    Update: I appreciate that the owner proactively contacted me even though I originally left 3 stars without a comment. She offered to fix it and gave me a different curl and lighter thickness so the lashes held up better (I have thin natural lashes). She was meticulous and took an hour to give me lashes that fit my eyes (and technically my natural lash resilience) better. I appreciate her experience, handy work and for reaching out to me. I will see how long they last and go back to her for a refill if all holds up. I can understand owning a small business and sometimes people/help have humanly bad/off days, but I left the one star for now because my first experience wasnt great as you can read below. Lastly, I can tell Lisset has more experience and is more thorough b/c I actually read the reviews beforehand, but Im not someone that is demanding esp as a new customer. If I do go back for my refill it will definitely only be with her, thus is the case with any salon or service. We all have our preferences. Thanks for fixing this situation.Hi. Though your IG presence looks professional my visit didnt meet my expectations. First, I didnt feel like there was at least 6 ft of social distancing between the beds and if there was there were a few times her child and her music felt like it was very close to me. I understand during this time it may be difficult to balance childcare as I have my own children but hearing WAP play from her iPad didnt create an ambiance I was expecting. Second, the way she taped my left eye was painful the entire time from start to finish, and she messed up at least three of my lashes. One in the middle you can see it glued above my eyelid/lash line and the other two are by the inner corners close to my nose. She glued it where it already looks like its on week 2 or 3 and waiting to fall off, in other words she didnt glue it close enough towards the lash line. The right eye may or may not have the same issue on the inner corners also. Also, I felt like her long nails (though in style now) may have made it hard for her to place the tape correctly in the first place. Just my opinion. Lastly, at the end is when she told me she only takes cash, Cash app or some other app. It would have been nice to have been told in the beginning rather than the end. Also, she didnt get a chance to check my lashes as I had to use the bathroom and she received a phone call. Maybe if she did check she would have noticed the lashes being a bit off towards the inner corners. I just said it was fine, but got to my car and noticed. Im not really one to be demanding. She also gave me a price for the refill, but I dont see that price on the website so its not consistent. Anyways, I would have preferred to have just sent you my review in private but here we are. I would rather just not return than write a negative review because the rest of the lashes look fine so far. Thank you for asking though.

    Love them, I have been going to Pretty Woman for over 5 years. Lisette is my go to for my eye lash extensions and I also did the semi permanent eyebrows(the best decision ever).

    I love this place I have been going for many years. My lashes look great and service is fantastic. Lizsette is great and fast and very sweet . I also did my lips n eyebrows microdermabrasion and I get compliments all the time! I have recommended this place to friends and family!

    I absolutely LOVE Pretty Woman. The owner is awesome. All the girls there are super professional and friendly. Lisset does the most beautiful lashes I’ve ever had done.... and super fast!!!! She goes out of her way to accommodate and fit me in. All their products and services are amazing. This is the BEST salon I’ve ever been too. It’s worth the 45 minute drive. She has great prices and exceptional quality!!! THANKS LISSET AND PRETTY WOMAN STAFF... YOU GUYS THE BEST!!!!

    If you are looking for amazing and professional eyelashes you need to visit Eyelash by Diane. She is the best. I always get compliments about my eyelashes because they make a big difference in my face that every body notice and they still look natural. I haven’t weared mascara ever again and the amount of makeup I need is minimal.

    Everytime I go I love her more and more. An absolute professional in every sense of the word and you dont leave until she is satisfied with her work and the job she has done.     I have been to other specialists in the past and have not had the best experience. Lisset was super great! She worked on each individual lash to perfection until she was satisfied with her work. Her meticulous character shows in her work. She also show great customer service in that she even asked if I wanted tea or a drink during my wait! Will definitely go back for all my future spa needs.     I went for classic lashes but Dili recommended hybrid lashes, which were exactly what I was looking for.Plus we were running late and she did her work super fast and neat so I could leave early.I still have to go back for my eyebrows and of course for my refill.The place is clean and super harmonious.Thank you!I recommend Dili, very professional!
