I’ve been coming to this salon since they opened. They are very good at every service they provide. John is the owner and he is a very nice and funny guy. Always has jokes. Everyone person that works there is kind and caring about your needs and wants. I love this salon and I will never stop coming here. I highly recommend coming here to get any and every service you may need. Tina is amazing at eyebrows. Dee does gorgeous nails. You can count on this salon being super neat and clean. They make you wash your hands before any service to ensure the sanitation of the salon. Even their bathroom is spotless. I can’t recommend this salon enough.

Went in for a fill with ombré style nails, could get that done airbrush wasn’t working but found an alternative nail style. Nice people. I would suggest calling ahead to make an appointment they are pretty packed.

It didn’t get 5 stars because of the check out sue was loud, and obnoxious. We went there to relax and got a bunch of gossip that was said by him to other person on the phone. I came out with a headache, and bad mood. The technician that was attending me was cordial, knowledgeable and very sweet. He couldn’t apologize enough for the other dude next to us. The job they did it was phenomenal.

I just moved to winter haven about 6 months ago and have tried many different nail salons. Luxury nails is the only clean and professional salon I have came across on this side of town! On top of that their work is absolutely outstanding as they pay attention to detail and assure you’re satisfied with the work. I am completely committed now and will continue to see them ever two weeks. Amazing staff and outstanding customer service.

Found this place when my mom and I were looking to get our nails done, we decided to go because we got good vibes from it. I got a gel manicure and my mom got a fill with gel. Everyone was so nice as well as friendly. We got sat moments after walking in and telling them what we’d like to have done. I was amazed at the many gel and dip colors they had. Prices were reasonable, especially for what they do. I thought my nail artist was just going to paint my nails and be done with it but when I got a hand message too I felt even more relaxed then I already was. This is definitely a Nail Salon I will be coming back to and highly recommend! 10/10

Started coming here after another salon heavily neglected my nails. From the start it was a wonderful experience. I love how friendly everyone is and very engaging. When I first got my fill my nail tech discovered my nails were on the verge of mold if not already moldy on top of just coming off. I told my tech just pop them off and start over which we did. And its been 6 weeks now and I dont regret my decision. Since having a negative experience with prior salons I will only allow dee to touch my nails and I love how attentive she is to my nail care and needs! Thank you for rocking dee!

I have been going here for about 6 years. They can get pretty busy so making an appointment is suggested but not always needed. They may not always have what you would like to watch on the tv, but they cannot please everyone with what’s playing on the tv. Pedicures are amazing here! They take their time with you. I enjoy getting pink and white gel and this is the only place I can find someone who does it the correct way. They have a huge selection of gel polish and non gel polish. The staff is very friendly. If you are rude to them, they may respond back. You’re a paying customer, you get further with kindness not rudeness. They’re human too. I’m never disappointed when I walk out of here.
