Janelle is the best!! She’s so sweet, This was my 2nd time going to her, she recommended for me to get ingrown serum since I would get some quite often. I was kinda skeptical if it would work, but that serum is the truth!! By my next appointment I had no ingrowns at all. Definitely recommend going to her, skin will be left flawless!!

I’ve been to this location before and had a horrible experience with the last manager Carla I believe that was her name. She was so mean to her trainee and so rough with me. Over 4 months later I tried again and Katerina which is the new manager was AMAZING!! I felt comfortable, at ease and with less pain. Janelle was also amazing! I no longer do hard waxing. Sugaring is much more sanitary and less painful! There is no fear of double dipping with wax when it comes to sugaring. Katerina was so friendly. She was very efficient and made sure I experienced the least amount of pain during my appointment. I recently moved to Hollywood, so I will definitely be coming back as a regular to this location. This location is clean and very inviting. I just love the pink aesthetic and decor!

I visited Sugaring NYC in Hollywood, Florida for the first time for a Brazilian wax service. The pink decor was beautiful and Everything was clean and comfortable. Ashley took care of me and she was excellent and very sweet! I love that the wax is natural without chemicals. All of my hair was easily removed. I highly recommend switching to this waxing salon over the places that use waxes containing chemicals.

This is my go-to sugaring spot! Emily and Cat are wonderful. We always chat and laugh, making the sugaring experience less daunting. They’re also very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Emily makes sure to set the vibe so I’m comfortable, and Cat makes sure no little hair is left behind.I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for 6+ years at European Wax Center and switched to Sugaring NYC this year. I find that sugaring is much better and healthier than hard waxing because the healing process is quicker and the results are smoother. The tugging during the application is the worst part, but it makes the ripping bearable. I also really like their scrubs and sprays. 10/10 recommended!
