9/6/2021 First time coming here and my experience was great. I came as a walk in with no appointment and the wait time was decent, nothing crazy. What I had done was regular pedi and dip mani. Jacob was very detailed and left my toes and hands looking fabulous and feeling brand new. Will be returning :)7/22/2022 Updated review: I have done my nails here plenty of times about now. Still coming here and I always leave happy. I have now also done my nails with Lily, she is great! Everyone is really nice and accommodating.

Me and my mom have been going here for awhile and they are the best of the best in nails, and we’ve recently went to do eyelash extensions and they came out gorgeous! We usually pick Tammy and Lily for nails for our lash extensions we both had it done by Renny which they are all amazing people and very talented! We usually pick the volcano or jelly pedi and the smell is so good leaving our skin soft! What I picked for my eyelashes is classic doll eyes, and what my mom picked was hybrid cat eyes.

I had an amazing experience here. I came for my birthday and was impressed of how good the outcome of my nails were! My nail tech was Tiffany and I love how she shaped my nails and how she did exactly what was on my inspiration picture. In addition, the customer service was great. The nail techs and the front desk workers were very accommodating. Overall, this was spectacular experience and this is now my go to nail salon!

Let me tell you something... this place is in Hialeah, and people maybe think is not nice, or that their work is not fine, but this is far from the truth. Ive been doing my nails with them for around 3 years or so, and even though I dont longer live in the area, I rather drive there and get what I like. Also their prices are very very low compare to the job they do on hands, and feet. They are very friendly, and the place just got remodeled so it looks professional, and comfortable for you to take a few hours of relaxation.

I won’t go anywhere else but here!!!! I am really rough with my hands and when I use to do my nails somewhere else I was always breaking off my nails or chipping them…..BUT not at Crystal Nails!!! They do such a great job. They are on the pricey side but I promise worth every penny. I have found my regular nail salon and they know me by name now. Crystal Nail & Spa is the BEST!!!!!

Im not going to lie they do an amazing job. I LOVE seeing my hands throughout the day after their work. On the other hand sometimes, they can be a little rude and the staff argued with each other which takes away from the experience a bit for me. But in the end, they do such an awesome job with nails and have a lot of beautiful colors❤️🩷

I made an appointment the same day and they were able to accommodate me at the perfect time. I got my nails done with Jacob and he did an amazing job. He was also very gentle when filling my nails. I definitely recommend Jacob and Michelle (the lady sitting next to him) I am very happy to have found a good nail salon near my house.

Its a great place when you receive the right technician. My daughters love the pampering as do I. Best technicians by our choice are Lily and Linda. Weve had others and agree their work hurt and they moved quickly and didnt allow us to enjoy the procedure. Linda and Lily didnt rush, asked questions and took pride in their final results.

I had a full set gel acrylic & Classic pedicure!My toes are a basic white color which came out pretty good thanks to John! & then starting with my hands my technician changed to Jacob, Im assuming he is the only one who knows how to do ombré. As you can see my nails came out beautiful! I absolutely love them! I will definitely leave this Monday on vacation feeling pretty! This set was VERY expensive but worth it.Thank You John & Jacob ! You did a very good job ! Also thank you Amy for calling me back as soon as you found my wallet!

I cannot think Lily enough for the best birthday present of my life this was the most amazing nail experience I have ever had and I just can’t think Lily enough for the time dedication craftsmanship and artistry she performed today on my nails wow I am absolutely mind blown with the pieces of artwork I have to walk around with now for I’m sure the next two months because these nails are so strong and so beautiful I don’t think anything is going to happen to them on days on end thank you so much to this nail salon for getting this beautiful job done just in time for my birthday celebration they were fast but still took their time what clean work I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she did that and more. Been coming here for years!! Kelly went above and beyond for me , even after being closed she redid my toes on a busy Friday night. I know she wanted to get out of there but she was so nice and made great conversation with me. Kelly helped me redo my toes because the color I picked looked different on my skin and she had no problem changing it .. She made me feel really comfortable talking to her and the service I just had with her was one of the best services I’ve had. I always have a good experience here.

He was very pleasant and attentive. My pedicure and foot rub was amazing!!! He also did a great job on my nails! I got the colored gel powder. If Im ever back in the area, I will be back!

It’s a nice place to get your nails done. I know there are bad reviews but honestly I got jimmy as my nail tech and he did an amazing job. He was a little impatient with me because I did not understand what he was saying but he still did a very good job. They are pretty over priced but it’s worth it. (Gel acrylics are 44 and pedis with regular nail polish is 26)

Hidden away in a strip mall off La 49, Crystal Nails has become my go-to place when I need to get GQ and looking good. Theyre friendly and attentive , even accommodating me at the last minute with my hectic schedule. As it were, if Ive gotten to the shop around closing time theyll have two techs simultaneously working me - one on hands, the other my feet while I doze off into the massage from the pedicure chairs. They have a couple of options, from the basic trimming of my nails to a gel one thats wonderful to help me recover after running.

Ive been going to this place for a while now and I could say that overall I will only go with either Jimmy or Tuan. Jimmy works fast and does a very good job. Tuan is excellent with nail designs. Both allow for relaxation and dont rush. However Ive experienced other nail technicians and I have had terrible experiences. The place is nice, clean and welcoming. They have a variety of different colors to choose from. Overall a good place to have my nails done.

Professional , friendly, got a mani pedi for me my 3 kids and my man ... also got a facial and my lashes done and my daughter got acrylics.. took care of us all at the same time and we were out in an hour and a half . Mainly cuz of me . Everyone was happy with the outcome ... love that you can book appointments online and they are punctual no waiting with appointments..love love love this place 280.00 for everything.. for 5 of us cant beat that

I’ve been coming to this place on and off for about 8 years. I love their service. Most of the personnel know what they’re doing and do it really good. My favorites to get my nails done with is Mia (mani/pedi) Jimmy (great doing acrylics/gel mani/pedi) Van (same overall) Linda is good doing pedicures Lily her sister are all in my top list. They’ve up there prices a bit because they became a “spa” they’re new location is big so it’s comfortable to move around. Great place to get pampered

Im a review type of person so here it goes for those who are just like me, I get out of work at 5pm Friday and Im looking for a nail place everyone that I called told me that they do take appt but they were booked, so I go around the area and I see this new location and I walk in at 6:30pm and their sign says closed 7pm. Walked in and as soon as I walked in they greeted me with a smile. Immediately I was sat and taken care of by the best! I have a lady that does my eyebrows since Ive been 15 and she cound do mines on Friday either so this lady not only did my nails but my eyebrows and let me tell you she did an amazing job with both wow! Wow!!!

I moved a couple months ago so I stopped coming because of the drive, but I haven’t been able to find a place that has such hard working people, I never have had to wait more than 10 mins MAX. They always take me in immediately! Their NEW and improved salon is beautiful and extremely clean and organized. Wouldn’t go to any other place and the prices are super reasonable compared to other places!
