    Anthony, the senior stylist, is absolutely amazing! He always makes me feel so comfortable and leaves me feeling beautiful every single time. His work on my eyelashes is flawless—he’s truly the best! I also want to give a huge shoutout to the salon, especially the front desk girlies, for their consistently warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone there has such a great spirit, and it’s always a pleasure to visit. I recently upgraded to the wet look, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.     Collesia, is the best! I found myself an amazing stylist that does wonders on my eyebrows!! I used to go to somebody else for years but ever since i came to the lash lounge i never looked back !!     I am so grateful for the staff. They treated me with such kindness and helped me remove my old set of lashes from a different establishment that was causing me eye irritation, and discomfort. They were kind and warm and welcoming and made me feel like I had known them forever. I’ll be back for a full set in three weeks.

    Fantastic place to get your lashes. My first time here and I will definitely be coming back. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. My lash tech, Crystal, has hands like an Angel. I barely felt her hands on my face. She was professional and knows her stuff. ADVISE: Bring a throw blanket with you as its quite chilly in the studio.

They also value lash health and have seen my lashes grow after being recommended to use a lash serum.——Looking for your go-to lash place? This is it! I am new to town and easily set up an appointment online. My lash artist, Catrina, was very attentive and listened to my preference for very natural lash extensions. On my first visit she also went through the different options I could choose from as well which I really appreciated. I always feel super relaxed when I get my refills and their memberships are a good option. Shreya at the front desk is also super friendly and knowledgeable. Love this place!

    Today, I went there to go see Jackie and even though I was early, the receptionists and manager made me feel like I was at home. Jackie then did my eye lash lift and did a fantastic job with a tighter curl. Afterwards, I misplaced my car keys and the manager went above and beyond to help me find the set. I am truly appreciative for her checking cameras and the neighboring businesses to see if someone accidentally picked it up. I think it shows how much this place values customer service and appreciates their customers.

    Honestly had an amazing experience, the lashes themselves are very natural, can’t wait until they have mega volume. My lash tech was exceptional and soo nice. I’ve always had a problem with uncomfortable beds at spas but the beds here are soo comfortable. I will say the prices are a little bit pricey but other than that truly a 5 out of 5.

    I am so impressed with this place! From my first point of contact with Shreya I was impressed. I spoke with Anjel who was so accommodating with rescheduling me and my lash tech Shaina had me talking for 2 hours which I didn’t even know was possible.     The lash lounge at pines is phenomenal. I started getting lash extensions a few months ago so im still fairly new to the experience. From the very first visit and each one that follows, ive had a wonderful experience. The receptionists are so kind and every lash specialist that works here is incredibly professional. I admire the work they do as im sure its not easy to do. They make you feel as comfortable as possible like being at home and they are very patient and precise.     I am from Texas but stopped in because I had an event. I initially got the classic set but when I walked out there were many spare parts and I would have had to put mascara on for the event to even look like I had lashes IMO. I went in and Debbie and Azul reviewed my lashes and were willing to give me a small fill for those sparse parts. I genuinely appreciated their understanding from my point of view and providing what’s promoted across their site. Recommend this crew and this location for lashes!

    I recently moved from north Florida and was using a lash lounge up there. I was lucky enough to have this location close to me. They helped me with the transition when there were a few issues with overlapping payments. I also unfortunately haven’t been able to use only one stylist due to my schedule, but every stylist I’ve had has been amazing and the staff is always super friendly. I highly recommend this location!

    Worth the money. I didnt want extensions because personally I think they look like tarantulas glued to your eyes, but my lashes point down and I wanted something to help remedy that while still looking natural. I ended up getting a lash lift and tint and they came out really pretty. Very natural, didnt take too long, and my lashes look beautifully curled. I will go back.

    Sierra is AMAZING!!! She did what my previous last tech took 5 hours to do in less than 1 hour!!!! She explained all of the aftercare advice which I was given opposite advice from my previous lash tech, which makes sense why I was always paying for full sets every two weeks because of poor retention.     As a very hesitant second time lash customer I was very nervous (bad first experience) and so I did my research of the neighborhood top lash techs as well as this location… I loved the reviews with this location and decided to go with MeKayla who had great reviews… and 10/10 MeKayla and this establishment did not disappoint. MeKayla is very knowledgeable and she took the time to explain to me the various styles and looks. She answered all my questions and really took her time making sure I was happy with the results and sure of what I wanted. My lashes have lasted so well & So far about 3 weeks in - the original set and the fill & I am so happy. I will probably follow MeKayla wherever she goes.. but the staff is very nice & very attentive. I also find the establishment to be very clean. The stations are clean and you can see the wonderful ladies cleaning their stations in between sessions.I availed of the free lash sets being done by a stylist in training, Tamiyah. I was a bit nervous because I dont usually get my lashes done. She made me feel at ease and communicated with me on exactly how I wanted my lashes.     I loved my experience here at lash lounge. I was welcomed by Marie and offered drinks followed by a seat.
