    My girlfriend LOVES this place! Ms. Ivey is always on point with her art. I love going here with her because I get free drinks while I wait for her to get done. Can’t beat that! Nick (the owner) is an amazing guy and if something goes wrong, he will make it right. Solid local business you can’t go wrong with.

    I was in search of a new nail tech, and I saw plenty of great reviews about Ivy, so I asked for her.To say the least, I am super happy with her work, and she was very sweet! Ivy asked if she could take some pictures of her work, got me a drink, and even massaged my hands after she did my nails.Totally satisfied and I’ll be coming back! Thank you so much!!!

    I called 3 days before we needed 7 manicures and pedicures and they got us in on a Sunday afternoon they were very helpful with color choices and recommended what pedicures we needed she even got my ingrown toenail feeling better. The massages on our legs were fantastic as well as our hand and arms. She even put a warm towel over my hands it felt great. They offered us complimentary wine, soda, water and refilled our glasses. We had a great time 6 ended up going is a large group to fit in and yes we had to wait a little but we expected that and we all got done at different times. We will definitely go back when we do another girls trip to Destin. One of the men working there is a hoot he had us all laughing so hard. Thanks for the great service. The place was very clean even the restroom.

    By far the best nail salon I have ever been to. My girl Ivy is so unbelievably talented and is so great at making your vision come to life. She takes her time and makes sure it is what you wanted and that it looks good. She always does her best work. Now the salon as a whole is beautiful and very clean. Every one of the workers are so kind and so quick to ask if you would like a beverage before getting started. I couldnt give enough compliments about this place.     Very nice staff and friendly atmosphere. Kelly did my nails and pedicure in Nov 2024. Excellent work! She was Very gentle (others often hurt my hands and feet) and a beautiful result! They even have a ‘happy hour’ between 10 and 3 with a discount of $5 off each service. The base prices are also very fair. I will definitely be back!

    My tech was Rose and she did exactly what I wanted. It only took 1hr and 21 minutes. I paid 85$ for the set and tipped which came out to 121.00. Very happy! Will be coming back!

    I have been getting my nails done by Ivy for almost a year now. I moved to the area in 2021 and it took me two years to find her. She is the sweetest and most skilled nail tech I have found in the area. Her attention to detail and skill is amazing. My natural nails have never looked better and her work lasts. I never have to worry about chips or broken nails and if I happen to break or chip a nail before seeing her, she has just the fix for them. Asked to see her work, designs, chrome, etc. She can pretty much do it all.

    Traveling from NC to FL.My boyfriend and I were greeted warmly upon arriving for walk-in appointments.David did a phenomenal job on my mani/pedi and my boyfriend raved about Rosie! We enjoyed mimosas from the top shelf from Billy 🤗 and enjoyed everyone’s jokes and laughter. If we are in the area again, we will most definitely stop by for more relaxing services! Highly recommend!

    5 ☆☆☆☆☆ To Billy!Its sad, but its true. Its very hard to find a nail person who actually listens to what you want, cares about the integrity of your nails, doesnt rush you and the biggest one.. actually talks to you and cares to get to know youAfter going through a few nail techs in the area, I finally came across Billy and I continued to go to Billy for 3 years! Every 2 to 3 weeks I had my appointment to get dip and sometimes pedicure with gel.I followed him from Mary Esther cut off to his new location on Eglin Parkway.Billy is a great person all around. Hes so caring, genuine, honest, very funny (have you laughing non stop) and very kind. Hes a hard worker, if you know Billy. You know he loves what he does and he loves making people feel good. He makes you feel relaxed and does a beautiful job!Im a nail biter and I never had natural nails so long and beautiful . Billy helped me achieve that goal, with dip and never over drilled my nails and made sure to protect the integrity of them.I havent ever left a review.. honestly... because I have said by word of mouth to countless women to go to him, but he was always booked up lol 😆 I didnt want to give him anymore attention.But he deserves the attention and to be recognized for his hardwork, dedication and genuine good hesrt. I truly miss him. I have moved away and would do anything to have Billy do my nails again! I pray whereever he is, hes always blessed!Here is just a few of the times hes done my nails.     My go to nail place!! I like my nails long and I’m particular about my shape! Billy NAILS IT every single time!!! He takes his time, has fun with it, and I enjoy the conversations we have! I look forward to seeing him every three weeks! (Yes three weeks, and I rarely have lifting or any broken) Thanks Billy for taking such great care of me always!Update: a few months later!     Im visitingmy sister so im not from the area- i googled places around and saw reviews raving about Ivys design work, and she did not disappoint! She was very sweet the whole time, making sure I knew if i didnt like something I could tell her and she would fix it (I never had to, everything was perfect) and by the end I was more satisfied than.i thought Id be, my results are absolutely stunning!

    Alex has been my girl since day once! She is a true artist. She truly takes the time to get to know her clients and their needs; she also takes her time with filing, shaping, painting, which is a major plus! Her sweet and spunky nature is the cherry on top. My nails belong to her now.

    Very pleased. I had done extensive research on nail salons to go get my hands and feet done. I saw great reviews on Rosie and decided to book with her. Im so glad I did, she was super kind and did an excellent job. I got a gel manicure and pedicure with nail art. The place was very clean and they used steryl new tools. The seats for the pedicure were massage chairs . As soon as I arrived I was greeted and he explained the process to me on how to check in and what discounts I could look forward to. Also asked if I wanted a complementary drink from wine to water. He also brought me the colors of polish to look through as I waited since I was early. Such a relaxing great experience. This will be my go to place for sure.

    I started coming to Luxx when Billy moved to this location. Billy is a great nail tech and will always be the go to for my nails. He does amazing work and makes sure my nails are healthy. I went 2 weeks ago to get my nails done pic below and they still look amazing. Every time someone compliments my nails I tell them Billy at Luxx Nail on Eglin PKWY did them. He’s amazing you should call and book an appointment with Billy.

    I have been coming to this salon for a while now and I LOVE them but now I love them even more…they have a tech who is newer to the team and yall…..she’s AMAZING. Takes her time very meticulous, LISTENS to what you want and I LOVE LOVE LOVE her!!     I really love going to Luxx nails and all of the technicians are very good but one of my favorites is Rosie. She always make sure that my nails are looking wonderful and if they have any problems, she will fix them with no hesitation.     It was very easy to book. I was welcomed warmly and the gentleman who did my nails was so sweet and accommodating to me. I cant stand certain textures or feelings so he accommodated me so well. He did a fantastic job on my acrylics. The services for my pedi and eyebrow wax was amazing too! 10/10 services.

    Had a wonderful experience getting a pedicure and manicure today. Sang did an excellent job asking my preference on multiple types of services.     I came in with 2 other people and didn’t call or make an appointment but someone with the same name, amount of people, and time called same as we did. they were very understanding and accommodating to all of our needs. got a set of acrylics, and 3 deluxe pedicures. very fast only took 2 hours for all 3 people. nails turned out amazing, there were a couple cuts on my cuticles that did bleed and sting a bit, and my left thumb was slightly crooked, otherwise perfect!

    Luxx Nails has multiple locations throughout - however, this is the only location I’ve been coming to recently to get both my toes and nails done.The atmosphere is well light, welcoming, and very affordable. Nik, Linda and Andie have serviced several of my friends and I. We always leave satisfied.The owner, Nick is VERY attentive to the cliental coming through the door as well.All and all I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to get their pedicure or manicure.Thank you for the fantastic service.

    I scheduled an appointment here for my mom, daughter, and myself. We all chose the deluxe pedicure. Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly smile and offered a drink. The space is bright and clean. My technician was friendly and gentle since I had sunburned legs. They are generous with the lotions, potions and massage! I wouldnt hesitate to visit again when we come back to town.

    They did amazing on our pedicures! They did great with my 7 year old daughter! My husband had a bad sunburn on his legs & feet, the lady recommended a special pedicure for him which soothed his burn & relieved a lot of his pain. The complimentary drinks were awesome.     Love Luxx Nail Spa! Ivy normally does my mini and pedi, and shes amazing. I recommend her for sure. Billy is also great and funny. My family all goes there and is happy with everyone.     After living in FWB for almost 7 years, I think I’ve finally found a favorite place! It’s beautiful inside, very spacious and clean. Everyone was so friendly. Had to wait a little bit for a walk in pedicure on a busy Saturday, and they let me just soak my feet and offered drinks while I waited. Amy did a great job on my pedicure - will definitely be back!

    I love Luxx! Emma did my nails, and they turned out so beautiful. There are so many colors to choose from and the building is so pretty and clean. And the prices arent bad at all, it only cost $55 for a gel (with design!) manicure. Will definitely be going back again.

    Ive been going to Luxx since they opened. I followed my nail guy Billy there. They are so accommodating and always get me in. Im known around my office for my nails and Billy always nails my vision on the head no matter how crazy they are.

    Absolutely wonderful service. I hadn’t realized how poorly my nails had been being done for years and I just put up with it. I’m dropping my old salon… Luxx was very attentive to detail. There were virtually no imperfections and the thickness of the nail tapered appropriately. The tech asked me multiple times about how things looked checking in with me. Clean and beautiful salon. Very kind staff.Just one teeny tiny suggestion . Ensuring all techs are knowledgeable about trends such as the popular glazed/chrome look. I had a difficult time trying to articulate with the picture what it was because I’m not well versed myself and I didn’t end up with EXACTLY what I wanted. More of a beautiful pearlescent, fine glitter than chrome/glaze.Nothing making a few sample nails of trends or 15 minutes of training wouldn’t fix. :)

    Billy at Luxx is THE BEST!!! He has been my nail tech for a few years now, and I wont go to anyone else. My nails always look amazing (fingers and toes) and he has done wonders to fix injured/broken nails and ingrown. I have never ever had a bad experience with him or at Luxx.     I came here for the first time today and was really impressed with the overall look and feel of the salon everyone was very professional and kind. They serve all types of different drinks while youre getting your service including wine which is pretty cool. I got an excellent pedicure and full set I forgot to ask the guys name but he was really nice and took his time with his work instead of just rushing through it and sending me out the door which I really appreciated. The only thing negative I have to say is that the ATM they have doesnt just charge a dollar it charges a dollar plus a $3.50 fee I looked at my bank account after and noticed it and thats the only ATM I stopped by on eglin so I know thats where it came from. Not a totally big deal but a little misleading thats the only reason Im saying something about it. Maybe they will see this and fix their sign or something. But like I said overall I had a great experience and will definitely come back for another service in the future.

    Wow just plain WOW , I have had my nails done off and on for many years and I must say this Nail Spa is the most incredible place that I have had do my nails. The shop is beautiful clean and very classy. The Nail Tech that did my nails Big Nick was a true artist. I was using another place and paid over 100.00 to get them done only to walk out with way to thick nails and bubbled Nail polish . I used Luxx Nail Spa and will continue to use them. Like I said Big Nick did an amazing job on my nails. Their not thick they look natural and what a custom paint job he did on my nails. Im beyond satisfied. They are the Best Hands down in this area. I highly recommend them . They treat you like a Queen. Im so super happy we finally have a decent true artistic Nail Spa. Do yourself a favor and try it out for yourself. The attention to detail is incredible I was not let up out of my chair until Big Nick was completely satisfied that my nails were perfect and I DO MEAN PERFECT.     We were on vacation in the area. Our tradition is for local pedicures while in town. We visited Luxx because of their high reviews. Walking in, we were immediately welcomed, very friendly. Atmosphere was very relaxing.Now, when it came to my pedicure, it was very lackluster. She didn’t trim my nails. I chose the Volcano option. She washed my toes with Dawn dishwashing liquid, strange. The “lotion” she warmed up, was so hot it nearly burned my legs.Perhaps, another visit. As of now, I would not suggest.

    Best nail salon in the area! Super clean with friendly staff!Billy spends a lot of time making sure that everything is exactly right before I leave the salon. I have been going to him long enough that he knows exactly how I like my nails and I am never disappointed!!

    Amazing service. Everyone was so friendly from the time I walked in to the time I left. I had Jewles for my pedicure and she was great. She took her time and was so honest about my color choice even sampling the color and showing me some better alternatives. I so appreciate it. I would have left and hated it had she not said something.Chairs were very comfortable and up to date. Beautiful salon and well ventilated. Prices are right on par with others in the area. Zero complaints here. I will for sure be back

    I took my 90 year old father to Luxx Nail Spa, and it was a wonderful experience! Hes legally blind, almost deaf (even w/his hearing aids), and hadnt ever had a pedicure in his life. At his age, he has stress fractures in both feet, and his toenails were very outgrown. Joe treated dad w/such great care and kindness, it almost brought me to tears. Dad kept saying that guy was great!! He was really great!!....... and Joe was!Also, this place is immaculate!! I read many Google reviews before I felt comfortable taking my father here, and I cant recommend it highly enough!!! 10+

    This will be my regular nail salon and Emma will be my regular nail tech. I’m not going anywhere else. This was my second visit and just as good as the first. Salon is elegant, staff is personable and hospitable. I have thin nails and Emma is as gentle as a feather. In addition she is so sweet and great at carrying on a conversation if that is your wish.

    My name is Rhyle Mcpherson, personally this is the best nail place i have ever been to in town and ive tried plenty i finally found mine.They are so kind, understanding and helpful.My nails last me so long and they always look amazing!!!!! You will NOT be disappointed !My fav is Tasha! Love her !

    First time here to get a pedicure and it was awesome. Staff was so friendly. My daughter and I had Billy and Emma and they were great. This place is actually cheaper than other places and caters more to the customer. This in now our favorite nail place. We are definitely going to return.

    You are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t go to Luxx. I got a pedicure with Ricky. The pedicure was amazing but the conversation also made the experience even better. He did such an amazing job with my toes and even got out the ingrown nails that I’ve been having problems with. I’ve also gotten my eyebrows waxed and they did a great job with my arch and I could barely feel the wax. I can’t say enough great things about this place!

    Omg i had the best experience for the first time here today, Billy got me right with my full set! he was quick and super nice and had me and my bf laughing the entire time and gave us drinks ! the price was super affordable and i didn’t even have to critique anything about my nails, he was spot on with everything. i’m definitely coming here again :)

    Ricky is the best nail tech I’ve ever had! His energy and work is amazing. He is very precise and focuses on every detail. I appreciate the time he takes to make my nails look perfect. I would recommend him!
