    I would highly recommend Coastal, for many reasons. The reception staff are always helpful, and have welcoming personalities. Dr McKay is who I see, and she is amazing. She found a spot on my nose that I didnt even know was there. I had to have a procedure which was done right in the office by Dr Carter. Both doctors I feel really care for you, and want to make sure you are receiving the best care possible. The nurses do a great job, and really appreciated Carly when I was having the procedure.

    Immediate care Dr sent a ASAP biopsy appointment to Dr Mckay. I got in 3 days later for biopsy. She was great in letting me know she thought we got it early, and IF biopsy came back the way she thought it would, I would see the Surgeon to remove said Melanoma. Dr Carter did a great job and answered all my questions. Very greatfull to the whole staff!! Thank you all for saving my LIFE!

    Been seeing Dr Mc Kay for 4 years now , i have always been satisfied with her staff service and Dr Mckay her self , always be truthful to the treatment and provide pricing before treatment . I’ve never get any surprise or over charges .Medications and after care always well explained by her . She always took the time to sit down and talk to me ask if I have questions or concern before she ended every visit .Dr. MC Kay has been my skin hero .Also Shout out to her team !!

    I haver been several times to see Dr. McKay. Staff, nurses and Dr. McKay were all sweet and professional. I am an ex nurse who can be pretty critical considering my background in medicine. No complaints what so ever!!! Impressed with this group!!!

    This place is great! The staff and doctors are so nice. The receptionists do a great job of welcoming you when you walk in. Ive seen Dr. Kulow and PA Katherine James. Both were really nice and helpful. They made me feel like that actually care, unlike other dermatology offices I have been to. You dont have to wait forever until they call you in or wait long for the doctor when you are in the room, they are fast and efficient. Im so glad I no longer have to search for a dermatologist!

    Dr. Brittan Kulow and her entire staff are always welcoming and professional! I highly recommend her. The new office is gorgeous, bright and spacious. I cannot say enough about the entire experience.Thank you, Dr. Kulow and team; well done!

    My wife and I have been clients for a number of years, and highly recommend Coastal Skin Surgery and Dermatology. Very professional and caring organization, all the way from the front office ladies to other staff and the medical specialists. They make you feel welcomed, operate on time, and communicate with you in an excellent manner on every aspect of your exam or care. Being a client of theirs is like being a part of their family, and you know you are getting the very best care possible.

    First time in the new building, awsome. Dr. Kulow has been taking care of my wife and I for years and she is terrific. She has a very calming sense about her. The staff is always professional.

    I am going to title this review Paradise inside Paradise..I reside in Ohio. I visited Coastal Skin Surgery while on vacation in Florida, due to irritation on my hands that seemed to only get worse. Upon walking in the office was clean and well lit. The receptionists were beyond friendly and paperwork was simply a breeze. The wait time was minimal and all my questions and concerns were addressed promptly by the nurse who was again friendly and also very attentive. As the nurse finished her questions Darla Parker walked in with a smile on her face. She explained my condition to me, answered my questions, explained my treatment in a humble and caring way. She also said since I was from out of town if I ever had any questions or concerns to call anytime. I am not a big advocate of medical facilities however I would recommend Coastal Skin Surgery and Darla Parker PA to anyone. Oh and by the way if it wasnt already obvious.. my hands cleared up beautifully.

    I visited the FWB location at their new office. Great staff and visit was thorough and painless. The nurse and Dr were great at explaining procedures and kept me at ease. If you have a dermatological need, I highly recommend these professionals. Also everyone was Covid responsible and wearing masks.

    My experience with Dr. Papajohn was a 10+ he and his whole staff were excellent!! He listened to all my concerns, was very patient,understanding, courteous, seemed to be very attentive to my needs and very concerned to make sure I was okay during my visit and mole removals, My 2nd visit to have some minor surgery was about 2 months after my 1st visit, when I went back he seemed to remember every single thing we spoke of at the 1st visit, which I thought was pretty neat considering all the people he deals with on a daily basis, He provided excellent customer service, I did not feel any pain, His whole staff was great and treated me and my family with great care,I would highly recommend Dr. Papajohn

    Coastal’s new bldg and large parking lot are a plus, however the reason I recommend them is the efficiency & courteousness of everyone there. Dr. Cather McKay was very thorough and I appreciate how she explained things so well.
