Me and my husband came to celebrate our wedding anniversary with an ocean view couples massage. The attention and the whole experience deserves a 10s stars review. The ladies hands work like magic , they know exactly where the tension was and they were able to release all the knots we had . We were treated like royalty and the atmosphere was beautiful, so relaxing. We also enjoy the sauna and the steam room. We had a full day pass to enjoy the pool area and enjoyed the beach . This was a great idea to treat ourselves. We definitely will come back for the facials and they also offer manicure pedicures . I can’t get over the smell. It was one of those days you just don’t want them to end . Thank you all We LOVE IT ♥️

My experience at the Diplomat Spa was nothing less than luxurious!I made my way over about 20 minutes early and was greeted by the warm and friendly front desk. I signed in then Teke gave me a tour of the entire spa. It’s extremely spacious inside and clean.I steamed for while until the time of my service with Oleg. It was THE best massages I’ve ever had. The ambiance inside the serenity room was insanely relaxing I fell asleep.I loved everything about this Spa and I can’t wait to come backs

The diplomat is such a beautiful place. The spa staff and the spa itself is so nice, welcoming and relaxing. We came to celebrate a bachelorette and we booked 4 massages. We hung out in the relaxation room for a while before the massage and then the masseuses came out to call us in for the massages. We all came out of our massages and felt like we were walking on clouds. It was a great way to end the weekend and we feel so relaxed and recharged!

The greeting at check in was minimal,the concierge gave as a tour of the spa, she was very casual in her discription .there was mixed nuts,apples and oranges for snack and tea and water complimentary.i had a great massage, Sharron massage therapist.The spa was very clean, the views were tranquil and beautiful.The check out attended was very professional and attentive to answer questions about the groupon,and the service fee. Overall our experience was great.

It was great .. me and my husband where celebrating anniversary and decided to have a couples massage. And it was great everything from the greeting by Yiyi I believe her name was to our massage therapist where incredible Gallel and Rodolfo where so professional and sweet . I felt how every stress knot where dissolved. Thank you we had a great time

They accommodated me as a walk-in. The spa was clean and nice. Rodolfo gave me a great signature massage. He was very receptive to accommodating the pressure for my ideal massage. The aesthetician Svetlana gave a pleasurable facial to my daughter. Her skin looks beautiful. They validated the valet parking so it only cost $8.00 as opposed to the lot at a whopping $42.00.

Clean, calm, and everyone was kind. Giovanni was my therapist and I would highly recommend him for a therapeutic massage. Medium pressure was just that and it was soothing and relaxing! Planning spa time at the end of a weekend away was excellent thanks to all who work here! Thank you :)

Dianco gave me one of the best deep tissue massages that I have ever received! He focused on my neck area and released an incredible amount of stress. Definitely recommend you try it!

This is the spa I wish we had near our home! I was here for a conference and booked a 90 minute massage after it was over as we had time before the flight. The whole place was relaxing from the scents, to sounds, to a fantastic massage by Rodolfo. I also realized I’d left my earrings in my room & had already checked out so asked via the text messenger service if someone could check and told them where I was. The earrings were waiting for me after my massage. Talk about full service! Thinking of booking another trip back here next year.

The spa is beautiful. The girls who work the front desk were very nice and checked us in promptly. The locker room was extremely clean and well stocked. The relaxation room had nice comfortable seating and was the perfect place to wind down. My facial was with Maru and her magical hands worked wonders on my skin. Greta my massage therapist used the perfect amount of pressure on my neck and back.The entire experience from start to finish was amazing and I will definitely be back.

First time staying at the resort, tried the spa on the first day. I had Maria as my hairstylist. She did hair deep hydration and blow dry for me. Excellent job and she was very nice and patient, and gave me lots of beauty tips. I am having her again on Sunday for another treatment, can’t wait!

WOW! What a wonderful experience my husband and I had on our mini weekend getaway. The spa is absolutely GORGEOUS but more importantly the services were impeccable. We got the couples massage and we both very much enjoyed it! It is evident that the spa is well run, clean, and professional. We felt the staff went above and beyond to make sure our entire experience was perfect- and it was! As two individuals who are well traveled and have experienced spas all over the world, this is easily one of the best all around experiences we have had. We cant wait to return for another child-free weekend but until then I will be dreaming about our return! Thank you Diplomat Spa for such a memorable and much needed time!

The Diplomat Salon was an unforgettable experience!Maria was extremely attentive to all of my needs. She walked me through the entire highlighting experience and gave me pointers on how to best care and maintain my hair.What was most special was the fact that there’s only one salon chair. I wasn’t bothered by anyone getting their hair done making it very intimate and luxurious. I felt like a star in the chair!I will be coming back the next time I’m in Miami.

I booked my husband and I the Swedish massage and it was so wonderful! Teki and Rose welcomed us with big smiles and made us feel at home right away.My massage therapist was Dianelis and my husband was with Cydnie. We both had incredible massages!The spa itself is beautiful, too. We would definitely come back here ☺️ It’s 100% worth the splurge!!!

I had the most relaxing and beautiful experience at the spa today. I had the body scrub, followed by organic facial. My background is in the spa industry where worked ifor over 15 years. When I go to a spa I am usually a bit apprehensive. I recommend the Spa at the Diplomat hotel in Hollywood Beach Florida 100%. I will go there again in a couple of weeks. My experience with both Svetlana and Greta was amazing. They’re both world-class therapists. The check in process was flawless and Tiki was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you 🙏🏻

I just had the best massage of my life with Ilene. I loved every part of my visit to the spa - reception was warm and friendly, I got a lovely tour of the facility which is deceptively huge and inclusive, and the massage itself was life-changing. I enjoyed relaxing in their wait area with a ceiling waterfall fountain, the ambiance was perfect, the steam relaxing, and the luxurious locker room was the perfect place to primp, with all the essentials. I am not local but anytime I return to Florida you can bet I’ll be booking a treatment here!

Had some time before room was ready and strolled into the spa! Front desk staff was delightful and very helpful in booking me a quick massage with Dianelis. She was tiny but mighty!!! Great energy and I feel great after an hour deep tissue massage. Highly recommend.

This Spa is exactly what the doctor ordered! After spending 3 days at a tech conference, sitting in stiff chairs listening to endless lectures, I decided I deserved a treat. I could not have picked a better spa in my LIFE! The decor is absolutely breathtaking and the staff is extremely warm and friendly. I went with the deep tissue massage and boy did I need it! I walked out feeling amazingly loose and fresh. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back on my next work visit! Thanks Diplomat Spa!!

I arrived to the Diplomat Spa for my appointment with Rodolfo. The girls at the front were so polite and professional. I recieved my tour with Amaris which was wonderful.I was picked up by Rodolfo right on time, it was the best massage Ive ever had. It was an amazing service overall, I definitely reccomend the signature massage !Overall it was an excellent experience! Look forward to being back soon.

This is my favorite spa in Florida. Amenities are top notch and Christina and her staff are impeccable; professional, friendly and eager to assist. The amenities, staff and services they provide are all 5/5. As a hotel, the diplomat is also excellent, but this spa doesn’t compare to anywhere.

Silvia is an amazing stylist and colorist, the way she can melt in the color for a natural and bright look always stuns me!Highly recommend for any type of color, balayage, or highlights. She smooths out the transition so growth looks soft and there are never any harsh lines!Amazing as always.

Got my wife a spa day this weekend at the Diplomat. She cant stop talking about how much she enjoyed it. This is by far her favorite place now. Everyone from the receptionist to the therapist were amazing and treated her like royalty. I highly recommend this place if you are in town.

I have been going to the Diplomat since it opened on an annual basis for conventions and only recently is that spa in the hotel ascended to what I would call top notch. I have been traveling in four continents and this current spa and management is the best Ive seen in that hotel for over 16 years. This sounds like sour grapes.
