Got my nails done Friday but came back Monday because it was poorly done. I have to say the person that fixed my nails was Bella and I must say she did a phenomenal job. I couldnt really be appreciative because I wasted unessacery time to do my nails again. Thank you bella hopefully these last.

Excellent service and very clean. I was treated like royalty. They have these new flavored massage packets for pedicure that are so relaxing and smell so nice leaving your skin smooth as silk. Anna took care of me and made sure I was happy with her service. This is the best pedicure I have ever gotten. Great friendly service and prices are not expensive. The chairs all have massage capability. Walk ins accepted. Try it out, I loved it!!

At long last, Ive found a nail tech with skill and communication skills. Van is phenomenal! She doesnt always like the color polish I choose, but whatever. She gives verbal guidance and consults with me when I want something specific. Van cares about the health of my nails (WOW!).Ive had nail techs who drilled through my nails so hard, I could see through them. Not cool.Ive had nail techs with amazing technical skills but stank of cigarettes or didnt say a word to me or didnt even make eye contact. I even had one who ran off with my flip flops while I nodded off in the pedicure chair. Like, why???I got pretty tired of looking. Van is by far my favorite. Shes pleasant, communicates well, and has great technical skills. Im not going to anyone else.

I have been going here for a few months now, and I have had decent experiences and one not so good, but I recently went and had a great experience with Lina. She did my pedi and dip nails for my baby shower and they lasted so well and she really paid attention to detail on the dip, so I made sure to request her again for my appointment today and sure enough she paid extra attention to detail. I love my nails and will continue requesting her. She is also very sweet. She communicated with me, told me about her sisters, and it just made me feel even better to have her as my nail technician.

The staff here are amazing ! They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and even offered me water. I was super early for my appointment however Ken assisted me right away. I was interested in trying Gel-x nails but was not familiar with the process. Ken took the time to explain everything ! He was very gentle and my nails came out beautifully. I will definitely go back especially because of the excellent customer service that I received! Thanks Ken!!!

Absolutely love this place, owner and service. Been going here for 10yrs! Jackie the owner is amazing and her personality and professionalism is amazing. Sam and Jackie are the only ones who do my nails, literally. The entire staff do well but I will always be loyal to them. They both are also co-owner owners to Submarine Crab, Hiccups and Churro and A chicken place. Please support these ladies and their families. You wont regret it!

I have been a client of Elite Salon and Spa on Hiatus and Pines Blvd for a few years and have always been impressed with the level of cleanliness and meticulous organization of the salon. The staff are warm, friendly and professional. Amanda at the front desk is one of my favorites😊. She ensures that you receive prompt service, inquiries about your day and offers beverages as you wait for your nail professional to render services. At the end of your appointment she always asks if you are satisfied with the services received. I hope that she is being compensated accordingly because she is the first face of the salon and she is outstanding. Sor is my nail technician and she is AMAZING!!! This is my third time working with her and I am never disappointed. She is meticulous, she takes pride in what she does and it clearly shows that she enjoys her job. I am a nurse and my feet throb and ache as a result of my career and when she is done with my pedicure my feet feel and look like a foot model🥰. My hands are constantly in water due to the nature of my career and Sor’s manicure lasts the entirety of the 2-2 1/2 weeks between services.Other staff are great as well such as Van, Lena and her hubby Ken. Elite Salon and Spa is an excellent place to indulge in self care!!!

I have been going to Elite Salon and Spa for 2 years and I have been beyond satisfied since day one. My nails have never looked better and they look great all the time. Ken does my nails most of the time but I have used other nail techs and they are just as good. You won’t ever be disappointed.I was also very hesitant to get a pedicure because of issues I have had at other salons but Lina talked me into it and I’m beyond happy she did. Ever since Lina has been doing my pedicures my feet have never looked and felt better. Lina does my pedicure most of the time but I have used other nail techs and they are just as good. Vihn, Tanya, to name a couple but as stated you won’t be disappointed no matter who you use.The receptionists are so sweet and friendly as well. Lily and Katherine are 2 of the nicest ladies I have ever spoken to at the salon, I love to speak to them and they always ask how I’m doing and how my day is. Just the sweetest ever and I look forward to making my appointments and then coming in for my appointments.Thank you Elite Salon & Spa for always providing excellent service and being so nice to me. Elite Salon & Spa in Pembroke Pines is the best nail salon. They do a great job with manicures and pedicures and you will never be disappointed. Lina and Ken are the best for myself but anyone you use I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. The salon is very clean and the staff is awesome. If you have never been to Elite Salon & Spa you must go check them out. You will NOT be disappointed.

I have been at this location (Hiatus Rd) probably 3-4 times. Every time, the experience was easy. The nail techs were quiet and polite..minimal conversation as they are limited English proficient. I would recommend to friends and family.Tip: go earlier rather and later so you dont have to wait nor feel rushed as you would during peak times.

From the moment you enter you get your temperature taken and are ask to wash your hands. During this unprecedented time this is very important when operating a business & keeping it open to keep the infection rate down. The entire staff wore masks & the clients ALL had masks/ facial coverings on.My nail tech , NA is very amazing and does excellent work. NA enjoys her job . I felt like a million bucks when I left the salon.Thank you to the staff at elite salon & spa in pembroke pines.

Everytime I go I request Laurie. She is awesome and personable. She takes her time which I love because I used to go to Venetian in pembroke gardens and I’ve gotten a manicure that lasts only 20 minutes. She’s a perfectionist and great at what she does! The only thing I don’t like about this location is that it looks like it needs a fix-up and the ladies at the front aren’t the most pleasant. Other than that I love coming here!

Always great service, beautiful work, attention to detail and great precision. Ive become a regular and not just for nails. Love the threading services and hair salon. Getting everything done in one spot and happens to be done perfectly is just amazing.
