    BEST PLACE EVER! I have been here several times because I spend my summers in Destin and I always get nervous finding a new nail spot. Chu and her staff are absolutely phenomenal. My work hours do not align with the times that she is open and she was willing to stay beyond her hours to fit me in for an appointment. Attentive to detail, great prices, and overall great experience. I wish this owner the best with her business!

    I absolutely LOVE coming here! 💕 Its a very relaxed, peaceful vibe and these ladies do a fantastic job. I show them a design and they go above and beyond! I do tend to be a bit particular when it comes to acrylic nails but I am a FOREVER customer! I highly recommend this nail salon and live way outside of town. Totally worth the trip! Check them out!

    I went with my best friend and had Kim & Chu do a pedicure for both of us. They are the new owners. They did not have an overpowering smell of acetone, so it was comfortable for my sinus allergies. They were engaging with us in lively conversations, kind personalities, treated us with care, offered an option of drinks, nice massage chairs, & great prices. I live in Chumuckla (north of Pace), but was visiting my friend & will return here again in a few weeks. I would

    The BEST experience I’ve ever had while getting my nails done! My tech was so sweet and she never made me feel weird about wanting a certain style. I loved her creativity and willingness to achieve everything I wanted. The shop is so cute and they do a great job of keeping you comfortable. If you want a “different” design of nails and a place that accepts that, this is where you should go!!

    Best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done! The customer service was great. The technician who did my nails was the sweetest person ever! On top of that, my nails came out exactly how i wanted them to. They are the best set I’ve had on my nails.

    Me and My little sister went here for the first time and let me just tell you the people here are so nice and they did an amazinggggg jobbbb on our nails most definitely suggest this shop for first timers and just to regularly get your nails done !     My sister and I had such an amazing experience here! I never get my nails done so I’m bad with terminology and trying to explain what I want. There was only one lady working and she was sooo sweet! She asked a lot of questions to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I absolutely love the ombré it looks so cool! The pricing was very affordable as well! Will definitely be back again. :)

    The young lady who did my nails was amazing! Gentle with my natural nails and cuticles, she also made them look flawless. Can’t recommend enough! Especially for the price!

    I went on my lunch break to get a fill and boy was it passed due, I really should of got a full new acrylic set but time wise could not. The owner pulled up what she could of the bad and filled them in, they look great and are the perfect length!

    Absolutely the best experience!! New owner Chu is so sweet, I love her!!! Not only does she do a great job, she is very friendly, time efficient and so pleasing to get my nails done by. Not to mention does my pedicures and full sets the best I’ve had in town and she does exactly what I’d like. She can do it all! Salon is super clean, welcoming, and so cute inside! I am so glad she is here from New York, you guys really have to check out the salon. Hands-down the best environment to have your nails done in Fort Walton Beach!     Oh my goodnessThe place is beautiful. I am from Killeen Texas and never in another state have I been treated like a Queen.     UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND THEY ARE AMAZING!!!I have been to several different places around the area, including Destin, today I received one of the best services I have received in a while. They were very friendly took time to get to know me, fixed the problems the last nail place caused. Atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. I will definitely be back and bringing my husband for our pedicures also! Thank you again for the amazing job and for being amazing and nice people!

    I got a walk in pedicure and it was so wonderful!!! The nail tech is so gentle and I was very relaxed!! She helped me pick the perfect color!! It’s a family business and the whole team is so personable. I won’t go anywhere else for my nails in FWB!

    I was visiting the area from Cleveland. I needed a place to get a mani/pedi while in the area. I popped in and first observed how nice, clean, and well decorated the place was. (Unlike a few other nail shops that i peeked inside of before deciding on Pretty Nails). The staff there was wonderful! Kind, Accommodating, Warm, Great Conversationalists. I felt very at home here. The customer service was superior. They did a wonderful job with my nails and pedi. They took their time with my service and I was very pleased. If I lived in the area, this would be my ‘go to’ salon!

    This is the best place for nails in Fort Walton Beach. Very friendly great atmosphere. I completely enjoy my time when I go. I’m a regular customer. I go every two weeks. And my nails are always on point.

    We were on the hunt for a new shop for pedicures. I saw Pretty Nails had a new owner and already had high praise. It is well earned. Hieu is an engaging conversationalist. I could have fallen asleep during the sugar scrub and leg massage portion, if I wasnt having such a good time talking. The shop was exceptionally clean and sterilization practices were evident. We have found our new go-to spot for sure!

    Under new management, the new owners redid the whole place and it looks so clean & cute and they play current music! Husband & Wife team and they are so professional and do amazing work. Definitely give this place a try, this is my favorite spot in this area now!
