It is always professional and educational within my sessions, as she continually is educating me on the process and things I can do to help myself. The space is immaculate, and she is very transparent in her practice. Rozi has helped me so much, and she is always willing to make time to answer any questions I have. She is gentle and will always evaluate your comfort level. She genuinely is a kind-spirited and nurturing person. I will recommend her service to anyone interested in hair removal treatment.

Hands down one of the most welcoming, professional, and clean environments I’ve been to. I had the pleasure of having my electrolysis hair removal treatment done with Roza and she was nothing but amazing. She took the time to understand my concerns, throughly explained the process, and made it an absolutely beautiful experience! Rozi is absolutely amazing at her job. I didn’t know what to expect my 1st time (electrolysis) but she eased my mind and always makes sure I’m as relaxed and comfortable as can be!! I’ve been going to her for a month now with great results and not only does she provide the best care in the office, going above and beyond every time, she also is extremely helpful even if you have questions afterwards.

First off I want to say Ms. Rozi is the best. This was a first time experience with her and she did my electrolysis which took one hour. She always was a sweetheart to discount to do it on another area as well. Very clean, sanitized, and she is a nice lady. If you need this procedure done she’s the right one to go with. The money well worth.

A licensed professional who was knowledgable about her craft, sanitary, used new needles, pleasant, and who addressed my concerns and educated me about the techniques, pre, and post-procedural care. I have had previous sessions elsewhere that left me bleeding and scarred, but todays session with Rozi gave me hope! I went to Dermis Advanced Electrolysis Cosmetic because of dark circles under my eyes and as well as sagging eyelids. The RF and MICRO CURRENT therapy made the dark circles barely visible and the skin around my eyes look years younger again.
