    I just wanted to leave a review about a great experience my son had today for his haircut appointment.Now my child is almost 3 and very sensitive to touching his hair and just sensitive to most things. Weve taken him to this salon for his first cut and his remaining cuts since because of how great the staff is to make him comfortable.Elena and Martha are two of the sweetest stylists and know how to talk and speak to a child who is having a hard time. My son was very relaxed the entire time and enjoyed his haircut with little to no fuss or moving around. Plus he ended up looking adorable after his hair trim.Kudos to Elena for the wonderful job she did on my little man. ❤️ I definitely recommend this salon.

    Service has always been quick and on point. Lots of things to keep my toddler entertained, and I have never been turned away as a walk in. (Not the case with some other toddler friendly places). Lady at the front is on top of everything (I think she’s the owner), and keeps this place consistent.

    Ive gone to several places for haircuts for my toddler and this place has done a pretty good job whenever we go. My kid is able to enjoy the nice service of the hair cutters aa they provide him with lollipops, bubbles, TV shows on the screen, or even video games. They have nice cars for kids to sit in or the regular high chairs and if youre Spanish speaking, ellos hablan español aqui tambien. Very cool experience, thanks!

    My baby is 2 years 5 months old and it was almost impossible to give him a haircut in other places, he cried and suffered a lot. In this place everything was magic!! The girls are spectacular, sweet and attentive. They made it easy for my baby to trim. The environment is ideal for children. I recommend them 100%.

    We took our 2.5 year old for his first pro haircut. Joyce did wonderful job with our son, who has down syndrome. She kept him cool and entertained and the haircut was a breeze and it turned out great! I would highly recommend! Especially, if you have a child with special needs.

    This was a last minute visit for picture day tomorrow… yeah I am a procrastinator! 🤦🏽‍♀️ My son hates having his hair cut but he was lucky to have his first haircut here with the ‘Crazy Lady’ Joyce! She was soooooo much fun for him! She also knew immediately which products works most effectively with his hair texture. He doesn’t like having his hair (cut strands) on his skin, he barely even noticed that he was there for a haircut as he was preoccupied being engaged in his PawPatrol video game under the expert tutelage of the Crazy Lady! This was a wonderful experience for both mommy & child! I will definitely return!!!

    Joyce was a delight to have work on my 2yr old daughter (who doesn’t have the easiest hair to work with & isn’t the best at sitting still) yet Joyce had her feeling herself in the mirror & was amazingly sweet & did a great job! The hair supplies/toys they carry are unique, useful, & cool as can be. I even found a Ty Beanie babie with my daughter’s name! (I want to go there just to shop.) my daughters literally just threw a tantrum because we walked back by there without going in! So she obviously loved it!! Great service.

    I took my 2-year-old artistic son into Cool cuts, for his first haircut. He is extremely tender-headed and does not like anyone touching his head (washing hair at bath time is a challenge). The stylist Luz, was patient and understanding of my sons needs.

    My little kiddo loved it. We made one appointment and they were able to fit the older one.Staff is super nice, very kid friendly.They have lots of toys and books while waiting. Selection of toys to shop for too.Kids can watch videos or play video games while getting a cut.

    My daughter hates have her hair washed. Joyce went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Joyce explained me how to brush her hair to make sure my little one was comfortable and wouldn’t cry. Joyce was absolutely incredible. Don’t look any further this place is amazing.     My son is on the spectrum and I have had nothing but the best experience with Cool Cutz for kids. They stylists are so friendly, even the ones not cutting my son’s hair always ask about my family and how we are. We have been coming for 5 years especially because when he gets a cut from Joyce she treats him like a family member and always entertains us with her jokes and witty stories.

    They got my daughter in same-day with joyce, who was absolutely amazing. my daughter has multi-textured, waist-length spiral curls and was in dire need of a trim. she is also 5 years old and has only ever had one haircut before, where it took a village to get her to sit still towards the end. joyce got her into a video game and walked her through the instructions before she even started the cut. she kept her engaged and entertained while giving her a great haircut. she also recommended some awesome products (which i purchased the line of— life changing!!) the rest of the salon is a mini store, where they sell cute toys and hair items. we both left very happy and will be returning in the future for sure.

    Just had a super great experience here.My son needed a haircut and the person we normally used disappeared. I googled and found Cool Cuts 4 Kids. From the moment I made the appointment I felt comfortable. Martha and Jenny were so caring and nice with my son. They worked as a great team to keep him occupied and get his haircut simultaneously as he was nervous at a new place.     Took my 1-year-old son to get a haircut and was impressed!Honestly, I was terrified to come here, I didnt know if he would actually sit still and get it done, but he was AMAZING.     Maggie who greeted us at counter and couldn’t have been nicer when explaining my son has been hair pulling hence why we needed haircut. She was so compassionate and kind reassuring me the haircut would look better and hopefully help stop hair cut. Appreciated such kindness.Martha did an unbelievable job cutting my son’s hair given the big bald spot and complete meltdown on my lap. She was so efficient, professional, compassionate and patient.Cannot say enough good about experience. Thank you to this amazing team that made something emotionally traumatic for us so easy and positive!

    My son had his first haircut here this past weekend. I was blown away by their professionalism and developmentally appropriate style! The building felt very clean and COVID safe. Elena cut his hair in the red car while he watched Cocomelon. I can’t say enough nice things about her! The whole thing took maybe 10ish minutes and his hair came out sooo cute! I also really appreciated how kind the staff was to me, as I became a little emotional watching my baby get his first haircut. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

    Finally found a stylist my boy likes! After trying a few different places for my toddler, this place has a few stylists that my boy will sit still for. Even when using the clippers to clean up all around hes much better. Scheduling an appointment ahead of time works best from my experience.

    We were so afraid for my son’s first haircut at 22 months since he can sometimes get extremely overstimulated and start to freak out. He takes a while to warm up to new people and allow them to touch him so we were expecting a total melt down for his first haircut. We scheduled his apt. with Martha and she was AMAZING! Better than we could have ever expected! Not one single tear was shed! Not to mention the haircut is also perfect! We will be going to her every single time from now on. She was extremely kind, gentle and patient. She is seriously the best. The salon is also super cute and the owner is super sweet and personable.

    My 8 year old son has been going to Cool Cuts 4 Kids for more than 4 years for his haircuts and Maggie & team have been great. He had extreme difficulty with the noise and vibration of the clippers for a long time and the stylists were always loving and patient with him. He now sits down, is comfortable, sometimes even tries to help. The patience and genuine care make it a pleasant experience now for him and me. To demonstrate how valuable they are, I am willing to drive from Parkland to Hollywood just to get his hair cut. They are top notch in my book.

    This place was AWESOME!!! We walked in on a busy Saturday they accommodated us within 30 minutes.However, the best part was my two-year-old had never had a haircut and she didnt cry once.     I booked an appointment to have my 3.5 year old sons hair cut. After reading multiple reviews, Joyce, was mentioned to be amazing. I requested Joyce and the reviews were all right. She was friendly and personable from the start. She was amazing with my son, engaging, joking with him, teaching him how to play the video game, and talking to him. She also talked to me and my dad who was with me. I showed her what kind of haircut I wanted and she did a fantastic job. Not only did my dad and I love the haircut but so did my son. I definitely recommend going there and asking for Joyce. The girl at the front desk was also very pleasant and friendly. It was a great experience all around!

    What a lovely salon that truly caters to kids! The salons lobby has the cutest trinkets and top quality hair products.Everyone working in the salon was professional and friendly, treating each customer like they were glad we were there. My daughters stylist--Joyce-- was awesome! She washed and styled her hair, chatted with both of us, and even tutored my daughter on how to play a video game. 🤣This was a great first visit. Highly recommend Cool Cuts 4 Kids. Well certainly be back!

    I was looking for a place to bring my 5 year old to get a haircut cut and get her hair ready for her preschool graduation. This is just the place to bring your kids. Fun, friendly, honest. Joyce was very experienced and super nice to my baby girl helping her play her video game and giving me helpful tips on how to deal with her hair. Recommended products to use from home and how often to bring her in for another cut! Definitely recommend bringing your kids here!

    Joyce was amazing!! I thought my 19 month son was going to lose it at the sight of scissors. But she made his first haircut experience excellent! He was never bored, scared, uneasy and man, can she cut hair good!! She was quick, efficient and just lovely. We also loved the salon. Totally kid approved!     Amazing Salon! We took our daughter for her first haircut and the experience was amazing - the owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. The girl that cut her hair made sure our daughter was comfortable with her before setting her in the kid friendly car chair. They put on cartoons for her then took their time and gave her a great trim. After they were done they sat and blew bubbles with her and made sure that we got all of the pictures that we wanted of the first haircut. They also gave us a lock of her hair and a certificate to remember the day. Price was affordable as well. We will for sure be going back!

    Establishment is very clean. Staff is educated and professional. My daughter is 13 months and did not cry once. She LOVED it! I would definitely recommend. Also, Joyce was amazing. This establishment also sells toys to include pop its.

    They are so awesome! We got my son’s haircut at a different salon and it was totally messed up. Cool Cuts fit us in the same day and fixed it perfectly! My son has a lot of sensory problems so haircuts are almost always a challenge. They were so engaging and patient. Definitely won’t go anywhere else from now on.The front desk could be a little friendlier, but they’re super busy so I’m sure that has something to do with it.

    Always have a great experience with the hair stylists. They are always so welcoming, and sweet to our son. If youre looking for a haircut salon for your child this is the place! They also offer many different types of hair products. We always make appointments, but they do accept walk ins as well. Love this place and my son leaves extremely happy with his new look and lollipop!

    This was our second visit and I must said the hair stylist Yenni was amazing. She was very patience and sweet with my son by answering all his questions 😅 . Also, the owner was very nice and patience as well. We definitely will come back every month for a hair cut with our new favorite hairstylist Yenni.     We’ve been bringing our son here for about a year now as he would go nuts when we tried to cut his hair with clippers. They put him in a race car, show him some Paw Patrol, and he’s cool as a cucumber. All of the hairdressers here are incredible and handle kids perfectly. Highly recommend.

    OMG this places was amazing. I was so scared that my son was going to cause a fit. They put on Mickey Mouse for him, gave him a dum dum and let me blow bubbles at him. He had a blast and didn’t even cry. My husband and i will definitely use them again and again when it’s time for my youngest. The attention for my sons first haircut was amazing. Thank you Elena.

    What a great experience! Our 13 month old son had his first haircut here and they were so attentive. There was a video playing, he sat in a cool car, played with toys and the owner even blew bubbles. He was so happy! Later that day, we were not totally happy with the haircut so we went back. They were so gracious and redid parts of the cut to our satisfaction. It really was a great experience and we look forward to going back for his next haircut!

    We’ve been taking our son here since he was 11 months and have always had a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and will jump in to help each other distract the little ones to make sure they get a good cut, which can be quite a task.     I took my babies here for their first haircuts yesterday and the entire experience was amazing. As a first time parent to twins I was worried my kids wouldn’t do well with it. The staff was great in letting us do each baby at a time, and thank goodness for that because one baby did fine, the other not so great. But they were completely professional and were able to get the job done. My kids have some really cute hairstyles now, too. They even include a keepsake for their very first haircut, and the pricing was more than fair. We will definitely come back here again.

    This is a perfect place for kids haircuts! I was searching high and low for a salon or stylist that could manage a haircut on a rambunctious toddler. My son had his first haircut a few months prior and it was a total disaster. He ended up resembling Friar Tuck! So needless to say I was nervous going in but Elena was wonderful at the art of distraction putting his favorite show on and immediately settling him in a cool red sports car. There was bubbles and lollipops and she ended giving him the most adorable cut! I’m a very happy mommy indeed. Highly recommend Elena and Cool Cuts 4 Kids!

    My kids wont go anywhere else but cool cuts for kids! The kid friendly ambiance is amazing. Theres plenty of entertainment for the kids while they wait and if they wish, they can even watch a movie during the hair cut! Video games galore too! I have 4 kids, this place really saves me a headache. The BEST and most IMPORTANT detail of all is that its clean!! The owners are super nice and accommodating. No matter where you live, its worth the drive. Believe me!

    Love this place! They’re great with my son, And go above and beyond each and every time! Ive had Rosanna, Jerri, and Brianna in the past, and they all do phenomenal work. Also, Maggy is always willing to help when things get hectic :) just an example; my son usually does well with haircuts, but one time he was having a bad day. I ended up bringing my infant daughter along with us to save time from dropping her off at the sitters. My son just wouldn’t stop screaming, meanwhile I have my four month old in my arms. Maggy was super helpful and held my daughter so that I could hold my son to get his hair cut. Rosanna was really quick and precise with the cut even though my son was squirming around the entire time. Another hair stylist (not sure her name), also came to help out by blowing bubbles for him. They all worked together to cut my crazy two year old’s hair. They were AMAZING!!! This is why I won’t go anywhere else! Thank you so much ladies! Keep up the fantastic work!!

    This place is super cool and fun for kids. Our sons stylist, Geri, was friendly and professional in her manner always making sure our 19 month old son was comfortable and that we got exactly what we were looking for in a haircut for him while allowing us to take pictures and document his 1st haircut.     I’m impressed! With my oldest son I never had a problem with haircuts. Anyone could do it as long as we gave him an ipad. But my youngest is now 17 months old and I decided I can no longer do his hair myself since its no longer baby hair. He’s not particularly the friendly outgoing type. We tried last week at a regular salon where we all go for haircuts and as soon as the lady sprayed him with water we had a full on meltdown. Hated it. We tried a few things but he was terrified. We left and decided we needed to try a kids place... i had a bad experience in Snip Its in Aventura a few years ago and went with Cool Cuts 4 Kids. Best experience! Joyce is adorable and made my baby feel at ease from the very beginning. He looks great and had fun. They got a new client this morning, I’m never going to a different place again.

    Best service available! Well with boys , you know, we are going pretty often to do haircuts. I been with my son in three places and try five different hair dressers. We still going to Joyce, because her technic is amazing. You just have to explain exactly what you want. She loves children very much, so she is trying to please them all possible ways, but again, she is doing great job, now we go to her right before picture day or birthdays, we know my 5 yo will look charming 👍.     We went in this past Saturday to get a haircut for our son (2 y/o). I had made an appointment and we were seen in a timely manner. While there our 4 y/o daughter with very curly hair expressed interest in getting a haircut as well. She’s never had one and we had agreed that if they could fit her in then we’d do it. They were able to accommodate our request and were so kind and patient as they washed and brushed out her curls, despite her many “I don’t want to’s!” (She’s just learned this language and is very expressive with it, lol). We gave her the option to stop, but she still wanted to keep going. Vita was amazing as was the woman up front (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name!!) and while working through her hair they both gave me some helpful tips to better care for it. We were so appreciative of both of them and will continue to return!!! Our girl spent the rest of the weekend telling everyone about her haircut, she’s so incredibly happy, so this mama is over the moon ❤️

    We love this place! After several bad experiences at Cartoon Cuts in the Pembroke Pines mall, we decided to find a better place. My 3-year-old son was always terrified of haircuts, to the point of throwing up from being so upset and terrified at the previous place. We brought him to Cool Cuts and, for the first time ever, he smiled and laughed the entire time. They really care that your kid is happy during the haircut and have tricks to keep them comfortable. Weve been coming here for almost 2 years now and weve always had great experience and I wont take him anywhere else. Its definitely worth the drive from Pembroke Pines :)

From when you walk in the store with the toy area to the cutest car chairs (even lightening McQueen), the TVs with dozens of options to watch their favorite shows like Mickey Mouse clubhouse, Paw Patrol or Cocomelon and the bubbles & lollipops!     I couldnt be happier!! This was absolutely the best place I couldve gone for my babys first haircut! From arrival with a great play area to the Ferrari barber chair to the uber-attentive staff setting up a Mickey video and blowing bubbles for distraction, this place is amazing. The most important detail of course is the fact that the stylist (Jenny) gave my boy an insanely perfect haircut, better than I ever expected was possible. (As a matter of fact, I later went back and had her cut my hair and loved it too!) They provided me with a certificate and clipping of his hair to commemorate his first haircut. Also they sell chemical-free/vegan/safe-for-children styling products...so great to find! My son enjoyed it and never fussed until it was time to go-he wanted to stay! A 5-star experience!!!!!     I highly recommend Cool Cuts 4 Kids. They offer an extremely safe environment for both clients and their employees. Their Covid-19 protocols not only make sense, they elevate the safety level while keeping a friendly and inviting atmosphere. They only have one or two other clients at the same time, and if you ask they will let you know when they are even less busy. They still provide same great customer service but at a safe distance and of course give great haircuts. Elena cut both kids hair both kids were very happy.

    Brought my daughter to get her first hair cut, she’s turning 5 this year. She has hair down to her butt. We came as a walk in & were sat for a hair cut within 10-15 mins of arrival.     This place was absolutely incredible the moment you walk in there’s bows and toys and hair product for kids everywhere. Then when you walk into the area where they cut hair they have a hummer and the racer McQueen from the Disney movie. My daughter of course chose McQueen.     I went here on Fathers Day! People were extremely nice and knowledgeable of hair products and any other issues about hair and scalp! They reccomened an amazing shampoo and conditioner for my daughters thick curly hair. Briana is an amazing hair stylist ! It is as though they somehow merged a toy store and a barber shop into one location.There haircuts are also very nice and stylish, and it offers a trip that is definitely worth the money.     Great experience. Went to get my sons first haircut and got a certificate and lock of hair in the package. The stylist was gentle and cut his hair just like how Id asked.

    This was my first time going here, and I have to say I was really impressed - on top of giving my little one a great hair cut, a nice hairstylist read and played games with him while Deanna washed and cut my hair. We will definitely be going back!

    Thank God for this place because its kids friendly. It has toys, tvs in each station and beautiful car seats for the children to sit in. I found this place while sitting in barbar shop waiting, I just got up and left...Im so glad I made that move. I didnt regret it.😄

    Great service, clean salon, wonderful haircuts. Video games for the kids to play. Tv shows for the little ones, bubbles, and lollipops! Great hair products for the whole family. They even have Olaplex for me. Definitely recommended.

    Everyone is friendly and nice and my daughter loves Martha. She is incredibly patient with a wiggly toddler and always does a great job. Really kid friendly enviroment.

    I have looked for many many different places to get haircuts for my kids and this is the best one. The staff is so knowledgeable and the owner is great... dont hesitate to come here... but make an appointment first lol

    Came back here to get my two boys their haircuts. The place was like a war zone, entered the trenches and worked my way to the first hill (checking in). The owner was calm and collective in the face of danger, her defenses were up and she was controlling the insurgents of crazy toddlers attacking the base. We crossed the wire and entered into the heart of the battle. Pop-up flares and trip mines everywhere. We dodged the minefield and made it to our foxhole where the Sergeant was waiting to turn the boys into fighting machines. Clip..clip..buzz..buzz and they went from being messy civilians to tailored soldiers fit for a Medal of Honor! We made it back across the wire and back to base camp where the owner had fought back the insurgents and secured the camp. The owner stood there looking over the base camp as the sun slowly lowered down on the smokey battlefield and knowing she once again completed her mission and was ready for another battle tomorrow.

    Wonderful place for kids haircuts, including special needs children. Just let them know when you make the appointment if your child needs more sensitive attention, etc.

    We have been taking my sons here for the past six months and this is the only place where he can sit down and enjoy his haircut. Recommend this place for your little ones five stars.
