    I did have a bad experience at first but the owner Thomas was very kind and called me to state they will repaint my nails. I thought that was very kind. The girls are very sweet and welcoming and they have a very wide range of colors and products that are amazing. I highly recommend this spot for great service and atmosphere.     The nail salon has many colors to choose from, whether its basic polish or gel. Not quite sure if they really do designs but gel seems to be their main focus. The decor has a harmonious set-up. The only downside would be the pricing. I think its very expensive to charge almost $50 for a basic mani- pedi. We were also offered to try their platinum pedicure for $50— no thanks!The person who did my pedicure did a nice job.

    Hot Nail Spa is the place to be and I enjoy being in the space. My nail tech Briesly is amazing. She knows me well. Tommy and his wife is amazing as well. Please be patient with the staff. Im grateful that Tommy was able to reschedule my appointment. It is important to make an appointment before going to the salon and be patient if your appointment have to be rescheduled. Ive been coming here for years. Thank you for making my birthday special. Customer service is top tier :-). Schedule your appointmen as early as possible.

    GREAT prices. Normally I go to The Nail Lounge or Toi Spa but recently discovered this space because of their collagen dip and cbd mani-pedi combo specials.Maria & Sire give great dip manicures and the pedicures are the best I’ve had.The manager Tommy is SO attentive and sweet. I can’t recommend this place enough.

    This place is incredible. Top notch customer service, the highest quality work, high end atmosphere with reasonable prices, and very relaxing. They are ultra clean and hygienic, and there is no chemical smell in this location. The ultimate spa pedicure experience, highly recommended.Update - came back today for a regular pedicure and polish change on my hands since its my birthday weekend. Of course I was talked into upgrading to a fancier pedicure and I said yes! I dont know if maybe it is due to the fact that it was after 6pm, but the lady I got seemed a little off her game. No matter, the polish came out good and I was satisfied enough for my needs... the manager however felt I should have been 100% satisfied and really made the whole experience do a 180. I ended up leaving there feeling valued and happy, and totally intent on coming back. No place of business is ever going to be 100% perfect every single visit, but Tommy is not your usual business owner. He takes great pride in ensuring his customers are always pleased and leave his salon feeling fantastic. Thank you once again for top notch customer service.     I have been getting my nails done for a little over a year at Hot Nail Spa. I typically schedule a dip + volcano or platinum pedicure. Ony is my go-to nail tech, but honestly they are all AMAZING. Everyone is incredibly attentive and their work is flawless. Ill let the photos speak for themselves.

    Came in without an appointment, as they accept walk ins, had to wait a little while but finally was able to get someone free about a half hour before closing. Although I could tell she was rushed, she was great. Thank you so much! Will definitely be returning :)

    Hello! My name is Amanda Today I went in looking for a nail design for my graduation. The service was fast and super friendly. The pedicure was extremely relaxing, the lady exfoliated my legs, gave my skin a treatment, rubbed my legs with lotion and then massaged with hot/ warm stone rocks. She was very gentle with my nails and did an amazing French design on my toes. In the beginning I was unsure what to do with my nails, I had a simple bland transparent white color envisioned. The manger, Tommy, looked at the nail inspo and gave me a whole new idea. It was classy, elegant, and new! I loved his idea. He did an amazing French tip on my nails, but it wasn’t flat and round on the tips, instead he created a unique upside down “v”shape, with a transparent middle with a gold gem placed at the tip. He was very kind and loved the design as much as I did. Hot nail spa is truly a relaxing, all friendly and beautiful place. Not only was the service on point, but my nails came out amazing 😍

    I had an appt on 7/8 at 5pm. This was my first visit and I was really hoping to love this place. I had a volcano pedicure which I can easily say was one of the best pedicures I have ever received! I never like to leave negative reviews, however, I was extremely disappointed with my gel dip manicure. I spent a total of 2.5 hours there because my manicure bubbled up and the tech had to revise it. After the revision, another nail tech had to fix another finger as that one had bubbled up as well. I should add that the tech who was doing my nails was new and the client she had before me had the same problem with her manicure. Even after the revision, my nails appear to show cracks and ridges in the gel. I called to advise them of my issue and she offered for me to come in and fix the nails, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, as a mother of 2 little ones who I spend time with in the mornings and with a full time job during afternoons, I am very limited with my free time and unable to make it until next Monday. One of the reasons I prefer gel dip is so that it lasts me a few weeks and I dont have to be at the nail salon every week. I really hope they are able to rectify the problem Monday and hope to update my review to a more positive one.***UpdateTommy, the manager, reached out to me to see how my follow up was and was very focused on customer satisfaction. I have never experienced customer service to this magnitude and I have to say, I am very impressed. Thank you so much!!

    Ony is a perfectionist and I’m so happy with my new dip color! Ive been here three times and won’t go anywhere else now.They are very busy on Saturday due to the loyal client base but don’t give up! If you’re a new customer and have to walk in try going during the week - or make an appointment at least a week in advance for Saturday.The owners and receptionist keep the place humming. They are efficient but do not compromise customer satisfaction or quality.

    The owner welcomes every customer at the front door. He build relationships and is super involved in the community. We had a great experience being there. They serve water, wine, pink moscato and help you relax with massage chairs. We only went for a pedicure and they star at $25 and up.

    I have to say that of all the nail locations I have been the customer service here doesn’t compare to any other. Tommy is the most attentive and friendly nail shop owner. He truly cares about the customers experience and makes you feel welcome. Van did my nails and it came out amazing. He’s very nice and would recommend him to anyone. The place is very nicely decorated and clean. I can’t say enough great things about this place!!!

    I called to schedule an appointment with Tommy and he was so awesome. I told him it was for my boyfriend birthday. On the day of the appointment, the ladies greeted us with smile and was so pleasant. We had champagne and relaxed in the massage chair. Tony came to the spa just to wish him a Happy Birthday. It was such a surprise that he made that special trip. This is the cleanest and most professional Nail Spa I have ever been to. My boyfriend was so impressed hes coming back.     I have never written a review before, this is my first time. Tiffany the owner is really sweet and kind. She will make sure you’re well taken care of. Isabelita did my nails, I recommend her 100%. As someone who’s gone to a lot of nail salons and has really tiny nails, I have never had a lot of luck but Isabelita really took her time and was efficient with her work and very detailed.     Loved this place! Just came on a Saturday walk in, 2 hours before closing and they were quick to find someone to assist me! The male owner is really nice!     My first visit to the salon was 12/18 and I am so Happy that I did . Well worth the drive from North Broward, I have found my new nail home. Upon entering the salon , I was immediately acknowledged by the receptionist and while speaking with her, the owner (Tommy) who was working on another client , overheard my conversation and welcomed me . FromStart to finish , all the staff members were warmAnd welcoming . Tommy made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that I would be pleased with my nails and may I say how Happy Happy Happy I am . He is a perfectionist, my nails are flawless , the best they have ever been. He also helped me my color selection , and he was spot on . He asked the appropriate questions which helped him to make that selection for me. The venue is relaxing , you feel at ease and might I add, You are not exposed to those harsh chemicals that other salons have. It’s odorless. Van great job on my pedicure. I could go on and on forever .if you’re looking for a new salon , a change , please visit . will not be disappointed. I also met Tommy’s wife Tiffany and she is just as lovely.I already made my next appointment , like I said this is my new nail home.     This was hands down the best mani/ pedi I have ever had. I am not just saying that to sound cliche! The people are so nice, professional, and detailed. The environment is so relaxing, clean, and soothing. The massage chairs are fantastic too! Yara did my pedicure and Van did my nails! They were both AMAZING! They were both very concentrated and what they were dosing and made sure everything was just right! I Will not go anywhere else while I am here! Thank you for such superb service!

    If I take the time to leave a review is because they truly were great. We were greeted at the door by a sweet lady who took the time to show up the service menu and answered all our questions, then she took us over to the pedi area and offered us refreshments, made sure our water was at the perfect temperature.. I got a spa pedi done with Yurina and she was amazing , very professional and her detail to cleaning and polishing my feet was amazing . Not to mention how clean they are which is super important to me. They use disposable files, buffers and toe separators. I will definitely be back.

    The best nail salon I’ve ever been to!!!! Everyone is so nice and they treat me like a queen every time I go in there. I always go to Jenny because she does such an amazing job on my nails and she’s also very nice to talk to :) They do a great job on their pedicures as well.     The first few time I went were amazing the girls that took care of me did great work, but the last 2 times I have gone not as good. Although I had an apt they sat me with the worst tech I think they have, he did a horrible job and my nails didnt last 5 days very disappointed with the service I received.***UPDATE***the owner reached out to me and offered to correct my nails and even offered to do it on the house. I went back today i was very satisfied with the outcome and as always the staff was amazing. THANKS Tommy your salon to me is one of the best out here!!

    Excellent place , I love coming here the owner is amazing very caring and will go out of his way to make you happy. Jenny always those my nails and of course they always look great. I recommend this place to anyone . One of the most important reasons why I love coming here other than the great atmosphere is that everything is extremely clean they don’t re-use anything , everything is brand new for every client with is very important as I know for sure I will never get a nail fungus or an infection.     It was my first time going here and doing powder dipped also. The people who work there are wonderful. The salon is very clean and has a very calming environment. Jenny did my mani/pedi and she was amazing! So helpful and professional. Not to mention that she did an incredible job on my hands and feet. I did the combo for a signature pedicure with hot stones and a coconut scrub. Amazing. I will definitely return every single time I’m in Miami!

    So I need to share with you guys my new favorite nail spa. This very clean, beautiful, amazingly staffed salon pampered me today. I can honestly 100% recommend this salon to anyone. They are EXTREMELY sanitary which you hardly find in the Miami/ Hialeah area! Tommy paid very special attention to me as a new customer and explained everything I needed to know. Most importantly it wasn’t just talk! Got Nail Spa has exceeded my expectations with great customer service, the nail experts were detail oriented and everyone truly cared into how I felt. Rosario and Elizabeth are sweethearts and the ultimate pros for pedicures! Rosario recently did the CBD volcano pedicure and it was literal heaven!! Elizabeth did my volcano pedicure, and she was so kind and helpful explaining everything and she did a great job. Lorena did my ombre dip nails which came out amazingly beautiful.     I came to Hot Nail Spa (literally in tears) after a terrible encounter at another nail salon. In tears, Tommy assured me that they were going to take care of my situation. Needless to say, they absolutely did. After getting a botched dip manicure, Lorena took the time to redo my nails. She did not rush and was meticulous with every teeny tiny detail. She was also super kind! You can Immediately tell that this is a place that genuinely cares about their customers. It shows in the way they speak, and above all their actions. They made my problem theirs and immediately took care of me. Definitely the best nail salon in all of Miami! Hot Nail Spa sets a really high standard.     Hot Nail Spa is alwaysssss on point with not only their work but with their customer service. They’re so sweet all the time and always do an amazing job on my feet and hands. They’re so gentle with everything where I RARELY ever get cut unlike most other places.     I went yesterday for the first time. First of all I would like to say that the customer service is outstanding! Tommy the manager is such a sweetheart and I couldnt be happier with the service. When you go to this salon, you will definitely get pampered! He offered me pink moscato with my service and I truly needed it lol. I also was not sure who to go with but I ended up doing my nails with Yanelis and she was amazing! Also a sweetheart of a woman. She listened to all my needs and my nails came out amazing!!     I needed to be fixed. My nails all chipped from the previous place I went to. My nails also became extremely soft to the point it was uncomfortable. But Yenny, the woman who appointed me, helped me out! She took off all of the polish, made sure all of the soft parts of my nails were cut so I can regrow my nails. She let me know not to put the heavy acrylic gel, which I thought the other nail salon didnt use (they did). I was very happy to not only go somewhere whos employees know what theyre doing, but happy to not have felt uncomfortable. She was very nice, and spoke to me very kindly. I will be coming back in 2 weeks! Hot Nail Spa may just be the spot for me. Thank you for fixing my nails!

    Hot Nail Spa never fails me. Not only are they the most professional nail salon in town but their friendly service keeps me coming back. I had the best dip mani by Tommy. He’s really such a delight and makes each visit better than the next. My pedi was done by Cire and she is now my official go to technician. Even though I came in late with no appointment, she took her time and ensured I was comfortable and happy throughout my service. Love this place!

    The best service and atmosphere of any nail salon Ive ever been to! The staff and owners strive to make sure the customer leaves happy each and every time. Ive never had a bad experience in the many years Ive been doing my nails with them and my nails have never been healthier. I literally drive between 40 minutes to 1 hour (depending on traffic) to get my nails done every 2 weeks (because I live down south) and Im telling you, the minute I walk in the door, its worth my drive.     In Hialeah you cannot find a quality nail salon where you feel as your being pampered for a good price. This salon is all about technique and making sure you as a customer leave extremely happy.     Best nail place I have been to so far!! Me and my mom are satisfied with our nails. They look beautiful and natural, also the take off process is as if you are taking off press on nails but they aren’t because they look way better & feel way better then press on, acrylics and even gel. I have only been here twice but from the moment I stepped foot inside, I was amazed at how it smelled for a nail salon. Aesthetically, it is beautiful and has classy little details that appealed to me. Then I was greeted by Tommy (the owner) and I was fascinated!     As I walk in I was greeted by Tommy and he immediately check me in and say me in a chair. Maikely did my nails and I must say she was super professional and friendly, I explained what I wanted on my nails and she nailed it without any issues. She was awesome. Rosario did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. She left my feet feeling good, especially since am 8 months pregnant. I was super relax. The whole place was clean and super safe. I love the fact that Tommy walk around and ask each client if they needed anything and if they were ok. Gray customer service. I will come back again and definitely book with Maikely and Rosario. Great Job everyone. I almost forgot Grace was so nice when I was paying and explained how to book my upcoming appointments and also how the App works.     First of all, very clean place. The service was on point. They have immediate visual presentations for the services they offer. Yes, it does look busy but it is for a reason...these ladies do not waste time and do an impeccable job. This feels like an individualized experience.     Love this place ! Grace was very attentive since I walked through the door! I was asked if I had an appointment and was immediately seated to soak off my dip! Once seated I was offered a beverage and the wait time to be attended by my chosen nail tech was a reasonable time. I did my nails with Cire who I have to swear by! She does an amazing job every time and accommodates to any request I have! This time around I did a Matte Black French WITH dip that came out to die for !     I discovered Hot Nail Spa when I was going through a stressful time of working full time and then taking care of my wheelchair bound mother who lived in Hialeah. I’m so glad that I did! The nail technicians are pleasant, eager to please and so far, have done an incredible job with both my mani/pedis.In recent months, I decided to try the dip manicure and I’m addicted! The last two times my manicure lasted for 4 weeks. The only reason I had them done was because of the growth that was showing since the polish was intact.I highly recommend this nail salon where you will be greeted with a glass of moscato, coffee, tea or bottled water. You won’t regret it! P.S. they guarantee their dip polish to last at least 2 weeks or they will fix it for you at no cost! It’s a win-win!

    I moved into the area recently my nail tech of 15 yrs moved away. I am picky about locations and environment. The wait was not too bad, 10 minutes considering I was a walk-in.Came to Hot Nails because of the reviews. I am extremely happy that I came in. I did my toe nails with Janeilys. She started to ask me about how I like my nails shaped and length and I told her to do what she had to do based on what she saw, after all shes the tech! She cut and cleaned my cuticle and did an AMAZING JOB! I am so happy with her job. I thought I wasn’t going to be able to find someone like my former nail tech, but I did. She did a thorough job and was very meticulous. She also told me about how I can care for dry skin and some tips on longevity of polish.I moved on to Maria, the nail tech who did a phenomenal job with a manicure (thorough and well thought out, since last minute I chose to add nails and dip). She also went above and beyond a regular manicure. She was also very informative about my dry skin and was helpful.The place is clean and well kept. The ladies kept conversation at a minimum, which is a plus considering we come in to get peace and relaxation. They offered water and coffee. They have a great menu for pedi’s. I watched other ladies work and was pleased.I have already made my appointment with Janeilys and Maria in two wks. Everyone knows everyone, a couple of men came in to get their nails done.     Tony is amazing! I did my nails a week ago with him and today I noticed that one of my nails had cracked. I sent him a text message telling him what happened and he immediately told me to come and that he will fix it at no cost to me! in I’ll go ahead and fix your nail for free! Not only did he fix my nail for free but he also filed all the other ones down and buffed them. He then added a topcoat and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes.I had also had a pedicure last week with Danay. She took off all the excess skin from around my toes and was super thorough.     What a gem of a nail spa in the heart of Hialeah. Tommy (the owner) is so sweet and caring for his clients, that hes always willing to accommodate! I went in with my mom and we were greeted straight away. I had Yara (amazing) and my mom had Tamara (she LOVED her). It was our first time visiting, but my sister has been there numerous times and kept raving about their pedicures. We both got the platinum package, and let me tell you, for $65 (gel mani and regular pedi) it was worth every penny!! Foot scrub, hot stones, hot towels, light massage, you name it. The best pedicure weve ever gotten. The manicures were really nice, but we couldnt get enough of how pampered our feet were. I highly recommend!

    Amazing customer service. From the get go Tommy greeted me and made me feel super special being that it was my first time there. He showed me the colors and explained the different brands. He prepared me to start the service and got me a water without even asking. Then he showed me to Elizabeth who did my pedicure and recommended a wonderful method of a pedicure the Volcano which i lovedddd specially Elizabeth that did an amazing job. Also Maikely started on my hands and i was worried because ive only done dip with one person for 3 years that unfortunately moved but she exceeded my expectations. I felt so pampered and will make this my new nail place from now on. Oh and they give you wine while all the papmpering is happening.

    This place is amazing.Literally is one of the best if not THE BEST NAIL SALON Ive been to. A good change in the middle of Hialeah. I loved it the moment I went in. The place is super clean the customer service is 5 stars and the nail techs are amazing. Tommy was great he did an awesome job on my v square nails and they have colors you can only find there.     Firstly I want to say Maria is angel! I have never had anyone spend so much time with my nails, perfecting them. I’ve been coming to this salon for a little over a year now and I will never go anywhere else. The environment is great, everyone makes you feel so comfortable and has no problems answering any question you have. Danay is AMAZING!! She is honestly the only person I would let work on my feet ever again! My favorite part and for me the most important thing is how clean everything is.     I have being coming to this nail salon for over six years, from when they were in 8th street all the way to Hialeah now. Not only do I love the way my nails look now but I love the way they treat their costumers(like family), Tommy and Tiffany are always there ready to help you and also looking out for their employees, which is rare to find now a days. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else (mind u I drive over 20 miles just to get my nails done with them) also the girls Yara, Maria, Lorena,etc are all amazing. Love this group of people so much.     After several days of saying we were going to go to get pedicures, my boyfriend and I finally went, and it was amazing. It was my boyfriends first time ever getting a pedicure and he couldnt believe we hadnt gone before.     This would be my 2nd time having my nails done with Tommy. They use the Dip Overlay texhnique, in which my nails did not feel flimsy and weak after taking off the first nail job.     I had a pedicure done today by Danay and it was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever gotten!! She really took her time to get all the extra skin out etc but I wasn’t in the salon for super long either. So very fast but efficient employee! And the paint job??? My favorite part. I think this is the first time I’ve ever gotten a pedicure and been 100% satisfied with the paint job. Especially bc I got the marshmallow color and you can’t tell there’s more than one layer done because Danay did such a good job with it !! Thank you Danay!! I’ll be booking with her again💜💜💜

    I absolutely love this place ! It’s so clean ! Everyone is always attentive. Owners treat everyone like VIP. Champagne while you relax. They are VERY clean; tools, salon everything.     I came in today as a walk-in and they accept walk ins they just have appointments to attend to as well and i had Acrylics from an horrible nail salon i tried so they took an hour to take it off for me. Danay was so patient and careful and literally saved my natural nails she made sure she got me nails perfectly coated and even they do not do acrylics they specialize in dipping and regular manicures or gel manicures. I am for sure coming back here from now on. I have never been so wow’d!

    Today was my first time at Hot Nail Spa. I came in because of the great reviews and I have to say that this place is fantastic. Everyone is very nice and professional. The Spa is clean and beautifully decorated. I did my nails with Tiffany and my pedi with Yara. They were both wonderful and yara gave me the best pedicure experience. I felt so relaxed in the pedi chair with a nice glass of rosè. I look forward to my next visit!
