    Brook is amazing, service overall is great, whether were talking about billing, consultations, or the treatment itself. So far, Ive only done one treatment so cant say anything as to the results, Ill update my review once I have completed all sessions. I do appreciate how honest they seem, they wont sugarcoat what can be done and how things will be done just to get your money - theyll tell you not to do certain things if they think their service might not show good results. Also, a big thing for those who hate pain - their laser and procedures cause NO PAIN! Ive done two lasers before with two different providers - both were more painful. I just hope the results dont disappoint, but honestly, Id be lenient in my assessment, as the fact this is not painful and causes almost no irritation is a big deal, especially for the areas Im treating. As I said, Brook is great! Goes above and beyond! If the owner reads this, please recognize her as a huge asset - Ill be bringing my mom to this place for her treatments in the future!

    I found this place via an instagram promotion and I’m glad I did. They use a new type of laser that uses gel and goes directly on the skin. It’s much less painful than the traditional laser I was used to getting. The technician was super kind and informative. Their office is really cute and clean too. I highly recommend.

    I have been going for Laser By Nicole hair removal for some time now. Ive had 8 sessions so far and have some nice results, but I need a couple more treatments. My favorite person is Brooke. She is amazing, does a really good job, is quick and very thorough. Ive had 6 sessions before at a different laser place and didnt get a good results plus my appointments were 30-40 minutes long.Edit: I moved and after a total of 15 sessions with Laser by Nicole I started going to a different place. Comparing to the new one I have to change this rating to 4 stars. Still recommend, but know there are better salons.

I needed a Brazilian done and I knew it would be super uncomfortable for me because I would be exposed in front of a stranger. But my lovely tech Mia is amazing and made me right at home.     I hate shaving and have always had a heavy beard. I knew laser hair removal was going to take a while so I was prepared. What I wasnt prepared for was how wonderful the aesthetician treating me would be. Its clear that Brooke loves helping people. She is professional, compassionate, thorough and personable. She makes sure that the treatment is not painful (Im a guy so I suspect she knows that were not the best with pain lol).     First of all, BROOKE IS THE GREATEST. I have had laser hair removal from a different place and it came back, I always thought the pain wasn’t worth doing it again.     Was really looking forward to my appointment, as I had read all the positive reviews and had great need for the particular procedure I purchased. Unfortunately, when I arrived for my appointment, neither the receptionist nor the technician were wearing masks and didnt put them on upon my arrival. During a deadly pandemic?! I was astonished by this. Perhaps you provide quality services, but your total disregard for the health and safety of your customers tells me everything I need to know. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend others do the same.UPDATE: As upsetting as this incident was, Im more than impressed with Nicoles response. She immediately reached out to me personally to advise that she had taken appropriate action to remedy the unfortunate situation, and generously offered to comp the service for me if I were willing to give another chance. Its pretty rare, in my experience, to encounter a business owner in South Florida who puts people before profits and goes to such great lengths to make amends. Im leaving my original review (but updating the star rating from one to five) to demonstrate the exceptional service I received from Nicole.     Its a small place on the busy road of east commercial but very clean and well maintained. the front desk girl is sweet, brooke is the sweetest and best. ive deffo seen a difference on my face. shes a thorough professional without being uptight. she deserves a raise.

    This place it’s amazing, They are very profesional and the place looks great. I went for laser in my face and I just finished my 8 treatment and I’m very happy with the results and the best thing it’s that it didn’t hurt at all.     Came in for 4 sessions of microdermabrasion and although the 4 sessions on microdermabrasion did not do anything for my skin. It did not even lighten it a bit. I was treated extremely well by the staff and was always taken care of. Although I didn’t see a change in my skin. I had a great facial every single time and I was always offered a beverage . If you want great customer service this is the place to go.

    Very calm environment, little to no wait time. The technicians there are very kind and patient. Explains the procedure before starting. I went there for a small area from groupon and Im going to pay the full price for another area because it was painless and quick. Saw results after first treatment.     These people are amazing. Its pretty easy to schedule appointments and I love the reminder texts and emails they send. I go to their FTL location which is conveniently located by coral ridge mall. So, every time to go there, I have to make a stop at the mall. Win win
