    First time here and it was the best nail place i have bent to in a while, they were both super nice to me the whole time i was here and the guy that did my nails did exactly what i wanted. he was super gentle on my fingers and i did not have any sort of pain like i normally do. a literal 10/10. the lady that did my toes was super sweet and was gentle also. 100% will come again

    They changed the owners, but they are very good and fast on what they do. I love that. I got my nails and toes done and less than an hour and 20 minutes with a great work and great prices.

    I go every two weeks nice peaceful environment the man up from always does a good job on my nailand he makes sure they are dry before I leave and as far as filing and shaping they are the best in Polk County he perfectly shape my nails everyone

    I relocated to the area from Ohio approximately a year and a half ago. I have tried a few places in Haines City and then I stumbled upon City Nails. They do a good job. They cater to all ethnic backgrounds. I see all colors of the rainbow in this establishment and all seem to be pleased. The place is trash and clean. I love the safety protocols they use. I have taken four family members with me there. We all agree that Jennie’s husband it okay but I don’t necessarily recommend him. Jennie is very good at what she does. Although, the diamond that you want to get to do your pedicure is Tao. She is excellent and very courteous. She doesn’t speak English very well but she uses her cellphone to communicate with you to ensure that she is doing the job to your satisfaction. I will NOT go anywhere else. Now, the only downside is that the prices here are a little over priced but I pay the extra because this is how great my pedicures from Tao are.

    Friendly, did the design I wanted with ease, professional. They take their time on your pedicure I didn’t feel rushed at all. The staff talk to you and engage in conversation. It is a bit pricier then I’m used to but it was worth it. They also do lash extensions and brows. Very clean and neat. Overall I’ll go back.

    My First Time getting my nails done here and I absolutely loved it. I reached out to this company through Facebook messenger and received all the information needed such as availability, pricing and making an appointment.I felt very welcomed by everyone and the environment was very calm.I had an appointment @1pm but was starting my manicure by 12:45 since I arrived early. As a nail biter I was extremely nervous getting them don’t thinking it was impossible but Jenny bad me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. I will most definitely call this place my nail care home! Thank you Jenny for doing what I believed was impossible!!

    I came to Jenny after years at another salon n the moment I stepped into the nail salon I felt welcomed and service was great. Jenny is such a sweetheart and I love the timely manner everything is done. I honestly never saw myself going somewhere else especially because I’m very particular with who does my toes but Jenny made me feel very comfortable. I recommend this place
