    Kelsey did an outstanding job on my facial that I had previously and also my VI Peel. She is very polite and explains everything well. I highly recommend her for your skin care needs. And all the staff is very friendly and welcoming especially Deonna as I entered the building today for my appointment she addressed me by my name, Miss Rhonda I was surprised that she remembered my name which made me feel good. Keep all the good work up ladies!

She assessed my skin first and then was able to recommend services and products that would be best suited for my skin and problem areas.     Iā€™m 60 and have only done lip fillers once before. I was thrilled with the last results 2 years ago in Tampa and was worried about being able to get similar results where I live, in Gainesville. I did my research and took a chance on Pure Aesthetics. I couldnā€™t be happier. The entire area is immaculate. The reception area and receptionists are polite and inviting.My injector, Tracy, was the epitome of professionalism. She was also extremely personableā€¦and my lips look great!I will 100% be back.

    Worth the drive for me! From the moment I walk in I feel relaxed and welcomed, not only aesthetically pleasing, everyone up front (and at the exit) are so kind. I had Mary as my provider my first time and Katie my second and they both listened to my wants and gave me their advice and made me feel comfortable. Everything about Pure Aesthetics has been beyond my expectations I am so glad I was introduced to them.

    I had a great experience with Tracey doing my lip filler! I get very nervous because I HATE pain but she made me comfortable and talked me through it :) Rachel at the front desk is so kind and also helped to calm my nerves before going back!     Just had my first visit here for Botox with Katie. Iā€™ve had Botox before so I knew what to expect. Katie was so sweet, and very good with addressing all my concerns. She also helped me with skincare products to address my concerns. She wasnā€™t pushy just very informative. She made me feel very comfortable! Front desk was also equally as kind and welcoming as well as the checkout staff. I highly recommend this beautiful place. Customer service is everything and they exceeded my expectations!

    The plaza is weird lol, but overall the building is nice sleek, interior is super pretty. Ariel was super helpful when I called! I was glad to find out they had the product I was looking for! I was using Alastin for a while and that was dog water - did not work well.

    Been going to pure aesthetics for many years. The girls are always super kind very on task with their jobs.Lindsay is the bomb she always has a happy face. Does the best work and makes me feel so relaxed. Always come out with my face feeling like Iā€™m 10 years younger I canā€™t say enough about her.     It was my first time getting my lips and prp done where with Katie, and let me tell you it was the best experienced Iā€™ve ever had. The front house staff was amazing and super friendly to my injector Katie. Katie is so understanding since I told her Iā€™m very nervous about the pain and needles. She made the experience very gentle and comfortable. I am in love with my lips result! I highly recommend Katie and this place to anyone who wants to gain more confident.

    Pure Aesthetics is the best all around! Maggie does my skin care services like microneedling, facials, chemical peels. They are always super honest and upfront about skin reaction expectations and explain everything upfront. All the front staff are so sweet and always make me feel welcome and special always greeting me by name. Katie does my botox and she has an amazingly delicate hand. For someone who was new to this world she helped guide me on the best options for my goals and what fit my budget. I highly recommend getting a membership as most of the services are included in them and makes it easy to stay consistent.

    Okay so I had my first microneedling appointment on Saturday, I felt safe with the aesthetician, her name is Mason Keeter I hope I got your name correct. She is very knowledgeable, and truly cares about making sure you are safe, and the process was thoroughly explained. I am in awe of the Medi Spa and the way that I have been treated you can tell that each and every one of the aestheticians here wants you to feel beautiful and wants you to love the skin that you are in. Thank you, Mason, for your encouraging words and making me feel safe again. I highly recommend Pure Aesthetics I am looking forward to my next session.Such a welcoming environment. I was able to speak with Alex Hollingsworth about my skin concerns. She made me feel so secure. I really appreciated her incites. Thank You. I am still deciding what to do next, but at least left a bit more hopeful.Though the second microneedling cause irritation to my skin, I really hoped the irritation would have at least been reevaluated and something else to be done about it. My skin is sensitive, but I felt leaving me somewhat in the cold like that made me a little disheartened. The acne breaks out from the second microneedling made me more depressed. I understand you do not want to no longer care for my skin but small treatments for the acne that is now all over my face would have been somewhat helpful. I trusted you all to assist with the severity of my condition and to reduce further unsightly issues. I still have to walk around with anything that goes wrong. But seeing what could have at least revert what went wrong with the second treatment of microneedling would have been different. Even some mild extractions of the acne that came or even a gentle facial cleanse would have sufficed. I am disappointed in that part and being that I already been through enough I was really hopeful, I dont see how the vitamins will fix the surface of the skin that was irritated by the microneedling, and I do not think that was fair to me.Though I comprehend why you no longer want to work on my skin, for the results from the second microneedling I feel more effort should have been place in correcting what went wrong.- Deidre Day

As someone who swears by this drink, I was a tad disappointed not to find it stocked twice. But, in the grand scheme of things, this was just a minor setback in an overwhelmingly positive experience.Ill definitely be back, and hopefully, theyll have my beloved Skinade in stock next time!

    Front desk staff were friendly, and Katie was wonderful! I came in for a Morpheus8 consultation and wound up deciding not to do it and instead plan to do regular Microneedling based on my conversation with Katie. I really appreciate her honest advice, focusing on what is best for me as a patient and my needs rather than just letting me go with the more expensive option. I had also planned on making another appointment for Botox and filler, but Katie had enough time after our consultation and took care of that in the same appointment, which saved me time! She also did a great job with the injections. Iā€™m really pleased with my results and will definitely be back.

    I had a great first experience! I got the Signature Hydrafacial with Maggie. My skin feels so smooth and already looks so much better. Good communication and education with the services being provided. The spa is clean and has a nice, calming vibe. However, the facial is quite pricey for my budget. Just as an FYI, one 45-minute session costs $275.

    After trying out a few different medspas, my mom and I landed at Pure Aesthetics and never looked back. I signed up for a VIP membership and it is well worth the price. Ive been working on my skin (which has never looked better), laser hair removal, and injectables. While I work with Ariel the most, everyone on the team is wonderful - from the receptionists welcoming you at check-in, to the service providers, to the receptionists that check you out at the end of your appointment. Truly an 11/10 experience.

    Received an amazing facial here! When I first walked in everyone was so nice and welcoming , the front was decorated so beautifully and cozy. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing , my provider suggested a brightening facial which it definitely did! She also recommended products I could use on my own time to continue to brighten and even my skin .In addition to the facial the neck and hand massage was so wonderful all I could think was my husband would love this! So once everything was completed I booked him one as well which he also thoroughly enjoyed.I do highly recommend and I will be back

    I went to Pure Aesthetics in preparation for my wedding day. I wanted help with pesky acne scarring that has plagued me since high school. Ariel helped me through a series of microneedling treatments. I would 100% recommend her to anyone. Microneedling can be painful and Ariel did such a good job making me feel relaxed and comfortable through the treatments. She is really friendly and I felt that she genuinely cared!     Pure Aesthetics is the best hidden gem of Gainesville. I spent the last decade moving around and traveling throughout the nation and have had aesthetic treatments at so many med spas and salons that I have lost count. Pure Aesthetics is hands down one of the highest quality experiences you will ever receive. From the moment you walk in the door, there are multiple receptionists who began greeting me by name on only my second visit. The atmosphere immediately calms you when you walk into the lobby, you will feel like you are about to have a massage! They always offer water, champagne, or a collagen drink (even if you are running late to your appointment, like I have unfortunately done more than once!)I can only speak to the services of Kelsey (electrolysis) and Lindsey (Coolsculpting Elite) from personal experience, but I am fully confident in saying that my experience every single appointment over the past few months is indicative of the entire staff. I cannot exclaim my praise for either of these women loudly enough. No matter what area of the body you would like to learn more about treatment for, everyone at Pure Aesthetics has an in-depth knowledge of the services offered and will never pressure you into booking a treatment or purchasing a product whatsoever.I was especially impressed to learn that all staff members that offer treatments must work the front desk for a period of time to learn how the office (and schedule) operates and to interact with the clients. I think this is the greatest idea from a Human Resources perspective (which I happen to have my Bachelorā€™s degree inļŠ ) and ensures that any information given over the phone is well-informed, and not simply a reiteration of the menu of services offered which you can read for yourself online.If you are seeking a treatment of an area but are not quite sure if youā€™d like to go the surgical route, the building is shared with Gaines Plastic Surgery. I cannot personally attest to Dr. Gaines, as I have not had any surgeries at this location, but this is truly an incredible partnership that allows clients to pursue all their aesthetic or cosmetic procedures in one place, with staff they are already comfortable with greeting them and offering a plethora of experience, knowledge, and services along the way.Lastly, I feel it would be remiss not to mention the personal touch and genuine care that the staff has for each and every client. A few months ago, I had a personal emergency which left me without my cell phone, and I ended up ā€œno-call, no-show-ingā€ two appointments in a row. Instead of blocking me from scheduling further appointments, both Kelsey and Lindsey showed immediate, unwavering care and concern and welcomed me back to my appointments as soon as I was able to make contact again. Of course, I hope such an incident never happens to anyone else, but many Med Spas that I know of would enforce a strict cancellation policy with no questions asked, but not here.     I love Pure Aesthetics and would recommend them to any of my family/friends. Originally, my husband signed me up for the VIP program (which is wonderful and worth it) and I enjoyed it so much I decided to keep it up. My aesthetician is Ariel Cotes. She is sweet and knowledgeable in the aesthetics field. I have vitiligo, which makes me very self-conscious. At my first appointment I told Ariel this and she took the time to research the aesthetic treatments I wanted and how it would/could affect my vitiligo. This meant so much to me that she would take the time to tailor my treatments to my specific skin issues/concerns. Also, the office is beautiful, a true spa like environment.

    I have been going to Pure Aesthetics for several years now and absolutely love their beautiful spa. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted by extremely professional staff in a warm and welcoming environment. The offer a wide variety of services but I have really enjoyed their hydrafacials and classic facials. Everyone I have seen has been wonderful but I highly recommend Carly Vejraska!     Pure Aesthetics has amazing customer service! Youre greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in and the staff is very helpful. I had a consultation with Lindsey and she was very thorough, she explained the treatments, potential side effects, and answered all the questions I had (and the ones I hadnt thought about). Lindsey made me feel comfortable from the beginning, which is really important when youre working on an insecurity! Ive started my Laser Hair Removal treatments and the progress was noticeable with two weeks. Though pricey, the price is worth the comfort I see in my results. I hope you give them a chance.

    This is the closest Ive felt to royalty. First, it is so nice inside and out. Very clean and set up well. I checked in for my microneedling appointment and was offered something to drink from several options (water, collagen water, champagne, etc.). I was called back on time which is always appreciated. All of this had me hopeful that Id receive a good session and I was not disappointment. Lindsey was the person who did my microneedling and she was so awesome. She answered any questions I had, gave me recommendations, listened to what I wanted from the session, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. For example, I mentioned being a little chilly and she turned on the bed heater and put a heated neck pillow under my neck for the duration of the session. I mean, pretty amazing service. As for the actual microneedling, she nailed it perfectly. Hit all the spots of concern I mentioned a little extra and thats left me with a rosy look two days after, which is EXACTLY what I asked for - enough to get the results I want without leaving me with peeling. Seriously, above and beyond. Worth every single penny.

    I cant say enough good things about Lindsey and Carissa. I had the best laser hair removal experience possible. I previously had hair removal done at ideal image, and was worried that the process would be extremely painful. It was anything but painfulā€¦ I was very pleasantly surprised. The customer service I received was top notch, as well. I received multiple follow up appointments to make sure everything was on track. You can tell these ladies truly care about their patients.     Yesterday I received a Hdyra Facial and I have to say that is one of the most enjoyable and awesome facials that I have ever had. The experience was great, there was no down time, the skin was beautiful and there wasnt a negative thing that I can say about it. I left Pure Aesthetics and went out for a meal without the benefit of anything on my face which is something I never do and received a lot of comments about how great my face looked. This morning it is still glowing, smooth and refreshed and hydrated. Absolutely something that I will be adding to my skin care regime. Danielle has a great touch and is very personable and gentle and makes you feel relaxed and confident. Loved it!
