a haircut happier. It was everything I wanted, but it was customized to my own hair and texture. Definitely worth the visit and many more. :)
