Really great place. The doctor was so kind. Her assistant the girl training were so sweet. They made me feel so comfortable. I would choose this place over any other! I have had bad experiences at dermos and this was a great experience. I don’t normally review!

My entire experience with Park Avenue Dermatology was great. Unfortunately they will soon will not be accepting Aetna (and I understand Humana) Health Insurance as “in-network” so check your copays for out of network to avoid medical sticker shock. Will I go back for my next appointment? It depends what it is going to cost me. It may or may not be worth the additional expense. I will cross that bridge when I come to it. But I could not be more pleased with everyone I have dealt with. Professional and knowledgeable !

Amazing experience with an office staff filled with compassion, respect, dignity along with amazing medical skills. Katrina at the front desk was amazing as I waited and then was taken back at my scheduled appointment and saw McKenna who did a thorough exam along with recommendations as to our next steps. She was amazing along with her associate and I look forward to making this my dermatology office. For years to come and would highly recommend this location to anybody that seeks out the highest quality patient interaction along with credible medical skills!!!!

I have been using Park Avenue dermatology (Fleming Island location) for 3 years and their service has always been exceptional. They send you plenty of reminder opportunities about upcoming appointments, the front office staff is courteous and professional and the wait times from arrival to appointment have always been shorter than any other doctors office I have been to. The medical team thoroughly explains any findings from the physical exam, and any procedure conducted is discussed in detail and lab results are provided within a very reasonable time frame.

The Dr is energetic, easygoing and doesnt shy away from questions. She will inform you how shes going to be doing your procedure. Afterwards, she will ask if Ive equestions?I believe that I was Dr Saras first appointment (which was intended by myself and ride)everything was done in 45 minutes. I was a returning customer. I lived a life of outdoor adventures, surfing from Florida to Hawaii, and later rock climbing for 6 years. In retirement, I race walk 12 miles/week. My adventures came at a dermatological price. Park Ave has been seeing me to monitor and treat sun damaged skin on my face and scalp. They have been very helpful.I do wish that I had worn a hat more often.
