My only regret is not booking to see Holly sooner! I was back and fourth about getting lip filler for quite some time because I was afraid of it looking fake. At my appointment, as soon as I started talking to Holly, she understood my vision and that I wanted a natural and subtle look before I even had to explain it. I love the result so much and not one person (even close friends/family) have suspected Ive had filler. I also appreciate her conservative approach in doing the treatment. She insisted we do the syringe in two stages to achieve the most natural result, which automatically gained my trust as she doesnt compromise your results or comfort to just get you in and out in one visit. He explains each procedure before moving forward with it, as well as explaining all the possible outcomes of it. I recently went in for Botox and went back the next week for my lips- I am in the process of relocating and they were kind enough to squeeze me in last minute before I left town, which was great. The staff are all very nice and friendly and my lips came out amazing, as did my Botox. Even though I was in and out in probably 40 minutes for my lips, I didn’t feel rushed at all but I definitely appreciated how quickly the whole process was - no waiting (other than time to numb). I have always had really nice natural full lips and gotten many complements over the years, but after noticing slight thinning and some wrinkling in the last few years I did some research on lip filler. I was very nervous as I didn’t want the fake looking “duck” lips that I have seen so much of. It was very important to me that I maintain a beautiful lip shape and add a little more fullness. After a LOT of time on my computer, I decided to visit Dr. Ryan Greene. His office is 7 hours round trip for me, but I honestly had the BEST experience and would travel much further to see him if needed. The office is welcoming and nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They really made the effort to put my nerves at ease as I was pretty nervous about doing this. Dr. Greene is really kind and so easy to talk to. He listened to me and did exactly what I wanted, and even more. He is an ABSOLUTE ARTIST and made my lips look better than they ever have. My first time going to Holly Greene was about two years ago and since then I have never looked back. Every time I leave the office I am extremely satisfied with my results. Holly has a keen eye for detail. She is very very conservative and extremely safety oriented. I liked that even though I bled a ton she did not alarm me and made me nervous. Erring on the side of caution we stopped treatment to see if next time I bled less, which was the correct thing to do. I had a minor complication, and she heard me, saw it, believed me and she treated it. I have still to try Dr. Green, but Holly is tops. The Botox she did was amazing. The staff is very organized, no waiting time, and very nice.

Decided to write a review because of how much it really helps when making a decision on choosing a doctor. I found Dr. Greene through Google. I wanted lip augmentation, I made sure to read all of his reviews and look at all of his before and after pictures from his website and his instagram account before making my decision. I can honestly say that this man is amazing. As soon as I walked in the office, all of the staff were very friendly. When Dr. Greene came for in the room for the procedure, he had such a great vibe to him. I told him exactly what I wanted and needless to say, he made it happen. I only got half of my syringe on my first appointment because I didnt want to feel overwhelmed with the results. Dr. Greene completely understood and told me they keep the rest of the syringe for 1 month. Today was my last appointment and I love my lips. After personally seeing Dr. Ryan Greenes results I decided to make the drive from Miami to Weston. It was absolutely worth taking a half day off from work. He gave my lips just the perfect amount of fullness while maintaining the natural look. I tell everyone about him and Holly. Holly was extensively trained by him and is truly amazing as well. Its been almost two years and I am finally beginning to need a touch up! They are very busy so call ahead of time. I know you have to be in excellent skilled hands when doing any facial procedure as there is a fine line between great results and poor ones. Dr. Greene was the choice for me and has been ever since my first visit six years ago. He is not an over injector and gives honest trustworthy advice when it comes to a procedure. All of his staff that I have encountered are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

You need a doctor and team who know how to fix the damage, and guide you to a better skin care routine. On the initial consult he first listened to me in order to know what my expectations were. He than explained the different fillers and how he performs the procedure. I was referred to Dr. Greenes office by the girl who does my eyebrows (@browsbymakeupomg) because I wanted to get my lips done, but I really just wanted a subtle enhancement, nothing drastic, and thats not exactly the norm in Miami. I wanted Dr. Holly to do my lips because she has experience with all different shapes and sizes. I didnt see one transformation of hers I didnt like on the website. This was going to be my first procedure like this ever, so if anything seemed off I wouldnt have gone through with it.From the second I reached out seeking a consultation, to the follow up call the next day, I had the most pleasant experience. The office has the perfect atmosphere and is extremely clean (bonus: free wifi). Before doing anything I had a full consultation where every single question and concern I had was addressed. They wanted to know what my goals were, and told me all the [amazing] things they can do to help me get there. Dr holly is the absolute best. I went to her before Covid for my lips, where she had to dissolve and POP bubbles of horribly done filler from a completely different place. Then she added her own after that was taken care of. Once lock downs and Covid ran rampant I couldn’t go see her(also got pregnant back to back). After all that I FINALLY got to go back to her and start back up on my lips again. We even started with some baby Botox. She understands the look I want with my lips and makes them so nice and even and plump. Her girls that do the rounds with her are great too. I always have a nice quick chat with them while I’m numbing. I truly can’t say enough about holly and the staff. I live in boynton and still drive down to her office in Weston. Although it is important to leave reviews when everything goes well, it is equally important to leave reviews when things don’t go according to plan. I had under eyes fillers, nasal folds and marionette lines. The results were beautiful, but I had a reaction on my cheek that developed into an ugly blister. I called the emergency line Saturday at around 7:30am. Almost immediately I got a call back. Dr. Greene immediately answered my concerns and asked me to go to the office at around 8:30am to have the filler in that area dissolved. Gave me prescriptions and his staff checked in with me for most of the holiday weekend (yes, it was also a holiday weekend). Things happen, bodies will respond differently, but his care, response to my concerns and immediate action shows what a good doctor he is. I would never trust my face to anyone else. Great bed side manners, great staff; and most importantly, he is there if there is a concern.

I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Greene for lip augmentation. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by a friendly staff member who told me to complete the paperwork. As soon as I completed the paperwork I was called into one of the patient rooms. Within minutes I was greeted by Dr. Greene and his medical assistant. I discussed my personal concern about my lips being very thin and how I wanted them to look bigger but natural at the same time. Within a couple of minutes of talking with Dr. Greene, I decided right there and then that Id go through with the lip augmentation. His medical assistant took a before picture (with my consent of course) of my lips. His medical assistant then applied numbing cream all over my lips and told me that Dr. Greene would be back to perform the lip augmentation. Within about 10-15 minutes, Dr. Greene arrived back and started the lip augmentation. The lip augmentation was completed before I knew it! I didnt feel any pain. I didnt feel anything, to be honest. When I was done with my procedure, I was given an ice pack and was told to ice my lips for the rest of the day. The next day I received a call from one of the friendly staff members as a check up - to see how I was doing and I was doing great! Im so happy with how my lips turned out. I love them and Im so glad I went through with my lip augmentation with Dr. Greene!To sum it up; if your looking for a professional, perfectionist - Id highly recommend Dr. Greene.

I cant express what an amazing experience I had with Dr. Greene! Not only is he a is a talented physician, his office is well run and his support staff is lovely. I recently went to see him for fillers (my first time having them) and he made me feel so at ease. From the start he was upfront and candid about the approach he thought best to take. I had my tear troughs done, he said I have thin skin in the area so it would be best to split the procedure into two visits- he used half of the syringe on the first visit and then I came back 10 days later. This is a case of “you get what you pay for.” People may complain about his fees, but honestly, you are paying for a highly skilled plastic surgeon to manipulate your body and face. I have hereditary under eye bags, that had bothered me for years. My father had an under eye bag removal surgery, along with an upper lid surgery. At this time, I am very much certain this is not the route I want to take, so I researched 2 years for a doctor that I felt comfortable with and that was skilled in undereye filler. For one, the entire staff (the PA, all the medical assistants, medical aesthetician, the front desk and office manager) are incredibly friendly, open and extremely knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help you. They look out to make sure you are getting the best promotion or discount before you even ask (like I said always have your best interest in heart), tell you about points/loyalty programs like Aspire or Brilliant Distinctions that eventually gives you even more future discounts, give skin care recommendations, share their personal experiences, or just let you hold (squeeze??) your hand if you are scared.Ive heard people sometimes complain about price, but you are not just paying for the product (which is pricey itself) here. You are paying for Dr. Greenes expertise, a skilled, master injector and trainer for the major injectable companies, the overall customer service and bedside manner provided by him and his staff, and confidence that you are in good hands. Also, you can feel safe knowing that you are getting legitimate, non-diluted products directly ordered from the manufacturers and not from the black market unlike some other places that may be the reason why they are able to offer extremely low price points. In the end, my philosophy is its your body, your face. Thats probably the last thing you should skimp on.Personally, I wanted a natural lip augmentation. I had decent lips already (at least I felt so) but my top lip was smaller than the bottom. Knowing I wanted a very natural look, did not want to do multiple syringes or visits, he used his artistic eye and expertise to skillfully place the product (Juvederm Ultra) to create the best results. Unlike other doctors who I have seen, he took his time and I fully believe that is why I barely had any bruising or swelling, but I also know factors like that varies per person. But I can at least appreciate that he doesnt treat his patients like a factory mill. He literally remembers every patient he has treated.When I have more money, later down the road I fully plan on getting it done again. Now that I have turned 30, I am also thinking about my nasolabial folds and Dysport. I know it seems like this can get addicting but he doesnt let any of his patients look fake just refreshed.In fact, I have had so many compliments from friends without any of them realizing I had anything done!The only other things Ive tried from this office are Dysport with their Physician Assistant Holly which I loved even better than the Plastic Surgeon I go to in Coral Gables. Also, the PCA Peel with their Aesthetician and Medical Assistant Rebecca which did amazing things for my skin within a week. I havent been there in a long, long time but I was introduced to two products from there that I cannot live without called Alphaeon Lash Serum (in my opinion better than Latisse and last forever with daily use on top and bottom lashes!) and my holy grail Alphaeon RHA Serum.Check them out for sure!

My sister referred me to Holly Shipley PA for lip injections using Juvederm Voluma XC. I immediately felt comfortable as she went over my anatomy and techniques to help me achieve the look I wanted. The procedure was virtually painless, unlike other offices that just use lidocaine she applied a numbing cream with multiple agents where I wouldn’t feel a thing. I don’t even know where to start. Dr. Greene and his office staff are top notch. His practice goes above and beyond my expectations every time. I don’t mind driving two hours to see them because I know it will be a great experience and I’ll feel even better after. The women working here make you feel like a good friend and even though you may not talk about these procedures with your best friend, these ladies remember you every time and help guide you through your experience. The office even send emails and encourages you to take part in their the money saving Brilliant Distinctions program (now Alle).Dr. Greene will put you at ease with his calm bedside manner and honest, professional opinion. He is a certified Master Injector and even writes research articles and conducts seminars on fillers and botox. I did scientific research for years and this was what really caught my attention.Never hesitate to ask questions. The information is vital and new products you’d never known existed may come up (look up Sculptra). So I know you’ve drooled over his before and afters, now make it your reality. This is where you go to become an elevated version of yourself. I consider it an investment but just know that you are in the best hands and on a fulfilling path to elongated youth with every appointment. They say money can’t buy happiness but I beg to differ after being introduced to them. Make an appointment NOW bc he’s typically booked for months. A visit to Dr. Greene atleast 3 times a year along with a great SPF and an apple a day should shed years 😊
