I love Susan. I was so excited when she opened her business in Fernandina! Ive been coming to her for a little over a year now, and she doesnt disappoint. I always look forward to my appointments with her because I know I will leave feeling radiant, confident and fully satisfied with my waxing (brazilian and underarm) experience -- which is hard to find these days. Shes so down to earth and pays so much attention to detail and your skin. Shes also great at making it a comfortable experience, accommodating all her clients needs. She puts her clients first in everything she does and has a natural passion for her profession. No one would go wrong with booking an experience with her because its much more than an appointment. Susan is phenomenal. -

Susan is THE BEST waxer ever! I had a terrible experience with another waxer for my first time getting a Brazilian, so I was so scared to get it done again. But, Susan went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable the whole time and exceeded every expectation. The experience was enjoyable & she even gave recommendations for me to have an at home regimen to use for after care. If you need any wax done, you need to go to Susan! -

Let me tell you I never thought I’d be the woman to visit a salon for waxing, well that all changed in my 50’ & to say I had fear is an understatement, I didnt know what to do, or what to expect or the prices of anything. I get to the salon I’m greeted by Susan, she assures me everything will be alright, I explained I’ve had eyebrow waxing before & had terrible skin reaction with redness & little itchy bumps. She listened closely & explained why that happened and how she does things a little different & the products she uses to assure me I should be okay. So I blindly trusted her, she left the room & I got ready waited with my sun glasses on. She came in & giggled totally understanding my sheer humiliation at this point. Well I can tell you that since my very 1st. Visit I’ve returned Multiple times, I purchased a package, but when she moved closer to my area I immediately cancelled my appts & package and followed her to her new location. Brazil wax in Jax did not refund my money but I didn’t care I was following my girl that I trusted for my waxing needs. Her new establishment is utterly amazing & her services are that of high class Grade A personal quality. She is very informative and caring on a 1 by 1 basis. She will have anyone laughing and before you know it you’re done. I will never go any where else, my daughters now go to Susan, my hair stylist, my nail tech and even my finance guy’s wife. My only fear is she will grow so much it will be hard to get an appt. Ok just kidding because regardless she’s worth the wait. I trust no one but this woman won me over so if your are in need please go see Susan, she is amazing. -

I’m SO glad she opened her business on the island (although I would continue to follow her around anywhere) I have been going to her for 5 years now - she’s quick, clean and very knowledgeable, but most importantly she makes you feel comfortable.
