I’ve been going here for about 6 months and I’ve had a few of their Specialists work on me (from varying levels of experience) and I have been very pleased with every single one. The location is clean and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. Any time I’ve had to reschedule they’ve been super accommodating and worked with me and they are usually very good about communicating any schedule/ specialist changes beforehand. They are super knowledgeable and give great education when it comes to care and maintenance before, during, and after the wax.

Ive been getting waxed here for a few months now. Samantha is very professional and great at what she does. She takes her time cleaning up your skin and explaining how to care for your skin post-wax which I appreciate because not everyone does. Each visit had been a quick in and out. Overall great experience.

I went for the first time for an underarm service and I had no idea what I was in for... As soon as I got in I was checked in less that you could think about it and very soon after Lay came to get me with a big smile and took excellent care of me. She is as friendly and sweet as you could imagine. On my way out Kaela checked me back out, she explained in such great detail the different wax passes I could get and how much money itd save me that it was impossible not to get me a nice wax pass. The whole staff was so excellent and so friendly, everybody had a beautiful smile on their face it would make anybodys day. Im 100% going back there to take care of what I need to, I wish I could give more than 5 stars, my whole experience was 20/10. You will be in excellent hands GUARANTEED!

I use the Fleming Island center for my waxing. Jennifer is my clinician she is the best the minute I met her she made me feel comfortable and trusting. When you that you definitely want someone you trust. Kaela is at the front desk always a warm welcome and smiling face. When and if you go there ask for Jennifer.

I have been a EWC client for years. Although I do not agree with certain policies and the life/work balance treatment with employees, EWC has done enough to earn my loyalty. Their sales and services are great! I’m grateful to have had a EWC available at the many cities I’ve moved to throughout the years. Now that I am settled in Florida I am so happy to have found a great location with a great wax specialist! Jennifer is amazing! She is super friendly and easy going. I couldn’t be happier to have found a great wax specialist at a great location to remain loyal to for all my wax needs for the years to come☺️

Every time I go here, the place is so clean and welcoming! The front desk staff are very helpful whether it comes to looking at products to buy or helping me schedule my next appointments! Most of all I absolutely LOVE my wax specialist Megan! She always takes special care to make sure my skin isn’t too irritated, and she does her job fast and well! I know with confidence I’ll be taken care of when I go here, I cannot recommend it enough! The staff, service and environment is the best!

Well I guess the day has come that my I will never see anyone but Journey has turned into I was forced to see someone else because Journey is no longer there and not an ounce of empathy was offered to me for my loss. However, I took a chance with Milo before deciding to find a new company and I am glad I did. Her personality really helped to ease the shambles I was in from having to face finding a new aesthetician. When she leaves I’m definitely not returning. I just don’t get friendly and warm welcome here at all. Can’t put my finger on why.

The receptionist with strawberry blonde hair was so sweet and informed me of all of my options and their current deals, as well as being patient and understanding with me on the phone when I couldn’t locate the business! This was my first experience with Marissa and she made it memorable. If you want your hair ripped out while laughing the whole time, she is the one for you! I would highly recommend her for waxing. I only screamed a couple times but she held her hand over my mouth to muffle the sounds so as to not frighten the other victims. I mean clients. Its only been a few days and I can almost walk normally now! Ok, I’m just kidding! She did a great job and I will be going back to be tortured again very soon!!!

She helped me take deep breaths in and out so I wouldn’t feel pain and it worked! This was my first time at European wax center. The place looked very clean, and to my surprise, it was my first time so the service was free. You can’t beat that. My brows are sparse, so regardless of price, I was looking to have my brows cut to precision and filled in professionally, a different experience than sitting in the back of a nail salon. Needless to say, I was left unimpressed. Your website states: “ EyebrowsBrow shaping that includes a trim, wax and tweeze. Includes filling in the brows with makeup.” I received a wax, no filling in with makeup. I gave 4 ⭐️’s because maybe she forgot or it was her first time. Overall, not a bad place, my hairs weren’t ripped from my skin like other places, just wish I had a complete service. I’ll give you one more try before I bail.
