I’ve been doing electrolysis since April 2024 with another service provider and not only did I go through excruciating pain/swelling each time, but ended up with pitted skin and no information on aftercare etc. Within the first 10min at MG Electrology, I was informed on my hair follicle sizes (didn’t even know there were sizes!), aftercare instructions, and realistic expectations. Did I mention I barely felt anything and almost dozed off during my service?? I was unaware of how long my service would take and Melissa graciously worked around her schedule to squeeze me back in so I could get everything done today. Excellent customer service and I look forward to my hair removal journey.

As someone who has received electrolysis treatment from someone else in the past, I can positively say that Melissa is the absolute best! She is professional, smart and always makes me feel comfortable. Electrolysis is not something easy to go through but she makes it so relaxing! She always makes sure that I am taking care of my skin for the best possible results. Her studio is also very clean & welcoming. She has been treating me since April and I am so so happy with the way its turning out. Absolutely AMAZING!

I have been going to Melissa for almost a year now and I can possitivly say that my hair growth went from thick and coarse to thin and weak. Melissa is wonderful! I’ve had 4 sessions with her focusing solely on facial hair removal. She was knowledgeable and professional; as well as comforting and supportive. She called me after my first appointments to see how I’m recovering!!! It was nice to know I’m in such good care.I had a question before our session concerning the effects of the healing process and even though she didn’t have the answer at the time, she called me that afternoon to share her findings. I really appreciate her friendliness, honesty and positive attitude. It makes the whole experience uplifting and I definitely feel more beautiful each time I visit!

I’ve been coming to MG Electrology for almost 2 months now. Melissa is amazingly knowledgeable, thorough, and truly empathetic. I struggle with autoimmune thyroid issues and inappropriate hormonal hair growth and am really starting to see a difference with the work that Melissa has done.
