Ideal Image make facial treatments simple and fast. In less than 72 hours I got my appointment. First consultation was via zoom. On the day of my appointment the ladies at the front desk were really helpful. I love Martha and Illa, I received the treatment by NP Alice. We went over the recommendations, when applying the treatment She makes me feel relax and comfortable, time fly and before I knew we were done.

Awesome 1st experience! I grabbed a really good special and treated myself to the laser hair removal for armpits, Brazilian, buttocks, full legs, and toes. Definitely a must if youre like me with PCOS or if just wanting to avoid the ingrown or razor bumps that shaving causes. If you can handle waxing then this is easier than that. Just a few zaps for the Brazilian got me but thats to be expected since she is a sensitive area. The staff is great 🥰 theyre very welcoming and informative and definitely represent the company beautifully. Collectively the facility is clean and beautiful as well and they offer complimentary waters! Walked out smiling with my next appointment booked 8 weeks out. Much thanks to Morgan she is not only thorough but down to earth and that made the experience all the more pleasant.

Erica was amazing starting my laser hair removal procedure over my back and shoulders. Not only was she friendly and engaged, she clearly explained what was going to happen before it happened and offered pain reduction techniques. Honestly though the first session wasnt intense. Ericas conversation plus the cooling pad and the steroid aloe cream afterwards madethe differnce. She provided humor and calming and accommodated any concerns I had.

Hydrafacial, I have had at other spa, but no where near what I received from Ideal Image. Theirs 20 minutes, Ideal 90 minutes and entire process explained during the treatment. Results were phenomenal, I could not believe the difference. Catch me passing a mirror asking, mirror mirror in the wall... I wanna give props to my favorite Technican, MORGAN, she always has my face in her hands, very caring, very knowledgeable, very cautious and great converse during treatments.. My experience at the Fort Lauderdale location with Alicia is amazing. Due to her amazing customer service with patience and very detail instructions, I was able to get great results and my money worth. I drive all the way from downtown Miami just for her service. Honestly, due to the lack of experience at the Hallandale location I was considering a refund after my first experience visit. But after venting to another individual who is also receiving services of my trauma, she referred me to Alicia whom is located in the Las Olas Fort Lauderdale location. I can say due to Hallandale location it gave me doubt every returning. But I consider booking an appointment with Alicia and I can say I am not disappointed with her service. Also it is worth the far drive. So yes, I definitely recommend Alicia!

If you do your research you will see for yourself. The staff is so accommodating and patient, they prescribe numbing cream and will do their best to make you feel comfortable. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable competent practitioners. I was sold a treatment by the corporate sales team that after consultation was concluded it would not be beneficial for me. They immediately credited me what I had paid. I recommend.

I always have a great experience at this Ideal Image. Friendly service, clean facility, in the best area of Ft Lauderdale. I get laser hair removal and Botox so I’m there quite often. They make the treatments as comfortable as possible. I’m a satisfied customer and would recommend this location.

I just had my first laser hair removal session with them and so far im very impressed. The facility is very modern clean and sanitized. From the scheduling and welcoming from Nic who then put me in Cheryls hands I will gladly go back to continue my treatment with them. I requested to only book with Cheryl because she made me very comfy despite my obvious nervousness. They make a great team and hopefully their hard work and dedication wont go unnoticed. Las olas location is amazing !!! Great customer service they treat you like a person not a number . Cheryl the Nurse Practitioner is very sweet, warm and friendly. She’s amazing.
