    Hands down the best nail salon I’ve been to. Everyone who works here is so talented and passionate about their work. They’re also really friendly and make sure you’re comfortable the whole time which I love. I’ve gotten my eyebrows, toes, eyelashes, and acrylics done from here so many times and they always look amazing.

    I had gotten my nails done at another salon the same day and they were absolutely terrible. I was leaving for a dream vacation the next day and didn’t think I would be able to get my nails fixed but within 5 minutes of calling the amazing staff at Hot Rocks they had me in a chair and made my nails perfect. They listened and gave me exactly what I asked for and were so kind to me.

    Came across this salon by coincidence. I was looking to get a gel manicure with a small design, and I couldn’t be luckier 🍀 Rebecca was so nice, and knowledgeable, as soon as I showed her my “inspo” model she said “I can do that.” Needless to say I’m super happy, look at those nails! can’t wait to see her again. Professional and caring 🌟 highly recommend her!

    This salon is amazing -- Micki does my nails and Im super happy with them every time! She gets exactly what I want with nail shape and nail art, is fast and super detailed. Kim is amazing too!!! Definitely recommend if youre in the Fort Myers area!!

    The service here is top tier! Truly a 5-star experience! New to the area so I came for a fill. Lisa was super sweet, detailed and professional. I then got a pedicure from Candy and she was also great at what she does and incredibly attentive. The energy at this nail salon is so inviting and refreshing. I will definitely be back.

    I have gone to this salon for years and have always been taken care of like family!Tu or Micky are my girls and are always so patient with me!They use high quality products& will work hard to give quality results!They are clean and kind and I will most likely never trust any other salon with my acrylic, dip or gel fills or pedicures.P.s.     Could NOT be happier with my experience there. I have been searching relentlessly for my go to place and Im pretty darn positive I found it. Leslie was phenomenal. I went in with a pain in the butt design and she did it without a second thought. The entire staff was amazingly friendly, and the environment was awesome. My friend also got her nails done, the base was by Micki (not sure of the spelling), and the feathers were done by Leslie. Going to highly recommend to my friends and will be going back soon for a pedi!

    Yamila is the best manicurist and pedicure professional ever! I have recommended her to many of my friends and neighbors,and they never stopped going back. Plus she is so nice and punctual, will do her best to accommodate you in her schedule. Locale is very nice and easy to get to and park. Try their TITO drink around lunch 😍

    I went to Hot Rock after going to numerous nail salons around Lehigh Acres and Fort Myers. I’ve never been 100% satisfied with how my nails came out. Luckily I found this salon. After reading great reviews I decided to give it a shot. So glad I did. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. The owner filled and filed my nails to a perfect even point and Leslie did my wonderful mermaid design. I have now found my go to nail salon. You have a new loyal customer. Thank you !

    My Mom & I came here for Hot Rock Spa Pedicures- Miss Amy & Miss Candy made our toes look beautiful & the whole treatment was so relaxing! I get nervous having cuticles trimmed (other places can be so rough and cut you!) But they were gentle and did an amazing job!!💜The salon has a nice atmosphere, relaxing but also fun- this family run beauty biz is professional yet they treat you like family. A wonderful group of ladies! 🤩

    I have been coming to Hot Rock Salon for a few years now. I feel like I’m part of a family there. It’s always a fun experience and my nails always look fabulous! They take the time to listen to what I want and they design my nails as I hoped they would every time. Just last night I told my girl Two I wanted snowflakes and she just painted them herself on my nails and again .. I’ve had nothing but compliments all day today! I would highly recommend this place. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

    I had some trouble finding a good nail tech in the area, but after two visits to Hot Rock Nail Salon I’ve decided that this my new spot! I had Leslie for a pedicure and two full sets of Dip Powder and she’s done an awesome job every time! She makes sure to get a perfect fit and shape for my nails with great attention to detail and I adore them! I’ve set more appointments for my pedicures, Dip Powder, and I even scheduled a massage after a great discount offer along with my nail service! You guys are doing great!!     Absolutely the best place ever to get your nails done!!!!!!! The customer experience you get as soon as you walk in is just priceless, they treat you like family. My Nail fairy Cassie is amazing by far the best! Im the pickiest person youll ever meet and shes been the only one to make sure I walk out so happy and it never fails.     I am very particular with my personal appearance and always searching for the best providers out there. I searched on Google and the reviews for Hot Rock Nail Salon were very high (not common for nail salons in my area). I decided to give them a chance and made an appointment with Leslie, as she was mentioned in quite a few of those 5 star reviews. Had my fill and pedicure done by Leslie today and I am very happy and satisfied with the final product. She was very nice and friendly and did an excellent job with my nails! Will definitely go back from now on.

    Within 45 minutes of leaving Hot Rocks I recommended Natasha 3 times to other girls that stopped me to compliment my nails (true story)! She showed me the perfect color combination for my nails with little information to go on and within minutes of meeting me, like she knew me. Fun conversationalist and truly talented! I love my nails, this is the first time I’ve had acrylics and what a great first experience. The prices are friendly, with exceptional results. I’ve also had my eyelashes done by Calvin and they lasted for weeks!!

    I have been going to Hot Rock Nail Salon for a while now and I have to say I never leave disappointed. The staff is super nice and welcoming and they are all so talented. I recently went and had a shellac manicure (and design) and a pedicure with Leslie and she was amazing!!!     Cassie is the best nail tech there! She does an excellent job all the time! She never disappoints me. She makes sure my nails are always perfect and ensures me that they will stay that way. My nails usually last about 3 weeks which is a lot longer than any other person Ive been to! She has a wonderful personality so my visits are always memorable! Highly recommend the salon! Cassie is very popular so you have to schedule appointments with her but its def worth it!

    Best nail salon I have been to! Iraiela is awesome!! I had a manicure and pedicure with her a few days ago and she did an amazing job. She is a perfectionist, and I never feel rushed. One of my nails split so I stopped in today and she fixed it, again, with great attention to detail and perfection! She is super sweet and friendly, and I intend to be a long-term customer of hers! Lorna is an amazing nail tech who gives a great pedicure. She pays attention to detail and her foot massage was very relaxing.     I came in yesterday and they were able to fit me in right away. When I first walked in was greeted at front then walked to back. Very professional staff and cozy and clean atmosphere.     We went to Hot Rock Nail Salon, had no appointment, but they gladly took care of us, they made my mother and I feel so welcome! Natasha worked on my moms nail and they looked amazing!! She took her time to make sure she (mom) liked the shape and size.     I was looking for a new nail salon when I found Hot Rock. I absolutely love this place!! The owners are hands on and take very good care of their customers. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that they offer eyelash extensions. Calvin transforms my look with the most amazing eyelashes I have ever seen!     This is the most amazing nail salon. I have been going here for 2 years. I wont let anyone else touch my nails. The shop is clean and their utensils are sterile. Micki does my acrylic nails beautifully. Calvin has done eyelash extensions on me several times and I love them. And all of the girls at one time have done my pedicures and eyebrow wax.     This is, hands down, the best nail salon Ive ever been to. Micki and Calvin do amazing work (the only 2 techs I have had so I cant comment on any others) and the atmosphere is so friendly and fun between chatting with the techs or with the person seated next to you. Not to mention the quality you get for your money. I have paid a lot more at sub par salons that do nothing more than have you sit quietly for 2+ hours for a mediocre manicure. I would suggest making an appointment especially if youre going on a Friday or Saturday because they can get quite busy. They also do not share tools...seriously, COME GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!

    I love coming here. I have had bad experiences at other nail salons but this place really makes me love getting my nails done! Christina is the absolute best and I love having her do my nails. She can do anything you ask for and its obvious she loves what shes doing! Shes great with everything and very funny. The nail powder polish is absolutely amazing and withstands my brutal torture (I am awful with taking care of my nails and so everything usually chips within hours). Thank you again for my wedding manicure and pedicure and my subsequent for funsies manicures!

    Ive went to hot rock salon twice and Ive been to a lot of salons. This salon is seriously so pretty inside. The owners are nice but very professional and on top of their stuff. Granted the services that I got done did take a while. I will say this, to avoid a long wait or just a lengthy service. Schedule an appointment with a specific person at least the day before. Micki did my nails this time and I love it. My nails came out so nice and she really focused on the details and the shape. I love my nails I definitely recommend coming to this salon! Ask for Micki shes awesome :) also they do give you a complementary drink of your choice. The red wine they have there is gooddd lol.

    I did a lot of research before calling Hot Rocks Nail Salon pouring though reviews. I am visiting from St. Louis and am very particular about who does my nails and was very much out of my comfort zone. There has been only one place that has done my nails in forever. I chose them over another that was recommended and I am happy I did. I called on Saturday and they were able to accommodate me for an ombré manicure. It was my first time and they are beautiful! The lady who I think maybe was owner was pleasant and funny the atmosphere was nice. I watched as others got there nails done and each were as pretty. The guy doing my nails was quiet but that’s ok because he knew what he was doing and I left with really pretty nails. I will refer you if any one asks and when I return to southwest Florida and need my nails done I will be back. Thanks so much.

    I needed to find somewhere last minute to do my nails for my wedding and I couldnt be happier with the experience at Hot Rock Nail Salon. I lucked out! Rhonda took the best care of me and Im thrilled with my nails. Ive always been disappointed by the lack of care and attention Ive gotten from other nail salons where the focus has been on in-and-out type service. Rhonda took her time to ensure that my nails looked great for my wedding but she also took care to massage the lotions into my skin. By the time I left I felt much more relaxed and ready for my big day. Rhonda very clearly enjoys her job and it shows in the quality of her work. My french manicure is perfect and my pedicure is immaculate for my beach wedding. Seriously, I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else now.

    I got a dip powder manicure with shellac and a shellac pedicure. The prices are reasonable and the quality is on point with any higher priced salon you can book in town. The atmosphere is modern and inviting. Sierra T. Did my pedicure, very relaxing and the polish is perfect. Kelvin did my manicure, again perfect and he is very knowledgeable at his craft.     My first time going here and the guy really did a great job. My nails are so long he recommended I just switch to dip polish instead of acrylics and honestly it caught me so off guard since Im used to paying 50-60 for my nails and the dip is like half the price.     I cannot say enough about my experience at Hot Rocks Nails and Spa. I walked in 2 1/2 hours before my wedding looking for someone to do my nails because my original plan fell through last minute. I had already been to two other places and walked in almost crying. The incredible people there immediately sat me down and took care of me, making sure to make my service all about me. My nails looked amazing and were dry when I walked out! As I was there I saw many returning customers who were also very friendly to a new face.     I LOVE LOVE LOVE Micki and her staff!! Ive never been to a nail salon as consistently as I have this one. Everyone there is so friendly and inviting! Dont get me started on color choices, I think Micki gets them by the bus load! If youre looking for quality service at affordable prices then youve found then youve found the right place! Also the salon is very CLEAN!! Every customer has their own box of items that is only used by them! Ive never been to a salon who emphasized the importance of cleanliness!!I If I could give Micki 20 stars I would!

    Best experience ever! Was recommended by two clients and wanted to check the place out. Walked right in without an appointment and didn’t have to wait at all. Immediately started my fill, only took about 30 minutes and the price is the best part. 23$ for a fill plus nail design. Such a great experience, definitely will be back, and will definitely be referring everyone I know to this place.

    We went in today for pedicures and nails and they look amazing! Everyone in the building was very professional and doing some awesome nail designs. My 2 year old and 5 year old girls got their nails done too and they look adorable its not always the easiest working with kids but they did it! Will be back without the kids to get eye lash extensions as soon as I can get a sitter.

    I absolutely love this salon. Christina is my go to technician. She is always friendly, courteous and amazing at addressing any ingrown toenails. This place makes you feel like long lost family everytime you walk in the doors. They are extremely clean and each pedicure can offer a new spa experience every time.

    It has always been a struggle for me to find someone to do my nails and for me to feel actually satisfied with the service. This place is beyond my expectations, the staff is always friendly and at your service, Lorna is magnificent doing my nails and as a person, just as it is the young lady who did my daughters nails she did a magnificent job as well.     Made a last minute decision to get a pedicure while on vacation and went to Hot Rock Nail Salon based on the google reviews I saw. Yamila did my pedicure and did a great job with the nails and the foot/calf massage. If I was local I would definitely go back there!     I love this salon. It’s full service. Today I got a fabulous spa pedicure with hot rocks and hot towels. It was wonderful. Also a gel manicure and lash extensions.     I was happy with my mani pedi and the huge selection of colors. My boyfriend and my sister both had massages and were impressed by the technique and strength of the masseuse. Id recommend this place! 3 days later and no chips so far! Seemed clean. Everyone gets their own kit for their tools which I love! All the staff were friendly and the mood of the salon seemed happy. Looked like they may serve alcohol but I cant guarantee that. Bit hard to find because you cant see it from the main road. Located in Mattress Firm plaza. Prices change from one day to the next it seems or by client by client which we didnt like.

    I have been in Fort Myers for almost a year. Ive been to several nail shops but never found one that was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. After a Nailtech from another salon ruined my nails for a special occasion I ran across this shop. One of the things I loved about my first time there is when I showed what I wanted they recommend me to Christina. I was very worried because my app was a couple of days before my big event! And Ive been going to her every since. I also suffer social anxiety disorder and its not often I go somewhere and feel comfortable but they all has made me feel comfortable.

    If you havent been you are missing out, I am always treated like a queen. I have been to several salons they cant shape are over priced, or just want you in and out. Mickey is amazing, she is efficient and very sweet, Ymela please excuse the spelling she does a great pedicure, she takes her time and is very gentle. I recently had Abeula.. lol..     Very nice. Clean, friendly and not outrageously expensive. The pedicure chairs rock! They massage in different modes and are very comfortable. They even bring you a beverage while you just sit back and enjoy! Also, if youre going to be a fairly regular customer, you can have a box of tools that will only be used with you!

    First time st this salon and so here goes my impartial review:Staff is very nice and not entirely Asian for once which was rather nice. The place was clean and well organized. I called and made an appt which was very helpful, they answered quickly and were professional on the phone.I booked a mani-pedi followed by eyelash extensions.Massage chairs are awesome but controls hard to figure out so chair kept resetting every time I started the massage again.Prices are very reasonable but be aware the nail salon inadvertently charged me separate for each nail service and its slightly cheaper combined. So ask about the charges.The eyelashes were very good but still need to see holding power for upkeep.Bathroom was clean but when I came out the girl was cleaning a spill on the floor and I almost slipped and fell walking by.A few minor items I felt could use some work but no deal breakers:Show customers how to work with the massage chair remoteHave plenty of water to drink they ran outI would have liked to see eyelash options styles, thickness lengths etc to choose from.Website could be better.But overall loved the place and results.

    I found Hot Rock on Google and will never go anywhere else! I started off as a walk in and now I go back biweekly, without missing a beat. The overall atmosphere of Kalvin and Mickis salon is beyond amazing. Not only are they and their staff very inviting but they are also knowledgeable. Kalvin introduced me to the Kiara SKY Dipping powered.The Dip does not have a harsh smell nor does it required any drilling (which I was never a fan of!) My nails are not sore not have I broke a single one in months...knock on wood. Another of the many positives, you are not sharing tools with a stranger, they are either yours to keep or they will store them in the salon in your personalized box!

    Hot Rock Nail Salon is the best! Iraidia is top notch! Due to Hurricane Irma and a wedding I had to attend in Arizona, I had to get my nails done there. I REALLY MISSED IRAIDIA! My nails didnt even come close to the spectacular job she does! I couldnt wait to get back to Fort Myers for her to fix my nails!!     I have frequented many nail salons and spas in Canada, Ohio and Florida. I have only found two where I receive consistently great service and this is one of them, with the other being in Canada. I moved a year ago and am now farther away from Hot Rocks, but dont mind travelling the extra distance to experience their quality service. They are all friendly and there are no communication issues as with some other nail establishments.

    I had Jamilla. I was a first timer. And I could not enjoyed myself better. The atmosphere was beautiful, my nails look amazing and when she did my toes, she knew I was in a rush and that did not interfere with the way she did them. They are still beautiful and soft as ever. I needed a fill on my hands. The way they did it with a dipping powder was an interesting concept and I enjoyed it very much compared to the liquid, the drilling, the UV light etc. Thank you, Jamilla.

    Cassie is an excellent nail technician. I have always had a very difficult time finding a nail technician that is skilled enough and willing to take care of ingrown cuticles. She keeps them in excellent shape. On top of doing an excellent mani/pedi, she finalizes your treatment with a massage that is to die for. I also enjoy her company and non-judgemental attitude. She is on time and responsible for ensuring my safety with sanitization of utensils utilized during my time. I am never worried about getting some type of nail fungus under her care. If you want excellent service, see her when you call. Shes the best!!!

    I love Hot Rocks Nail Salon--Cassie is the best! She is funny, makes me laugh a lot, very considerate and knows how to give you a relaxing pedicure and manicure. DO NOT SETTLE FOR LESS MAKE IT THE. BEST AND THAT WOULD BE CASSIE!

    I went to Tiara and she does an amazing job. I went over 3 weeks over on my fill with long stilettos and not even a lift!!! And their nail designs??🤗🤗5 stars plus all the way around!

    As an individual who researches basically everything ahead of time, this place is worth the 5 star rating. Talked into a pedicure for the first time, each person get their own 1-time use kit (files are not reused). Techs are friendly and knowledgeable, will be back.

    My first visit to the salon and I got a pedi! Rhonda gave me the most amazing pedicure and the massage was EVERYTHING!!! I found my new favorite salon for pedis. Not to mention the have tons of seating for the pedicure chairs!

    Elena was great. I had the honey pedicure and I highly recommend it. The only negative I have is the smell of nail polish is very strong when I walked in. Great place and will be going back when we are in town again.
