    Fantastic massage establishment. Clean, quiet and professional. I have had massages from 3 different therapist. Using the Goldilocks technique I was able to find the best therapist for my needs. Robbie the owner is incredible. She is very knowledgeable and only hires therapists who are team players and put the clients needs 1st. This isnt just a business, its a team of professionals who have one mission: Help their clients!10/10

    The best massage I have ever had!!! Nancy did not disappoint! I highly recommend Massage works to everyone! Immediately upon entering you feel tranquility and a relaxed atmosphere than follows with a stress reducing and therapeutic massage that eases tired sore muscles. I was so relaxed that I felt kind of tipsy.

    Came in for a facial and left feeling amazing! Robbie was super knowledgeable and customized my facial based on my skin care needs. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a high end facial. Robbie is by far the best in town!

    Tina gave me an AMAZING massage this morning! She was very friendly & took time to discuss what areas I wanted her to focus on. Ive been having some soreness in my upper back, and it feels so much better now. She applied steady pressure, but not too much pressure. The room & music were very calming, and the the lotions smelled light & fresh. Tina didnt talk during the massage, which I prefer. I liked that she had a pillow placed at chest level (under the fitted sheet) on the table. Ive had several massages, and none of them had this. She said it puts the spine in a better position for the massage. I have to say - It was very comfortable. As another reviewer said, dont let the exterior of the establishment keep you from visiting. Its very clean and welcoming on the inside.

    Came for a couples massage. Sunny and Erica were AMAZING !!! We are not from FL and we were looking for a massage spa with good reviews ! It’s A HIT ! 10/10 recommend!

    Though the outside of the building looks like a happy ending place. They are very perfessional. They were very friendly and talked with me about where I was from and cared to learn what I did for a living. I was treated for knee and shoulder pain from being in a serious wreck, sports and years as an HVAC installer/tech. The rooms were very clean and had a great vibe to them. They respected my preference on pressure and really treated me greatly. I would 100% recommend this place for getting a routine massage or in my case problem areas. Tina did amazing and let me enjoy my time. A lot of other massage places Ive been want to talk during the massage. Tina did not do that she let me find peace in my massage.

    My 19 year old son invited me to go and get a massage with him. We live in Fort Walton Beach, FL, he found this location on google and told me they had a very high rating. I am very pleased with my service. I am so happy I decided to go. Robbie does my pedicures now, and I do not plan on going anywhere else. I went back to get another massage this time with Robbie and just last week I had my first facial and I loved it. I love going to Massage Works it makes me feel at peace. She is a very knowledgeable lady. I love going to her because every time I do I learn something new.

    Kayla was absolutely awesome. She listened to me where I needed the most help with and was very good at taking care of my concerns. She took her time with each area and I enjoyed every second of her awesome massage skills. I am feeling so much better the day after my appointment with her. She will always be the one I go to for any massage because of her attention to detail and outstanding skills. This lady is a true proffesional in every sense of the word.I also enjoyed talking with her. She is a joy to talk with while she performs miracles on on shoulder and back.     Robbi is great at what she does. She has so much knowledge and specializes in so many areas of massage. I had shoulder surgery and needed a skilled touch to safely relieve the pain and stiffness associated with my procedure and she did just that. I had been suffering for weeks with constant aching and pain , and felt so much better after my massage.

    I know finding a massage place can be difficult depending on your needs. I didn’t need a relaxation massage, but deep tissue for my bad back. Massage works was awesome. Audrey did a great job! I would highly recommend this place. I searched quite a few others comparing price and skills, and this seemed to be the best. Glad I went. I also bought one of their massage packages that made the deal even better!

    I am a local massage therapist and have known Robbi for nearly 30 years. When I got my massage contract on the base and had to close my own business I sent my clients to her and her team. I go there to get worked on myself every two weeks to practice what I preach to people. She is a wealth of knowledge and we both bounce ideas off of each other when we have clients with complicated issues. I highly recommend Robbi and her team at Massage Works! They all are great in their own way.

    This is my favorite place! I come from crestview and I don’t mind at all because everyone is so pleasant. I had my massage done with Audrey and she was amazing.     Love this place. My massage therapist is Robbi who is very professional, knowledgeable, and very up to date with ways for you get the most from the massage. I have shoulder and neck pain which she works out the tight muscles and relieves most of the pain.     Truly the best massage Ive ever had! Christina was personable, helpful, and great at deep tissue. I felt so amazing when I left. The only reason I didnt give five stars was because there was a lot of talking/commotion going on outside the massage room that could be heard. But the massage was so good, it didnt matter to me. For someone who has difficulty relaxing that may be a problem. I will be back!

    Yolanda is phenomenal. I had spinal surgery a few months ago and shes the only person Ive been able to find to get a deep enough massage to break up the scar tissue and actually relax my muscles.     I just had a massage with Kayla. Literally the BEST massage I have ever had!I was in a bad car accident years ago and struggle with a lot of lower back and hip pain. Recently, I have been having increased pain. I have tried to utilized medical and medication intervention as a last resort, but the past few weeks I have contemplated scheduling to my physician to re-visit the option of surgery/pain management.Before deciding to try massage, I tried chiropractic care for 3 weeks, which resulted in no reduction of my pain. I have been utilizing PT techniques and stretching, still no improvement.So, scheduling a massage was my last ditch effort to avoid medical intervention.I just left my massage appointment and this is the most pain relief I have had in weeks! I have scheduled to go again next week. So impressed! Kayla was so professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

    Truly one of the best massages I have ever had. This one was primarily for unrelenting neck and upper back issue due to an exclusive desk job and Tagan nailed it. I felt like a completely different person after the pressure point and cranial focused massage and I am still feeling the relief the next day (at my desk!).     I was looking for a local place(not a chain) to get a massage for my husband and myself while on vacation and found Massage Works. My therapist was Victoria and my husbands was Tina. I must say, this was THE BEST massage Ive ever had.......and Im a massage therapist myself and have gotten massages regularly for many years. I told her about my pains so she used myofascial massage which has a slower pace and deep enough to get to all layers of muscle and tissue. So happy that I found this place. We will definitely be back when we return next year.

    This place has saved me multiple times. Back in Sophomore year of high school I messed up the muscles surrounding my hip while running cross country. I credit massage works completely for my speedy recovery on my hip. Also just recently 2 days before the Pensacola Marathon I pulled something in the back of my thigh and they were able to pencil me in that very next day. This place is great and it has helped me tremendously as an athlete. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The best part is that the staff rocks and are so polite and courteous.

    I loved my massage. Tina is great. My only complaint is all the background noise outside of the treatment rooms. It sounded like someone filing (maybe) and slamming the file cabinet drawers over and over. Lots of conversation between employees outside the room.

I generally spend 5 months every year on the road, and often finding a certified, licensed, and highly talented massage therapist that can deal with my numerous health issues and actually HELP me feel better.... is far from easy. Norma Jean at Massage Works far exceeded all my expectations, and I feel absolutely fantastic after a 90-minute deep tissue massage.Prices were very reasonable, availability was phenomenal (same day appt), and in an industry primarily frequented by women.... as a man, I often feel uncomfortable with the flowery, overly-perfumed, girly establishments that offer excellent pampering, but very little in the way of actual healing. This is not the case with Massage Works - I felt very comfortable, left feeling fantastic, and (if I lived here) would continue to go back regularly.Although Norma Jean will likely shake her head in disapproval...
