From the moment I walked into the Shop, I was greeted by a warm and friendly Carolina that made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and I knew I was in good hands.Carolina took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offering expert advice on styles and lengths that would best suit my eye shape. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and I could tell she were passionate about her craft.The application process was surprisingly soothing, and before I knew it, I had the most gorgeous lashes Ive ever had! They look so natural yet dramatically enhance my eyes, and Ive already received countless compliments.I cant recommend this service enough! So I like to do reviews for businesses that actually offer real life results and letzfaceit exceeds that standard. I came determined to find a brand that offered top of the line customer service skills including hassle-free education. Prior to me coming, I had my first bad experience with a lash tech that didn’t educate me on how to fix my empty lash line, but instead, gave me “the best I could do with what you had” results. I felt like my money was taken & I wasn’t taken care of & serviced the proper way. This left me paranoid and very discouraged about finding someone else & being treated the same way…… until I met Carolina. Carolina prioritized my interests and desires fully and made my satisfaction her number one goal through educating me. She told me to follow her guidance and my lash line would be natural, full & healthy if I used her recommended serum two times a day & I did! She gave me hope & made me believe! And then came the results. I have already inspired others with my journey & testimony that I have had to put them on to the serum I used. I highly recommend Carolina to start, help & keep you on track with taking care of your natural eyelashes. No more strips & hair glue for me :)

I absolutely Loved my lashes! I think anyone can do lashes and make them look gorgeous at first but with Carolina the difference is the quality!! She is such a detailed person and took the time with mine! So not only did my lashes look amazing but they have last 3 weeks and still look so fresh! 10/10.

She takes her time she makes you feelComfortable she communicates everything to you and she is very clean! I have sensitive skin and eyes and her products don’t make me have any flare ups! I have been using Carolina since she first started lashing. She has always been very professional and up to date with all the most recent trainings. I had never done lash extensions before her so I appreciated her breaking down the entire process as well as lash care to get the most out of my lash extensions. Every time I get my lashes done I get so many compliments and everyone I have referred to her is absolutely in love! What I love about Carolina is that she continues to perfect her craft and tries to do as many trainings as possible to be the best at what she does. I was skeptical at getting lashes at first but I told her what I wanted and she made sure she met my expectations to the max… I have been there twice now and definitely plan on going back. I have gotten many compliments on her work as well. Highly recommended !!!! Her spa is very relaxing, clean and professional as well. 10/10!!!!

Carolina is the best of the best! I’ve been a client of hers for a few years now and she never disappoints like EVER!!! She’s really neat and clean also always focused when lashing.
