Carrie is the best! She is really good at A LOT of wax services including eyebrows. I go for 4 different services and she is not only good at her job, she makes you feel comfortable. Valentina is the best I’ve been going to her for eyebrows & Brazilian for over 10 years. I even make the 30 minute Drive to see her even tho there’s a European wax center 5 min from me. I’ve made the mistake of trying other people for my eyebrows out of convenience never again. It’s worth the drive to see her. Also the costumer service is really good at the front desk.

I’ve booked 2 appointments at this location because after casually strolling in, I was immediately greeted with warmth and helped out with all of my questions + concerns by the receptionists whom were a delight to meet. Great location, clean lobby, and friendly staff. I have been coming to this EWC since 2019 and I refuse to get waxed anywhere else and with anyone else. Marilyn is beyond amazing and has been my preferred waxer for the past few years and I cannot recommend her enough! I went there solid for a whole year and Sharrell was my specialist. She was the only reason I was waxing. She was amazing. I had to move due to work and haven’t found someone as good as her. I appreciated her honesty. The staff was ok.

I like going here as I am always made to feel very comfortable and at ease. I have had 3 appointments here and was very happy with 2 of them ... Erika and nancy and would highly recommend them as professional and very good at what they do. My last appointment , while not a bad appointment was just not as good, I had bits of wax left on my body in a couple of places. Small things but still a bit of a let down. That being said I will still continue to use them as I like the friendly staff and the cleanliness.

I went from a girl who went to random places at random times of getting my brows done to purchasing a package and actually making an appointment for next month because of my experience there. Andy was so welcoming and friendly when I got there.No appointment and she got me in right way...but let me tell you they not only promise exclusive painless hair removal, they deliver it. I WASNT EVEN RED! no redness and Vanessa filled in my brows before I left...never have I ever walked out of an eyebrow waxing feeling and looking better (right away) then when I walked in. I love coming to this specific one because of the energy and cleanliness. Soon as you walk in the front desk staff welcomes you and the tone of voice is pleasant. The wait time is so very little that you wont even notice that you was waiting. Once in the back, the esthetician doesnt make you feel uncomfortable. They talk to you so the room doesnt stay quiet or even if you are that person that doesnt want to talk theyll even not talk but they are all friendly. Parking is a bit tight and difficult cause its next to a fresh market and across is restaurant so do expect delay on parking at times.

I was notified about the location change to The Fresh Market Mall and the Cancellation Policy when youre 10 minutes late. I showed up 5 minutes early. I went straight into the Brazilian, and ended up getting my upper lip done, as well. My review: I felt well informed. Not rushed or impatient to get through it.
