If you have or know someone with foot fungus, please go see Jeanette!!!!One thing is to go to a dermatologist (to get your meds and treat it from the inside) but seeing Jeanette is how you treat it from the outside (having a medical pedicure to ensure your nail is growing properly). Theyre so complimentary to each other. The price is higher than a typical pedicure since she uses medically sterilized equipment unlike a typical nail salon. Plus, shell give you her honest recommendations. She also noted I have pronation, I have flat feet and a wide foot, no physician has ever flagged this for me, and recommended where to find appropriate shoes.I have always felt shy and embarrassed of my feet, but at Jeanettes office, I have felt so much hope now that I see my nails improving and healing!!Also, parking is free but sometimes limited, so arrive 10-15 minutes early if possible.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable.Had a very calm attitude. Explained it might be foot fungus but likely eczema, the steps to take for both, and how to achieve shiny beautiful toes either way.After my first treatment my feet already look way better. She did not upsell me on anything, but I I was interested in purchasing one of her creams. Some of the knowledge she had (aka my feet are dry) seems obvious in retrospect. But I did not realize this was an issue! Basically, she gave me simple to follow advice and even if basic care if key, I took me 5 years of messed up tonsils to find a professional to explain it to me.She didn’t think I had fungus, but I’m sure she’s phenomenal if you do, as that is even more complicated.I loved how professional Joanne is. Great communication, clear instructions, and no upsell. She seems to think mine will resolve on their own so long as I start moisturizing more regularly and not picking my nails so short.Would highly recommend. All her tools are sterile as well and I cannot stress enough how much i appreciated not being upsold on anything. I trust she has my best interest in mind, and enough knowledge that what plagued me enough not to wear sandals some days is actually very easy to resolve.

Jeanet G is the best at what she does. Very polite and skilled. My treatment with her started about a year ago, I followed all of her recommendations, and never skipped any of my treatment appointments, then I got the result I was looking for without taking any oral medications.Before I came to her service, I talked to a few podiatrists who advised me that I should either have a surgery to remove the affected nails or keep taking oral medications to keep the fungus from coming back.Im glad that I found Jeanet G and Ive been very thankful for her service.

I visited Jeanet due to getting a pedicure from hell years ago and just not trusting other nail salons with their cleanliness. Her office is immaculate, she uses an autoclave which is important so all tools are sterilized between clients, showed me how the packaging will change color in a certain spot to indicate its been run through the autoclave. I really appreciated this, it helped with easing my worries and anxiety about this ingrown issue.This was a very no frills kind of pedicure but what I walked away with was priceless- knowledge on how to actually help preventing ingrown nails, some new products to help with the health of my feet, and most important... no more discomfort or pain!Its very important for new clients to get the 90 minute session, you walk away with so much more than you think, and the price is totally worth it because you really are in good hands when she works on your feet. Looking forward to my next session with her!

I have been going to see Jeanet for 3 years and my wife has never been so happy. My feet have never been so smooth, no cracks, nails are perfect.and I have zero pain!She is a true miracle worker as I am type 2 diabetic and cannot risk infection and she is the only one who has solved the problem! I came to see Jeanette after dealing with years of painful ingrown nails and did not want to go the surgical route and was over the regular pedicure approach. During my first appointment she went over the reasons why I kept getting ingrown and provided me with things that would help reduce it such as making sure I was in the correct insoles. I have had multiple sessions with her and my ingrown has reduced a lot!!! I love coming to see her for the pedicure and for the conversation!

I have gone to 2 podiatrists and 2 dermatologists for what I thought was toenail fungus without success. I went to Jeanette as a last ditch effort after reading an article about medical pedicures. Can I tell you that she looked at my feet and was able to diagnose all the issues I have been experiencing and explained everything in detail to me. She took her time to make sure I understood how my foot issues were affecting my athletic performance and overall strength. And the fungus that could never be cured?? Well… Jeanette explained it is because it was not actually fungus causing the nail discoloration but that my nail had become separated from the skin and allowed moisture to be trapped! After all these years and medical doctors not once had they figured out what she did in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Jeannette for any of your foot issues. She is knowledgeable and will give you her honest opinion on what can be done to help.

I have no words to describe my satisfaction I felt after my visit and services with Jeanette Gallarday. She is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I booked an appointment with her after reading the reviews. Ive been battling issues with my toe nails for years now and by browsing her website and reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. Everything that she treats on toes I had, so it was worth a try. She did a full foot assessment and medical pedicure. I grew up overseas and knew about the medical pedicures, but here one can only get the basic pedicure at a nail salon. The podiatrist will do some of what Jeanette does but only if one has issues like fungus or other. The podologist discipline is something unknown in this country and that makes a huge difference. After her assessment everything made sense, the reason for my nail condition and other health problems. She is very honest and will tell you what she can do and what she cannot do for you. Ill be going to her for a while and really hope she will be my little miracle. Ill post in the future, once my treatment is completed, but I have a good feeling about this. Thank you Jeanette.

Ill make this easy for you -- Ive been to the so-called Best but never got anywhere with my cracked toes and heals. Jeanet explains it best -- no standard practitioner will spend the time to get the job done. The rest is consistency. I have gone four times and the results are outstanding. No cracks, toes and feet repaired so well that I dont have to be ashamed anymore. In addition, it stopped a repetitive Cellulitis infection that put me in the ER three times in four months at the end of 2023.Conclusion: This woman is the real GOAT and should have your business as she has mine. Im a 69 year old Psychologist and Jeanet fixed me -- gave me a real foundation.

I went for my first visit with Jeanet and I am elated in my decision to do so. During my foot assessment she was able to determine my walking pattern just by looking at the tread of my sneaker, and the position my feet and toes. She took the time to teach me methods to correct my specific issues to minimize balance issues in the future and to workout pain free. I also left with beautiful, soft feet.24 hours later, I have worked out with the orthopedic insoles she recommended and experienced no knee pain during my strength workout and high incline walk.

This review is long overdue! Jeanet is simply the best. Knowledgeable and passionate about her work, focused on helping her clients address and correct their foot issues.I have diabetes and as such I’m vulnerable to a variety of foot issues. I need to ensure not just a pretty pedicure but problem free feet and avoid any fungus or infection that could lead to serious problems. When I moved to the Fort Lauderdale area I learned about a medical pedicure and was lucky enough to find Jeanet. I’ve suffered with painful and unattractive ingrown toenails and Jeanet simply transformed my feet!I moved back to NY in 2019 and miss her skills. NYC offers everything for everyone so I found a highly recommended medical pedicure place, the best in the city and they just don’t compare to the work Jeanet does. If you have foot issues don’t hesitate to make your appointment. Next time I’m in Florida I will schedule an appointment with Jeanet as I sorely need her expertise.

I recently completed my appointment with Jeanet. The facility was welcoming and professionally set. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I am a flight attendant, I mentioned that because I wanted to preface my review with what I did for a living because I believe my job directly impacts my foot health. I spend almost all of my working hours on my feet, with the small exceptions of takeoff, and landing. After seeing Jeanet and receiving some insoles, I must admit a clear difference in how my feet feel, inside and outside of my shoes.A tip before visiting, remove nail polish prior to your visit, Jeanet needs to have the ability to examine your nails and nail bed, so she doesn’t have to use up your valuable appointment time removing nail polish. It’s not only courteous, it’s necessary.I would not only recommend a visit for anyone interested in how they walk, mitigating pain because of feet issues, and just plain quality of life, but especially people with professions like flight attendants, that are on your feet all day. A visit with Jeanet will be priceless, and could quite possibly change your life.

Ive been going to Foot, Skin, and Body Wellness for years now. The services they offer are super versatile. The facials are extremely relaxing and I always leave with glowing skin! The vitamin c serum is a must buy too! Leaves my skin firm and plump. Every time I have an ingrown toenail, I book an appointment with Jeanet. I used to work in healthcare, so I know the importance of transparency when it comes to sterilizing instruments for each patient. Im only 27 but have flat feet issues. I cant go all day walking because my lower back and feet will start to feel painful. Jeanet sells these orthotic inserts that are a blessing! Any time I know Im going to be walking for substantial amounts of time, I slide them into my sneakers and Im good to go for the whole day. I highly recommend this office and all the services they offer.

Jeanet is amazing. She is like the dog whisperer, but for feet. In her initial examination, she will tell you so much about your feet, how you walk and the shoes you wear. I have been going to Jeanet for the past six months. I had badly bruised toe nails from many years of playing tennis. Unlike a regular pedicure Jeanet uses a wide variety of instruments to remove dead tissue, smooth calluses and trim back nails and cuticles. She offers at a cost a variety of solutions to help get your foot properly aligned and therefore on the path to good health. The office is clean and she was right on time for the appointment. My toes are almost perfect now!

I had an amazing experience with my appointment today, Jeanet was amazing, and super knowledgeable, please note this is not just your usual cosmetic pedicure, this is about foot health and wellness, a whole other ballgame. This is a wholistic approach to foot care. I could not be more pleased, not only for how much better my feet felt from my first visit, but also feeling that I’m in good hands for my foot health journey. I think it also important to note, this was my first ever pedicure, reason being is I’m a bit terrified of someone causing me pain whilst trying to cut my nails, and I felt so relaxed the entire time, and as Jeanet promised, no pain during the procedure. I’m a regular now for sure.

Jeanette has saved my life! I was in incredible pain! My ingrown nail was compacted and my lower back started to hurt around the same time. Being home from work, I just started walking a few miles a day for exercise. I made an appointment at the podiatrist and just kept missing the appointment. Maybe because I move slow or maybe because it wasnt meant to be. I was on the east coast one day and had enough of the throbbing pain and decided to look up pedicure places. Maybe they can try to help and if not, Id have to go to the doctor anyway. While searching professional pedicure and Ingrown nail and so forth, I came across her medical pedicure, saw 2 picpictures and read 1 testimony before booking immediately. I was weary of the costs but Im a naturopath and Im more weary of medical procedures so I went for it and it changed my life. 4 medical pedicures, 2 braces, insoles and 6 months later and I have no more ingrown, no more back pain, no more ugly nails and no fungus. She has taught me so much about my foot health and got me pretty white toes for my wedding. She has accommodated me late (once), rescheduling (I communicate) and even saw me on her day off(booked in advance) I still get a monthly pedicure and probably will for a while! She also uses natural products which was not a necessity for me but makes me love her even more!

Love this place! I have very sensitive toes for pedicure, and usually avoiding at all cost to have one, but not after i found Jeanet. She uses totally different methods and instruments working with your feet, it feels actually relaxing and results are way better than at nail salon, plus it has medical approach. She has this wisdom well being that she loves to share, and very personal and friendly approach to customers. After she introduced me to Vionic shoe brand, I wear only these shoes and see improvement not only on my feet, but on my knee as well. Because of Jeanet, I do not have any more fear for a pedicure, and each time I am there I find some new health tips.

Updated review: I had to come back and provide an update after 9 months have passed since my initial treatment with Jeanet. My nail fungus is almost completely gone! As the nail has grown out, so has the fungus, leaving me with a completely healthy and wonderfully pink nail bed.I had been so discouraged about the prospect of having nail fungus forever. I had been to three different podiatrists for treatment, had gone through 2 different phased laser treatments, was on anti-fungal oral pills and yet none of that worked. After spending literally thousands of dollars on trying to rid the fungus from my toenail, I thought that nothing would work and that I would just have to live with it.However, the treatments with Jeanet have cleared up the fungus wonderfully and I am almost fungus-free. It is so freeing to be able to wear sandals without being self-conscious and to wear closed shoes without pain from pressure exerted on my curved fungus toenail.I cannot recommend Jeanet highly enough. She is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly honest. She will let you know what may or may not work and not charge thousands of dollars for ineffective treatments like I have experienced with multiple podiatrists. The condition and appearance of my feet have drastically improved in the month following my first dry pedicure with Jeanet. She is so kind, knowledgable, and thorough. After more than an hour of attentive care and good conversation, I left with toe separators, corn preventers, and a recommendation for a brand that sells supportive sandals (called Vionics). Until my experience at Wellness with Jeanet, I thought that Id have to suffer quietly through life as a womens 11 with hammertoes and curled under pinky toes. After following Jeanets recommendations for daily care, I am no longer experiencing back and knee pain. Im not embarrassed about my feet anymore, and I look forward to seeing Jeanet again.

I’m a 52 year old nurse, overweight and with one leg shorter than the other. When I walk, my feet tend to bend to the outside compressing my little toes. Also, my skin is very sensitive and the robing of my feet inside the shoes also damaged the top of my toes, adding more pain. I was feeling the pain all the way to the back of my head. Can you picture me running in the hospital hallways, every day for 12 hr?I have many different “comfortable shoes” but they can’t help much with all the physical problems that I have. The day that I went to see Jeanette, my feet were in excruciating pain. My little toes had corns on the inside and outside from getting under my other toes as a walk. My big toenails were getting ingrown and also corns were forming on the outside of my big toes. I couldn’t wear nothing but flip flops. Without knowing me, Jeanet was assessing me by the way I was walking into her therapy room, and was telling me exactly which were my problems. I was surprised by her knowledge on body dynamics. She immediately told me what to do and not to do, she treat my feet with a German technology and German products, which now I love! The next day was my granddaughter’s 10th birthday, and I was running behind my three grandkids in las Olas boulevard wearing my tenis shoes without pain 🥰 Jeanet Gallarday is my Hero now!!!

I am very happy to have found this gem. Jeanet is very professional I had repeatedly injured my right big toe resulting in my large toe nail only growing partway in the nail bed. I had acrylic placed to create a full nail but didnt want the risk of fungus and itit in just plain bad for my nail. Jeanet has been now has my nail looking healthy and growing. Finally, my feet grow calluses very easy. She helped me with orthotics that corrected that problem. If you have problems and want healthy beautiful feet, go see Jeanet! You wont regret it.

This facility gives a warm and peaceful welcoming. Jeanet is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge to share. She has been in this profession for many years. What really caught my eye was her using sterlized instruments when I was getting a Dry Pedicure(no water, or soaking the feet). She educates you on what thats about and why its important, but I feel her biggest passion is when one has issues w/ their feet and you go see her, she will help you with the problem, and explain what can be done, how to recover, and ideas of how to prevent it from happening again.
