From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The technicians were skilled and attentive, offering a wide range of colors and designs to choose from. I opted for a manicure and pedicure, and the attention to detail was impressive. Amazing staff to begin with ! The place is always spotless from the minute you walk in they greet and offer you coffee or water. The work they do there is outstanding. I do my nails and hair there and wouldn’t change it for the world. Suzette takes her time with you and extremely attentive when there’s products on your hair. I am so happy to have found this lovely place and these amazing ladies. Thank you all so much !!!!

I have been having my pedicures and manicures for 7 years with Jackie. She is the BEST I have ever had! When you love what you do it really makes all the difference in the world. Her finished product is always a work of art and never disappoints! My hair has actually never looked better. This was my first time at Susette Coiffeur and I absolutely loved the experience. The care and service I received were absolutely exceptional . I do my nails here every two weeks on a standing appointment with Leydis and I love it. I look forward to my nail day. She always does a great job and the other ladies are just as warm and welcoming and always make my visit so pleasant and relaxing. They also offer many other services including brows and hair, as it is a full service salon. You will not be disappointed.

Got my nails done here a few days before an event and it was the best service I could ask for. I don’t get my nails done often, so I was little lost but just wanted them to look good. The receptionist helped me understand the differences between the different types of nail services they offer and helped me pick out the design. They are so so kind and friendly and their work speaks for itself.

Once you attend, you will never leave! I have been following Susette and Jackie for 9 years and I will continue to follow them where ever they go. Driving 35-45 min to this location is worth it for me and I bet it will be for you as well. Not only is their work high quality, their customer service is also exceptional. It’s a one stop shop salon and Jackie’s French manicure is the best in south Florida. In addition Susette also started to cut and style my toddlers hair. It’s safe to say I am very happy at this salon and will not be leaving anytime soon.

You will not be disappointed. This is the best place in the city for haircuts and coloring. The prices are great and I have always been satisfied with the service.

Susette is the BEST in Miami!! I have been to many hairdressers including “Coral Gables” area and never liked my hair. Susette is very professional and always knows the latest trend and technique. She is not only an amazing hairdresser but she is sweet and kind and takes the time to listen and explain the whole process. This was my first time going and I had a wonderful experience at Susette Coiffeur. I wanted to get a balayage and I was paired up with Yaumara and I have to say O.M.G! Yaumara was very straight forward from the beginning, she explained what was possible given my dark hair and the platinum I was looking for as a final result. She did an amazing 👏amazing job and I couldnt be any happier with how the balayage turned out. I highly recommend booking with Yaumara as she will be very honest and will make sure your hair stays healthy and strong. The rest of the staff is very friendly and attentive. I just had an overall fantastic experience ☺

Lays is a wonderfully talented manicurist. She takes her time and works meticulously. If you’re looking for the best nails in town, you’ll be completely satisfied. The location is also pristine, clean and beautifully decorated. On occasion, the owner will even have goodies for the customers: ham, cheese and candy.

I am what you would normally call a very low maintenance person who historically would get hair done once a year. My issue was not that I didn’t care about my hair, but that every time I did my hair I would leave surely looking better than I did coming in, but never committing to the hair stylist because they didn’t meet or exceed my expectations; until I met Susie who was recommended by my sister in law.At our first meeting I tried to explain to her what I was seeking to have done to my hair. I gave her the same exact explanation of what I thought was enough for a professional stylist to understand and execute- maybe that was the problem with the others that while I may have lacked confidence in articulating what I wanted, Susie listened intently, asked some questions and then got to work. I told her like I have told all other stylists in the past, “use my head as your canvas” and added that “I don’t commit.” By the time she was finished with me, I was so happy with the outcome, nailing my distorted explanation of what I wanted! I told her “I think I am ready to commit” that was about 6 years ago and I have gone to no one else ever since.A true talent who is genuine, honest, and consistent in her art. At the time she worked at someone else’s salon and thru the years I witnessed her make a dream come true of owning her own salon. When she opened it about 2 years ago, her startup consisted of her, a nail artist and assistant. While getting my hair done and needing a new nail girl- her nail artist Jackie had a slot and so i took it. I told her that I needed to begin seeking a new girl to do my nails because the one I had moved too far away from me. I told her what I liked and said to her I didn’t promise to commit. By the time she was done with my hands and feet I was extremely satisfied discovering she was even better than my last and immediately committed to her too.A year after her startup salon she upgraded to where she is at now and has staffed her salon with staff whose performance is consistent, professional with quality of service that will exceed your expectations.Take it from someone who always had difficulty committing to the self care of personal appearance because of my inability to articulate what I wanted perhaps in a way where I could truly be understood- those others didn’t quite get me and Susie and Jackie certainly did. They took the time to listen to my rambling truly assembling my desires; truly and always leaving me completely satisfied and happy feeling really good about myself! Mari I can’t leave behind who offers an incredible level of hospitality and gives the best head massages when she washes my hair. I am a high energy, extremely talking individual who she unwinds in a manner no other has ever done in a salon. Her hands are the icing to the cake!My love for these woman is grand and I highly recommend you give them a try. They are the best! True treasures!
