    Elite has great service & super friendly staff. The prices here are reasonable, especially for the Pines area. I’ve never have an issue getting an appointment even when I do a walk-in. The work speaks for itself, and I always leave loving my nails!

    Been coming here for more than 2 years and they never disappoint. Shammah always has a pleasant personality and is welcoming.Coming to a place where they know you by name and not just as another customer, makes quite the difference. Sarah is awesome at nail designs, shes really talented. My go to for pedicures are Tammy and Gloria. I finally found my place!

    I absolutely love coming here. And it’s right down the street! I went to the same nail salon before for 6 years I finally moved out of the area and randomly walked in with no appointment never been to this Elite nails location. I barely had to wait and the satisfaction when I left was incredible. I’ve had my nails Done by a few of their techs and everyone is awesome and super nice! I really took a liking to JEM! everyone’s work is amazing! They always inspire new ideas for me and are both creative and classy. And seem a lot more affordable compared to where I had gone before. Strongly recommend the cats eye polish!

    I’ve been a loyal client of this nail salon for over 8 years. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. My regular technician, Sarah, is hands down amazing and meticulous in her service. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking some much-needed “me time.” 😊

    Mai is amazing! She is a very pleasant person and makes you feel very comfortable immediately. She has a lot of patience and so much attention to detail. She did my full set exactly how I wanted and even added a beautiful little design. She also did my gel pedicure and it came out beautiful. Safe to say this has been my favorite experience at Elite and I have been here many times. I’ll definitely be back and I’m so glad to have found Mai, she is a gem! :)

    I recently had a manicure & Pedicure here and I must say that Gloria gave the best Pedicure I ever had!! She has worked at this salon for 15 years she told me. I am definately going back with Gloria the next time I need a Pedicure.. I totally recommend her and Elite Nails & spa.

    I trust my nail tech with my nails & design. Nail techs take their time to do my nails! I would recommend to set-appointment ahead of time, so you can choose your own tech!

    My experience has been amazing. Gloria is my nail technician, and she is the absolute best. She is friendly, she is an expert with nails, works very neatly and pays close attention to details, as well as being extremely professional. My nails always look beautiful, clean and elegant. I highly recommend her services, she is phenomenal!

    $63 for gel mani and pedi. $3 extra per service if you opt for Opi brand. Dont forget to tip your nail tech at least 25%! Nini was so nice because she found two adjacent pedicure chairs so my sister and I could sit next to each other. Staff has always been pleasant and the salon is very well kept. Definitely would recommend making an appointment since it gets packed. We went on a Thursday night around 5:45pm and it was way less crowded than on Saturdays.

    I am shocked my favorite nail salon in South Florida isnt a solid 5 Star. I always get fast, friendly and diligent service. My favorite services in the volcano elite royal Pedicure and deluxe manicure gel polish. I have been coming here for over 8 years now. I have tried other places and none of them compare to the overall look of my spa services. My favorite technicians are Silvia and NeNe

    This is my GO to place for nails, relaxation, and just a most fabulous overall experience for the last 20 + years!!! Nails, waxing, and a glass of wine while I enjoy a good laugh with ANY of their amazing techs (although Dylan is my FAVORITE) is what I look forward to every other week. Recommend them 1000000 % 😊

    I am so glad I did not let the negative reviews prevent me from coming to this place to fix the disaster of a manicure another place gave me. When it was my turn and I was asked what services I wanted I gave who I presume to be the owner and the receptionist a run down of my situation. Both looked at my nails then at each other and immediately asked, where was this, was it here? Who?What they saw was an insult to their profession.The owner got to work and started preparing my nails. While the gel dissolved (we would later rule it out as gel because it did not react as gel does) I sat at the counter while the two women greeted and chatted with other customers, exchanging pleasantries, smiling, and laughing. It was a nice atmosphere and it was obvious customers liked this place. They tried to engagement me a couple times but honestly I was in such a foul mood I wasnt much of a conversationalist.Long story short, Eva fixed my nails and she was very nice the whole time, although bewildered at what was supposedly a ger manicure that was given to me less than 1 hour before.I WILL be coming here again, they took care of me, were friendly, and the product looks great - obviously time will tell if it truly lasts, but as of right now I am happy - and relieved!

    So my nails are beautiful. The place looks very nice, the people are friendly and the prices are great. I just dont understand why every nail salon Ive gone to over the last year, they all, including this one, when doing a pedicure, will dig their thumbs into my shin bones. There is no muscle there, it is very painful. I was just there, the guy started digging into my bones, I said please dont do that, its a bone. So he stopped, dried the feet off and started painting my toenails. No correction on the massage, no scrub. So again, the artwork is nice, but not so much on a relaxing pedicure.

    Ive been getting my nails done at Elite nails and Spa for the past few months. The service has always been good but now that they changed their front desk person its exceptional! Not once have I had to wait for my nail tech though I have an appointment. Its a great environment. Youre always greeted upon entering the salon. I went on a Saturday once and decided to make it there on weekdays instead as its less busy.

    This is such a great nail salon they’re the absolute greatest. I get my nails and feet done there all the time and when I tell you they last a long time they really do. To the point where I need a whole refill or pedicure I still would get compliments when I’m out telling me they love my nails. If you haven’t been here yet then you’re missing out, the service is extraordinary. I also recommend doing gel polishes and if you do acrylic sets like me they’re absolutely worth it. If you don’t like acrylic then I recommend the dip powder is which is great. Check out this salon I promise you’ll be in love!!!🥰

    I always get my manicure and pedicure there. The front desk staff is very friendly. They know me by my name every time I walk in or call to make an appointment. Calvin is the only one I entrust with my mani and Sue is my go to girl for my pedi. This place is clean.

    Ive read so many bad reviews, but in my case, each time I go, I have a very nice experience. I always request Sandy Lee for my pedicures because she does an excellent job. I know the front desk doesnt have a good customer service, but to me, as long as they treat me fairly, Ill be back whenever I need my nails done.

    Great salon. My female client go here all the time. Customer service is great. I wish they had an ATM here so I could tip without having to run next door to the dollar store every single time. All in and all it’s a good shop and would recommend. Just needs an atm to make it more convenient to tip is my suggestion.

    I recommend you make an appointment with your mail technician. Theyre usually very busy on weekends. I prefer Mai if youre getting a full set with fake nails but Sarah if youre doing a manicure with your own nails. Both are very sweet and takes their time to make sure youre satisfied!

    Been goin here for two years no problem. The lady asked me to pay before getting my nails done. Have never been asked that at any place I did my nails. Is that what they do now here? I am a person of color not sure that’s why I had to pay before or after.

    I have just started coming to this location to get my nails done. I had the SNS done and a pedicure the first time and both came out amazing. My nails were good for 3 weeks and I could have probably lasted a little longer but they were getting too long, I was nervous I was going to hang them on something. The second time I went in, I had the tips soaked off and the SNS put directly onto my nails and it’s been a week and they still look great! I’ll continue to go here for my nails and pedi.
