I initially found the Med Spa on Groupon about a year ago and have been going back ever since. I have sent everyone I know- this place is amazing! The entire team is incredible!!!The injectors are very knowledgeable and kind. They take their time to listen to you; I have never felt rushed. They are skilled and trustworthy, make me feel comfortable, and always do an incredible job.Tori is an absolute gem when it comes to accommodating appointments and finding the best deals; she really goes above and beyond.I wish I found them sooner; I can’t recommend this med spa enough!

Denise was great!! She knew I was nervous as it was my first time going to her for lip filler. I told her I bruise easily & she took her time; explained what she was doing; continually iced my lips. When she showed me the results, I was sooooo happy. We went over her conservative recommendations for next time. I had minimal bruising & look forward to going back to Denise to follow-up with her suggestions.

I am MTF transgender, 62 years old and after researching my options for breast augmentation I decided on the Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery. From the beginning I had a very pleasant experience. The office staff in Fort Lauderdale were very helpful and responded promptly to my inquiry, they set up an office consultation and kept me informed after sending in my initial pictures. Dr. Alexander with his vast experience of many decades came up with a plan to accommodate my breast size wish and at the consultation date and physical exam reconfirmed the plan to achieve my goal. Dr. Alexander is very trustworthy and had my best interest in mind although I wish I had asked more questions in regard to implant type. I am just 5 weeks into it and still have to wait longer to see the final outcome. On the consultation date the office staff was reassuring and took very good care of me as well as on the day before the surgery and one month after the procedure. The day of the surgery in North Miami I met the surgical team and anesthesiologist, and they also were the nicest people and made my experience very pleasant. Dr. Alexander again met with me and went over the upcoming procedure. At no time did I feel uncomfortable because I received such good care and felt at ease. So far, the result looks very nice, and I had hardly any discomfort except the pressure from my muscle and skin expanding. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Alexander and the Florida Center for Cosmetic Surgery, I understand now why people come from far away to see Dr. Alexander and his staff.

I’m sure skinny so am not a candidate for a BBL fat transfer. Not even the Skinny BBL, which I thought was really a bummer b/c I have NO butt! I mean I absolutely got nothing going on back there. Little did I know there was no reason to be bummed, b/c instead of surgery, I was a perfect candidate for the BBL that consisted of a collagen stimulating filler, so today that’s what I got & am soooooo happy I did! I wasn’t expecting to see as much improvement & volume as I did! Denise was great. Super super friendly & really made me feel comfortable. Even tho I’ve never had fillers before, her presence put me at ease so I had no nerves. Because of the amount of units I got, the whole procedure took about one hour, but the time flew & it was over before I knew it, thanks to Denise & our natural conversations. She definitely proved she knew her stuff & her skills, but beyond that she was a great listener & super easy to talk to! Thanks again Denise. 🙏

Dr. Brandon did an amazing job on my breast augmentation, lift with mesh bra. Impressive bedside manner, he really listens to concerns/wants and is very thorough. My experience at SF Center for Cosmetic Surgery was nothing short of amazing! It is hard to choose a surgery center when you know the results you are expecting is going to be life changing! Coming from 300 lbs at my highest weight and loosing about 100lbs, even with the weight loss left me feeling insecure with the apron belly I had! As a newly wed and out of the child bearing phase, I wanted to enjoy the confidence of all the positive changes! Dr. Brandon and his team was amazing at every step. He used techniques that would minimize keloiding, as my skin is prone to these reactions and was detailed and informative about each step. I want to start off saying that Dr. Brandon changed my life with his work. This was my second time getting my breast done. My first time i was young and didnt know any better and just went and got them done with the first doctor I found, and ended up with results that made me very self conscious and finally after 17years I decided it was time to make the change. It took me this long because I wanted to find the right doctor that was going to do a good job and Dr.Brandon Exceeded all my expectations.Today makes 4 weeks since I had my surgery and it feels like its been months. I had no pain at all after surgery, I never even had to take pain pills after my surgery. And yesterday for the first time I took off the tape they put on the Incisions and the cuts are so thin I barely have any scars at all. Im so thankful and overwhelmed with happiness with how my breast came out.The day of my surgery he was so detail on making sure I got the results I wanted he spent 30mins alone drawing on me and asking me is this ok and he was just great.Brandon Thank you for changing my life thank you for your hard work. My wife had a breast augmentation today with Dr. Brandon. Were both beyond pleased with the experience. So far, it looks great. The doctor was easy to talk to. Explained everything. They didnt treat you like money and throw you right out fast after the procedure was done. They allowed my wife to recover nicely there instead of rushing her out. The after care has been surprisingly good. The doctor himself reached out late the night of the surgery. Its more expensive than other places but worth the extra for sure. They dont run you through a bunch of BS before surgery theyre very to the point and I love that.

Dr pinella was such a great surgeon in listening intently to my needs and making adjustments where necessary. I like to to think I have a knack for being detail oriented and Dr pinella is just that, he even buttoned up my gown for me. He was very professional from the beginning to the end. My follow up appt went smoothly and just as he was attentive before surgery he was the same in explaining all my post op care. Starting with Melinda who assist in putting everything together, to the front desk Tameka. The nurses were all professional and attentive. I felt cared for the anesthesiologist Rouge was also great he took care of me in the OR and explained everything step by step. A good team is essential when undergoing surgery and the staff was all that. If you are wanting to have surgery any surgery that Dr Pinella does hes the one, no doubt hes an expert in his field of practice. Im very satisfied with the outcome, he did an awesome job! so book your surgery before he retires🙂

It’s funny how people tell you that your nose is okay, but they don’t have to look at it daily, at 38 I finally got mine done, I did my research, and found Dr Cucin, there is nothing negative that I can say about him or the clinic.I definitely felt that I could trust him, he has so much experience. Thank God I go no complications, I have been going for my follow ups, and also doing virtual as I live in Fort Myers which is almost 3 hours away drive, but this clinic and the amazing doctor is definitely worth the drive. Dr Alexander is an amazing surgeon! I had a mommy makeover after losing 90lbs from gastric sleeve surgery 3 years ago. I had excessive lose skin in my belly and saggy deflated breasts. I knew I wanted implants to fill up the space, but not sure what size I wanted. I told Dr Alexander roughly what size I was previously and please just make me look proportionate. He met all of my expectations and then some! I am only a month out from surgery, but once Im all healed up, I plan on posting pictures. Dr. Brandon Elnekaveh is a talented master body sculptor! Dont let his young age fool you. He is quite experienced and very skillful in this craft. Based on what you would like to improve or accomplish, he will provide you with realistic expectations upfront before you decide to proceed, and this way you know what to expect and wont be unpleasantly surprised after the surgery. As far as the South Florida Center itself, its fine. However, they could certainly improve a bit on post-op follow-ups in terms of scheduling post-op visits and paying better attention to details when it comes to informing post-op patients on different instructions, as required according to the procedure. But overall, I could certainly recommend SFC, thanks to Dr. Brendon Elnekaveh working there.

Amazing amazing staff and I can’t say this enough. Thank you Nurse Jackie for being so kind and gentle during this experience. I was one nervous patient and she went above and beyond to talk to me not only about the medical aspects of surgery but comforting words to push me through beforehand. I love this place and the staff. Especially Dr. Lent & Nurse Tamika. My first surgery was the implant removal and lift, he made a 52 year old like me look 32 again. Just had the Lipo 360 can’t wait for the final results! And Denise and Tori n the Med Spa were awesome too! My lip filler & non-surgical BBL look fabulous! Could see results same day and only hurt slightly for a couple days. I was able to drive myself home afterwards no problem. My girlfriends are already making their appointments to get it done.

Dr Cucin’s skills as a surgeon changed my life. It’s challenging to articulate how impactful this surgery was for me. The process can be nerve-racking, but Dr Cucin immediately put me at ease with his calm and friendly demeanor. The surgery went smoothly, and after the cast came off I was stunned by the results. Honestly it’s a bit ineffable, trying to describe what it was like to see the final results, but I cried in my car afterwards I was so happy, if that puts it into perspective. From what I understand, Rhinoplasty is considered one of the most challenging plastic surgeries to perform. He undertakes these surgeries extremely regularly, and the consistency of his results is incredible. The man is a savant, and I believe this practice is very lucky to have him. I feel very lucky to have had him as my physician. If you get a choice of who to work with, I believe he would be the obvious choice.Thank you Doctor, you changed my life!

I had chin liposuction under local anesthesia with Dr.Elnekaveh and I cannot say enough good things! From my first consultation to surgery day my experience was a breeze. Of course being awake during a procedure is a little daunting but the staff was so sweet and affirming that everything was going to be okay. When it comes down to the actual procedure it took about an hour, and the only discomfort I felt was while I was being numbed. It has been 1 week since my procedure and I am OBSESSED with my results!

I went for 6 pack surgery and it was a 9 for final outcome. A huge difference. The surgery was over in like 5 minutes it seemed. Some discomfort but not that bad. I never even used the pain mens even though there was less than med pain. It didnt last real long. You have to leave the garment on for 3 months which is no problem. There additional massage therapies you should go through to guarantee a smoothing out. Those were a little painful but not that unbearable either. It cost me about an extra 1000 dollars for those massages. End product, my abs looked nice right away better after 3 months and wow after a year.

Dr. Pinnella is your guy when it comes to nose jobs. I spent years searching for a doctor here in the states that does “turkey style” noses, as in the place that’s known for their nose jobs. When I came across his work and saw his eye for art I knew that he would be the one to do my nose. I’d been wanting it done for 10 years and am so glad I found this facility. The staff is so attentive and friendly, and they didn’t rush me out of post-op like some other surgery centers are known for doing. I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else to give me my desired nose. As soon as I came in the facility, they had me changed and my IV in within 15 mins. I spoke with the doctor and anesthesiologist immediately after and was on the surgery table within another 15 mins. Best sleep of my life, lol. They’re efficient and professional. When I woke up I had no pain whatsoever, and no throat pain from the intubation. No nausea or anything, which I usually experience with general anesthesia. My pain is a 0/10 and I will continue to manage my pain if I end up having any over the next few days with tylenol. As of now, I have zero pain, just bleeding from nose which is expected. Dr. Pinnella listened to my concerns and delivered exactly as I expected he would. My confidence shot up as soon as I saw my cute, petite nose. It fits my face so much better than before, even though it’s still very swollen. Altogether I had a great, positive experience and have recommended this facility and Dr. Pinnella to many of my friends. If I consider another surgery in the future I will 100% be back.

(photo is 8 days post-op, right after cast removal).My only suggestion would be for more attentiveness right after surgery; I didn’t receive as much (or any) check up messages as I did before surgery. I feel that they called a lot before the procedure for payment, pre-op, etc. but not much after. The lady hooking me up to my IV and doing all pre-surgery things was also not nice lol.. especially while I was really nervous going into surgery, I would expect someone more warm and friendly while sitting alone for an hour prior.

I went to the South Florida Center for my first ever botox appointment. I was excited but also nervous going into it as it was my first time doing any type injection. My appointment was with Gracie, who instantly calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable. She listened to me, walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. We ultimately landed on a solution that felt right for me, subtle and natural. The whole appointment was under 30 minutes, which I really appreciated. She was efficient and I could tell I was in good hands. I recently had a procedure done at SFCFCS on my head which currently is still in the healing process, and I’d like to thank the surgeon and anesthesiologist for their personalized care and also all of the staff members from checking me in to checking me out AND checking up on me after the surgery. A very special thanks goes out to Tamika who was always there for me when I needed assistance, and who always made me feel at ease; Michelle in the surgical area at the front desk and who managed to put an IV in me that I didn’t even feel (and that means a LOT!); Valencia and Ivana, the two outstanding nurses who were with me during the OP and who brought me “back to life” afterwards --- I couldn’t have placed myself in the hands of a better and nicer team to take care of my needs, and I’d like to give all of the helping hands in front and behind the scenes of SFCFCS not only a very big “THANK YOU” but “I LOVE YOU TOO”.

I had the opportunity to meet some of the greatest cosmetic surgeon at SFCS, I had a mommy makeover with Dr Penilla, a upper and lower blasphemy with Dr. Alexander, and today I had a liposuction 360 with Dr. Cucin.❤️❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯💯💯💯🇹🇹They are all very professional, caring and they all have great knowledge and experience in the type of work theydo (#bring back you confidence😊). I like this place. Had 2 surgeries done. Results came out AMAZING. Dr. Alexander is the best , he knows what will look good on you. Tamika and Michelle are my best post op ever! Recovering is like a dream. I took Tylenol only 2 days and can work as soon as 4 days after my BBL.

I love this place Dr. Alexander did amazing on my Breast reduction. They look so beautiful! Process was super fast, no long wait they were under staff when I went because of covid. But they were still able to deliver fast and efficiently I was beyond impressed. customer service is wonderful. Everyone here is so nice and warm almost feels like family. I love how they follow up with aftercare calling to see how I’m doing I have had other procedures before and no other office has ever checked on me. I would recommend coming here to any and everyone. And I’m most definitely will be returning.

My name Sandra and this is my second time I am using Florida cosmetics to do my surgery. My overall experience with them have been awesome and my results are magnificent. I used them almost 19 years ago to do a tummy tuck and breast augmentation after having my last child and that surgery was beautiful and successful. I just used Dr. Pinnella to do over my breast augmentation and Blepharoplasty and can I tell you I am looking beautiful, magnificent brand new. My surgery was so phenomenal my sister and cousin have already put their deposit down to get their breast done also. My consultant Melinda who I also used almost 19 years ago is always so knowledgeable and helpful in guiding you on achieving your goals, her guidance and knowledge is exceptional. I love using this establishment because the doctors are consistent and they come with longevity of trusting them that they will always be there when you needed them. I don’t trust all these other pop up clinic that is popping up all over, I feel secure to know that I can always count on them to be there. I must honestly say all the staffs are welcoming and helpful they all work together to help you to achieve your ultimate goals of looking fabulous. Karla was my nurse after my lipo legs surgery. She was highly recommended by the facility. She stayed with me overnight at the hotel. She was fantastic. She is very professional and sweet. I felt very lucky to have her caring for me. She stayed awake all night and made sure I was okay. She’s definitely my 1st choice for any care after surgery. I have to say that this has been the best experience ever. From the very beginning Dena My consultant has been by my side for months answering all my questions phone calls emails and making me feel so much better about the surgery. She made everything seem so easy, which it really was. I just had a breast lift and implant and I am so happy. Everyone in that office was amazing. Dr. Alexander was my surgeon and also made me feel very comfortable and made this procedure totally easy. He asked me what I wanted which was the natural look and that’s exactly what I got. I had an amazing experience at the South Florida Center. My first breast aug was in 2005 and I needed to swap out my implants for new ones. Since I have had kids, I opted to do a lift and tummy tuck as well. Dena was my coordinator and she was fantastic from the very first time we spoke! She helped me with pricing, scheduling (even rescheduling because of my kids schedules), and even advice with my procedure before and after the fact. The staff was great, the nurses are top notch, super sweet, and caring. I gave them some laughs while waking up. My husband was a bit taken back seeing me in recovery and they were super sweet to assure him I was going to be just fine, even offering him hugs! am beyond happy with my results even though I am only a ways from recovered. Dr.Pinnella did a fabulous job and lives up to his GOAT status! Totally exceeded my expectations. I would recommend 1000% and will be back in March for additional procedures!
