    Highly recommend ideal image! The staff is so kind and pleasant. The front desk is always so friendly and helpful. Peter specifically is very helpful. The services provide incredible results and are so worth it. I usually have Bethany for my services and she is very good at explaining what is being done and why and she is very good at making you feel comfortable.

    I have been going here for about a year now and I’m already extremely satisfied with the results! I have a few more treatments left and I have already seen a world of difference. Staff is amazing here which makes the process much more comfortable! Peter and Angelina at the front desk are so sweet and my laser tech Bethany is amazing!     Katie was very nice, attentive and eased my anxiety about having a new tech do my treatment. I always get nervous with a new tech just because they are not familiar with me or vice versa, but she really made me feel at ease. Front desk staff was also extremely nice. Customer service matters in all aspects and they all Aced the test tonight. I’ve been coming to this location for about 7 years now by the way and even though the staff changes, the service never has!

    I started this experience with mild expectations on the hair loss and I’m not even halfway through my treatments and I can tell the difference!     The front of house staff is consistently fantastic! Peter and Bethany are such an asset to this company. Very helpful and always greets with a smile! The staff who performs the laser treatments are always fantastic, very professional and friendly. They walk you through every step of the procedure! Angelina is wonderful!

    I should have done this sooner. I had no idea how affordable the laser hair removal services are. I never realized how much time went into thinking about shaving and then actually shaving, now that I don’t have to anymore.     I met with Kelly, and shes wonderful. Addressed all my questions and concerns thoroughly. I wasnt familiar with the details and cost of laser hair removal and thanks to Kelly I feel much better and informed.     I was completely satisfied with my experience from the phone call with Jenna and Adrianne to the service I had with the nurse practitioner. The delicacy of the placement of the needle was so perfect. I enjoy my experience every time. I am new to Florida and tried another Dr in between services and I went straight back to Ideal Image. I actually couldnt wait to get back to them. I am well pleased. The office is EXTREMELY clean and I am happy with each and every aspect of Ideal Image.

    Absolutely love the services that I’ve had done here. The staff is excellent and extremely welcoming. Laser hair removal results were amazing. I’m only half way through my treatment sessions and I’m 95% hair free! The numbing cream helps, I’m not going to lie there is discomfort in the sessions. But everyone’s pain tolerance levels will be different. Highly recommend the Fort Myers location.

I came here for laser hair removal -best thing I ever did for myself. Seriously, give them a call and get a quote.     Coming to this Ideal Image has honestly been by FAR the best experience I’ve ever had at any beauty spa. Andrea went ABOVE and beyond to make me happy since the first moment I walked in. I truthfully had some concerns with their pricing in the beginning as let’s be honest treatments can become quite expensive and she completely eased those concerns and beat my expectations every step of the way. If you want something done but are having financial concerns VOICE those concerns, I did and she literally has made me the happiest client. Thank you so much Andrea and ideal image I will never go anywhere else for anything I want done. The customer service here is honestly unlike any other.

    Kicking myself that I did not get laser hair removal sooner! I am no longer self conscious or feel like I have to shave before wearing shorts and no more of the itchiness with hair regrowth or ingrown hairs. The numbing cream prescribed was a game changer for the first few treatments and I love that the providers are able to prescribe that if the treatment is uncomfortable.     I previously did laser hair removal on my legs in 2018 and had amazing results. In 2021 I opted to do it yet again with my arm pits, upper lip and under bits. I don’t regret it for one second. My biggest reason to do it was that I have RA and it was getting more difficult for me to shave certain areas especially as the disease progresses.
