    The team at Natura are the sweetest, most professional and knowledgeable! They take their time to ensure efficiency, spaces and practices are safe, clean, sanitary and effective, and they truly make you feel seen, welcomed and like you’re part of the family. I initially came in for my waxing concerns but I will be graduating to laser hair removal with them and am super excited for this new journey! Their products are really effective and gentle on skin. I’ve used the Ingrown hair serum and the Natural Lightening cream, both of which helped me gain the results I desired so I had to restock during my last visit! Their package deals are amazing as well! Definitely worth it, 10/10 recommend! Visit them if you’re considering it, you will not regret it!

    After not waxing for a couple months, I was terrified to schedule my waxing appointment. I scheduled my appointment online and someone reached out to me, reminding me of my appointment. When I arrived at the facility, it was nice and clean and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and nice. Pinky did my wax and she was amazing. I would say this has been my best waxing experience. It was painless, fast and comfortable. I will be returning for other treatments, such as laser and facials. But I will definitely recommend waxing flawless experience.

    I love Natura! The front desk is always super helpful, I can get in and out without a ton of hassle, and the waxing is always top notch! I have very fine hair, which has been a problem at other places. But the wax they use at Natura gets everything off super fast. Highly recommend!

    This was my first time here and I 10/10 recommend. The girls at the front desk were so amazing when I walked in and I automatically felt so welcomed. It is beautifully decorated and it is so calming. Aja did my brazilian and was so kind. she did an AMAZING job. I have gotten waxes done before and this tops all of them. I loved it here the sugar wax is so much better than the hard wax. If your looking to get waxed please try Natura out:)

    Im at the end of my laser journey, and Im so happy to have done it here. I first started with waxing, and they saw how much I struggled with the ingrowns, so they recommended laser, as itll be more permanent and less ingrown hairs. I decided to give it a chance and I wish I would have done it earlier! Throughout my treatment, Ive been taken care of with different ladies, due to schedule changes, but all of them have been great, and very professional. My most recent, Sandra, is amazing and listens to your pain tolerance and is always looking out for the customers well being. I have recommended this place to my coworkers and friends 😊

    The facility is very clean and well maintained Bella is very friendly and always answers any questions I may have. Sonia always makes my laser sessions fun, and informs me of my previous sessions number and what changes we can make for the best results and explains why it would be beneficial.     Yo, this place is sick! I went in for their special, and I was a bit worried theyd try to upsell me on a bunch of packages, but it was the complete opposite. Asia gave me a back waxing session that was painless and quick, and she was super knowledgeable. Then, I had a back facial from Sandra, and she was incredible! She gave me so much info and tips, and she totally fixed my back. I had these trouble marks and spots for years, and she cleared them all up. She seemed to really care and want to help. This place is the bomb, and I highly recommend it!!!

    I absolutely love this place. The staffing is perfection! Toni at the front always greets with a smile and a welcoming attitude, she rememebers client’s faces and names.     This is my second visit to NATURA hair removal and hair care. The front desk service is amazing. The ladies are so polite and helpful when you come in and after your appointment. Very refreshing. Giselle is the young lady who actually does the wax service and she is awesome. Very friendly and overall pleasant young lady. She talks you through what is about to occur and during the service she has conversations with you to keep your mind off the waxing. She very thorough and sanitary. The ambiance is calming.     This is the one !I absolutely LOVED everything about my sugaring experience here. From friendly receptionist Carol, to the miracle maker Rafaela. Truly BRAZILIAN experience! They are very accommodating and nice . They are using 3 different types of wax and sugar to remove all unwanted hair . Rafaela took her time explaining to me how to take care after the procedure so next time will be even less pain. There is something different about this salon . They CARE about you and actually listen to you and trying their best to accommodate your needs.This salon has their own cosmetic product line and the prices are unbeatable! Serum that helps to prevent the ingrown hair -$19 !     I went to natura to have my first underarm laser session and it was a fantastic experience, in addition to all the special service starting at the front desk, a very organized, clean and cozy spa. Lia was my laser technician and performed a super quick and painless procedure. After just one session I already had great results, mine are definitely thinner and there are some spaces that are no longer showing at all. I highly recommend this space.

    The lovely ladies at Natura spa are great! I have a membership package there so pay a low monthly cost for waxing and get discounts on other services. Gizelle does my wax services and is so sweet and fun to talk to. She is the fastest and most thorough waxed that I’ve used. You can just tell she has a lot of experience, doesn’t miss anything and it barely hurts! The place is clean and relaxing. They always know and remember me when I come in, so it feels really welcoming. They also use great products like the sugar wax so it never makes ingrown hairs and my skin feels great after.     The first time I ever got a Brazilian wax I went to European Wax Center, let’s just say it was not a good experience. I knew I needed to find a place I can trust. When my friend told me about Natura I knew I had to try them out, so I did. I was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out I had a smile on my face.     I have had past experiences in my life that have left me very timid when it comes to being physically touched, especially in my nether regions. I can sometimes feel so anxious. It becomes weird and embarrassing. I live in Miami and off of the reviews I chose to make the drive to Broward to see Anna. Best thing I ever did! She is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.     My experience with Rafaela was amazing. She’s amazing and has my skin feeling amazing. I got my second Brazilian wax, happy trail, first time underarms, and neck/chin. Since she does hard wax, sensitive skin wax & sugar melt it’s not as painful as going to other wax centers. Plus she uses strips for the sugar melt which means less bacteria since most people do the ball of sugar which just spreads bacteria. But overall I had a lovely experience both times. I would definitely recommended!!!

    In previous waxing centers I’ve been to, they have bruised me in the process of doing the Brazilian wax with sugaring. In search of a new place, I found Natura and saw their amazing reviews, so I decided to give waxing one more try. Once I arrived I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist. After explaining to them my horrible experiences with the Brazilian, I was assured by Natura staff that their process won’t yield bruises. Exactly what they said, is exactly what happened. No bruising, minimum pain. It was so nice to have the whole process explained to me and to have such an amazing experience. I recommend to go with Jessica, she’s very sweet, does great work, and cares about your comfort. Unfortunately not all places do, but Natura does. I would recommend to everyone. I never do reviews, but after how great my experience was, I felt enticed to.

    I found Natura on Groupon while in search for a company that offers Brazilian Sugaring. I called them at 10:20am and was able to make an appointment for the same day at 12:30pm. I got a Brazilian which was moderately painless and a European facial with pumpkin peel. I get consistent monthly facials and travel a lot so I’ve had all kinds and quality.Only 3 times have I seen a difference right after and this was one of those times. Reduced pore size and plump hydration. I also noticed a more even skin tone. I think the peel will likely cause a little redness and flaking/dryness which I’m cool with. I combat it with moisturizing sheet masks.The whole experience was very calming. I they had awesome specials. And if you’re a new client you get 30% off if you sign up for emails.

    Before to book my first appointment I called and asked about the deal they have on yelp ( 35$ For 59$) ,they said that yes I can get it and show it after the service .So in general experience was good .     I absolutely loved Jessica. She was amazing! I was pretty nervous especially since it was my first time and I had a traumatic experience over the weekend at a different facility. But she was gentle, professional and made me feel very comfortable. Without deliberately asking, she continued communicating to me throughout the ENTIRE process. I had ran out of wax passes from a previous company and was up in the air about returning to them or not. When I saw the special, I called and booked my appointment that day. Several days later I walked in and was treated by two women with big warm welcoming smiles. I was not left waiting for more than 3-5 minutes. Jessica, was my aesthetician and I was very happy with her professionalism, patience, and gentle touch. The previous company I was using, the wax was always extremely hot, the employees were timed, and I always waited long just to be rushed after. NATURA sugaring melt and wax products were so smooth and no where near as painful as the previous company. Jessica didn’t rush through my service at all. The entire location was clean and beautiful. The energy in the environment was a very positive one. I left there feeling so much better than before. I am beyond happy I decided to give them a try. I will be returning to the company and to Jessica without a doubt. If you’ve never waxed before (or have with other companies) look no further. This is where you need to be!

    Love ! Love ! Love ! I was so nervous about waxing as it being my first time in years. From the moment I walked in, I was met by a clean and modern reception area and greeted by a very nice girl at the front desk. My waxer was Rafaela, she is absolutely amazing and a true gem. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout my experience and explained what she was doing every step of the way.     Sonias bikini wax was the best ! Im pregnant, so Im extra sensitive & cannot even see to shave 😂. She was gentle, professional, thorough, and so kind .     This was such an amazing experience, Im pregnant and Rafaela was so patient and gentle with me not to mention the process was painless. Im so use to traditional waxing which hurts, but they use Sugar & lemon juice so the process was pretty painless this also left my skin feeling so soft after I left. Definitely will be coming back.     I have been coming to Natura for 9 months now. I had never had waxing done before and I can honestly say the experience here has been great!!! I refuse to shave again!!! My esthetician Delia is amazing!!! I really lucked out with her! She takes her time and explains to you why to scrub and why she uses the sugar wax. I feel so comfortable with her and I highly recommend you see her! You won’t regret it! My skin has never been so soft and looked so nice! The sugar waxing makes it less painful! (Obviously your first Brazilian will be the worst one lol) but every Brazilian after it gets so much easier! Now there’s nothing that I won’t wax! Never shaving again!!!

    I just moved to Fort Lauderdale and I was looking to find a place to get my monthly wax. This place is beyond amazing. All the personnel are kind and accommodating. They offer really good plans so we can save money. You can choose between packages and membership.     Went in for a service and was not happy with the technician. She was not listening to my preferences and kept waxing the same area, which caused a lot of discomfort for me. After discussing my poor experience with the front desk personnel she offered to not charge me for the service. I felt that was above and beyond and really made me feel prioritized as a customer. Although I was not happy with the service because of the excellent customer care I would come back and try a different service. I would still recommend others to come!

    Ive been going here for a few months and initially started with Delia, who is no longer there. I was so sad when she left because she was amazing, her skill level made the waxing almost pain free! However, thankfully Jessica Delray filled those shoes perfectly! Jessica is professional, great conversationalist, her technique is practically pain free as well, I dont know how she does it! I hope she remains with Natura for a very long time because I might quit waxing if she leaves 😄😂. If you are a newbie to waxing or an OG, I definitely recommend giving Jessica a try, I dont think youd regret it!
