I try to have a nail theme each visit and this last manicure didnt disappoint- (ring finger is hard to see- its a red rose with diamond accents. You will love this place; Diamond Nails.     I had booked an appointment online and Leah was supposed to be my manicurist, but I wasnt told until I got there that she was on maternity leave so a gentleman did my nails and he did a very good job. He was fixing what Henry did the last time I was there which was a terrible experience But Ive been going to this nail salon for a long time and that was the only Terrible experience that Ive had here theyve changed Ownership so I will try them again and hopefully it will just keep getting better he used to put cream on your hands and give you a little massage was always a nice touch and I miss it

    AMAZING! The staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Colin he is the best at giving AMAZING massages during your pedicure. He is also very friendly! You can’t go wrong! A+!

    Just moved to Ft. Myers from a few hours up the coast and was in need of a new nail salon. After a few days of researching, I decided to give this salon a try after reading all their reviews. I made an appointment with Jackie, and I am glad I did. When I showed up for my appointment I was immediately put into a chair, which I am not used to at my old salon (appointment or no appointment I was always waiting). Jackie was really precise in doing my toes and they look amazing. I am happy to have found my new nail salon and highly recommend Jackie!

    The wife and husband that did my nails were wonderful. I tipped them $20 cause I am hard to please but I am nice. The old man was rude and unprofessional for no reason. Simple nail designs are best.

    The service was delightful, they made my daughters laugh and feel like a million bucks with their pedicures. And my nails look great! The only thing I didn’t like was the nail removal technique. And they added a 3% service charge to pay with a credit card (edited to add this to the review since they asked me to complete a Google review in person before completing payment).

    This was my first time here at Diamond nails and I was extremely happy with my nails and the friendly, professional service. This place was highly recommended through a few of my friends. Jimmy did an excellent job and asked me throughout the process if I was liking it. My first time doing the dip powder which the nice receptionist that greeted me suggested after asking me what I wanted. Everyone was so sweet and the atmosphere was spa like. I will definitely be back and I am going to get a pedicure as well. Thank you for a terrific first time experience!! 😊

    My first time here. I was taking care of by Cindy and Jimmy. Both are very good and knowledgeable. At first I was afraid because I am very particular about the shape and I don’t like my nails to look “thick” but Cindy assured me she’ll get me right and surely my nails turned out beautiful I recommend them.     The manager Cindy and Sonny made sure our first experience was one to remember! Excellent service and job! I got tips with poly gel and my husband got his first pedicure and manicure. We had lots of laughs!! I have VERY high expectations and my nails exceeded what I was looking for! 10/10 in my book!

    I am always nervous about trying new places, the nail tech I usually see at another salon was on vacation, so I took a chance in trying this new place. It is absolutely amazing.     My Mom got me hooked on this place, specifically with Laura. Laura does beautiful nails with lots of intricate art of you like, and she is so sweet. All of the people who work here are super friendly, the salon is very clean and they even fit me in for a last minute pedicure while I was here for a mani. I couldnt recommend them more highly. Book now, you will not regret it!

    The process to book and appointment was easy online, able to get in on the same day. Upon arrival, we were greeted and asked to pick a color along with confirming our services.     The front desk coordinator, Mia, started out my experience very pleasant and it continued to be pleasant the whole time there! She got me in last minute and was so kind.Angela did an amazing job on my nails and was very efficient.As a cosmetologist myself, I was very impressed. Especially with their sanitation!I would definitely recommend this salon to those in the area :)

    Beautiful clean salon. Service is outstanding from receptionist to nail technician. I am a ex cosmetologist salon owner so I am very picky my pedicure and nail drop are perfect . They listen and go way above. I booked lashes refill next . And return dip appointment . What a find.

    I came in for some TLC and I was politely greeted by the receptionist who was very sweet. The receptionist helped me pick out my colors (which were Fabulous) because I am so indecisive with so many beautiful options.. The Manager Cindy did my dip on my hands and she is just very lovely , kind , gentle and humble. The woman Angels who did my pedicure was very gentle and and listened to my concerns and made my feet feel and look great.. the entire staff energy is very welcoming and polite..     I do not live in the area, so took a chance going to this spa, based on some good Google reviews.I was not disappointed. The staff did a great job cleaning surfaces (chairs and tables) between customers. Nice clear partition between me and the person doing my pedicure. I wish I remember her name, but the young lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job. Toes look pretty and the foot rub was awesome. Manicure was great too.

    Was just at this nail spa Wednesday (8/2) for an acrylic set and pedi. I wanted a new set put on since my nails were overgrown and I wanted them cut down and a new acrylic set put on. They insisted I could get them filled again and did gel (which I have never done) and now 3 of my nails are lifting, they hurt and are sore and I believe the gel was applied too thick bc my nails are tender to touch and hurt. The fact 3 of my nails are lifting after just getting them done is terrible. Im not hard on my nails and have a desk job. I have never experienced this with acrylics before and I am extremely unhappy. I wanted a new set and just regular polish and they insisted on doing a fill and gel polish bc it lasts longer. My natural nails hurt and feel sore now and the gel polish was applied thick and the nails are poorly shaped. I will be going back to get this resolved and will update the review after doing so.Edited to add: went back to address my issue(s) with my nails and they fixed them for me. They were very kind and made sure I left happy with my nails. Very happy with their service and will be back :) thanks again!

    We made a last minute set of appointments for manicures and pedicures. The soft music and quiet salon were an added bonus and helped us in relaxing.     I have been going to the Salon for over two years.Someone recommended it to me for pedicures. All of the staff give great pedicures. I have used almost everyone on the staff for my nails, and I have no complaints. The one time that I had a minor issue, the owner addressed the issue immediately.When my three daughters come to visit, the staff is always accomodating to our schedule.The place is clean, in a great location, and the staff is friendly. I would not go anywhere else. Diamond Nails gets a 10 out of 10 as well as five stars!

    Yes good people. I made an appointment two days before Christmas and did it wait at all had my feet done the massage was great and she kept asking if I was okay. Then got a full set also wonderful job Im going on a month now and they are still on I will be going for another appointment this Saturday and this time taking my husband for a mens pedicure. For my feet and nails and eyebrows I payed 105 and gave a $10 tip well worth in my opinion.

    I’ve been coming to this salon for years now. Everyone is friendly and kind. There’s always soft music playing in the background which makes for a very relaxing time. I typically get a regular manicure weekly and a spa pedicure every 4-6 weeks. Loan(aka Laura) is my manicurist. She is FABULOUS,. She is a perfectionist at her craft. The salon is very clean and everyone is still observing COVID protocols which I appreciate . They are in the process of remodeling. I can’t wait to see what it will look like when they’re done!

    I’ve gone here a couple times now and compared to other nail salons this place has always given me quality nails that last. Every time I go here I am never waiting and if I am it is for a very short time. The price of the nails are great and I never leave feeling like I got ripped off because the quality of the work is amazing. 10/10 recommendations to this place.     This is the best nail salon I have been to in lee county. Superbly clean environment, friendly, sweet and patient staff. The hot stone pedicures for $25 are amazing - and the chairs are very comfortable with massage & choice of beverage during pedicure. My favorite lady there is Lana! Shes so sweet and does an excellent job at both the massage & pedicure & the painting. Soooo relaxing & so worth it here!!!

    My husband and I just arrived from Toronto and were on our way to Costco to stock up and decided to pop in for pedicures on a whim. I must say, this was one of the best, thorough pedicures we have ever had! They were friendly, the salon is clean and inviting, the prices were great AND the pedicures and full foot/leg massage were awesome!We come to Ft. Myers about 5 times per year; this will be our go to spot - no more will I get a pedicure before my vacations!!!!!!!!!!

    The best nail salon in Fort Myers and I have been to them all. I came to them with a set that looked so unnatural. This nail salon gets it right every time. They fixed the shape and always make your nails look “natural” no bubbly acrylic look,. Your nails will be Pinterest level perfect. Every nail tech is skilled and they take their time to do the job right no rushing to get you in and out like most places. The wait times are very minimal. So glad I found this gem of a nail salon!

Unfortunately, l was not told that (ombré)a style of nails with two colors would be $50 dollars. A reqular power dip is $35, there is no stipulation on the price menu of such an up charge. Not that I would not of still chosen the style as I love it! Im saying it would have been nice to know up front, as no other salon charges 15 additional dollars for the ombré...I thought I found my place :(((.
