She was incredibly comforting and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Her welcoming demeanor instantly calmed my nerves, and she took the time to explain the process, which was really helpful.What impressed me the most was her attention to detail. Not a single hair was left behind, and the results were smooth and flawless. It’s clear that she is skilled at what she does, and her professionalism shone through. The entire experience was much better than I had anticipated, and I found myself enjoying the process more than I thought I would.I will definitely be returning to her for my future waxing needs.     Let me start off by saying this was my first time going to get a Brazilian wax done, and I also got my legs and underarms done as well. I was incredibly nervous, and had no idea what to expect. But when I walked in Marcia greeted me so warmly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had an A M A Z I N G experience! She was so personable and friendly and kept conversation with me the whole time which helped immensely with my nerves and also distracted me from the couple spots that hurt! Her technique was flawless and she is meticulous and made sure to get every last hair. I can’t recommend her enough!!!

But this was the first time that a wax removed 98% of my hair in the first pull if not more.In past experiences it was necessary 3 or 4 times to remove most of it, and even though I had been shaving for a long time I wasnt even sore afterwards.Marcia is the best!
