    My daughter and I werent happy with our previous nail salon so we tried Level because it is close to our house. When we first went in to check it out, the receptionist was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and recommended Liz for our appointments.We have been back several times and are extremely happy with the service we receive. She is fantastic. We take in pictures of what we want and she creates those designs with perfection.I have even had people at my job ask me if I tried a different nail salon because the nails I have now look so much better than before.Definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed!!

    Charlie is the absolutely best! I have been with her for almost a year now and she never misses! I show her what I want every time and she is able to recreate it perfectly. The girls at the front desk have always been very nice.

    Best place to do your nails.The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home.The technicians were not only skilled but also incredibly personable. They took the time to understand my preferences and offered expert advice on nail care and design. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I left the salon with perfectly manicured nails that looked flawless.

    Level is the best! From the techs to the receptionist all the way up to management! I get Acrylic overlay on my natural nails with art and ive never had a bad experience. Nails have lasted for a month and a half! If you are looking for a place where the techs are like family and they do crazy art, and work that lasts go here!

    Charlie was absolutely amazing I’ve been going to Charlie for years! She is detailed oriented & so patient! She is such a sweet soul and really has such a passion for doing nails and it shows! I usually show her a design and she takes creative control ! She is absolutely amazing and I’d follow her to any salon she goes to’ ! This salon was clean and very posh! Prices were very reasonable i definitely would return!

    My one and only nail tech for life is Charlie! I met Charlie soon to be two years ago on my birthday and immediately loved her. She is always on time and most importantly never cancels. When it comes to designs SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I wasn’t a design girl at first, but because of her and what I’ve seen her do for others, I immediately switched and now I can’t go back. She is very professional and leaves you with the best nails. I always get compliments at work for my nails and for that I can only thank her! You should definitely try Charlie, you will not regret. P.S she is the best therapist when it comes to listening to my drama during our appointments.

    Kai makes it easy every time! Consistent work and helps me decide when i need her help with colors or design. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend. Great color selection and knowledgeable staff. Relaxing environment, ideal for an hour or two of self care. 😊

    Love the ladies in this place! They are so sweet, helpful, and also help each other. It really feels like they are family and are so welcoming/talkative with their customers. Besides, is is a beautiful shop that makes you feel pampered and fancy! Ive had my gel on my nails for a week already and no chips! Laura was very detailed and clearly cared to do a great job. And Shanon was an excellent artist, give her creative freedom and be amazed! She can also suggest some great books to read!

    ANGELA! She did amazing art on my little nails. She really is an artist, she made it work under the circumstances and made suggestions when I was unsure with some things. She is a perfectionist, even if you are okay with the nails and she doesnt like it she will fix it and change your opinion from ok to AMAZING!!

I ❤️loved seeing how management treated the staff. The massage chairs worked great! They even have a punch card with a discount for service once completed. GENIUS!

    I absolutely loved this place. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I had a great experience. My nail tech was very skilled and friendly. The place was very nice. My experience was made even better when I spoke to the receptionists at the front they were so fun and knowledgeable! Would definitely go back to this place again.

    Kai and Lissie, both are extremely amazing. You can show them inspo and they’ll recreate it exactly the way you want, nail art, 3d art, acrylic overlays. The whole nine. They’re extremely clean and they work as efficient as possible.

    Stephanie is amazing!! I am very particular about my cuticles and how the polish is applied. She takes the time to get to know what her clients like and how they want their services, which allows you to sit back and relax. She is extremely careful and detailed leaving your nails looking perfect. I am very happy being her client and highly recommend her!

    Ive been going to LEVEL for acrylic nails for little over a year now. Each time Ive left more than happy with the results! My nail tech, Naomi, was incredible. She took the time to ensure the length and shape were even across, and asked how thick / natural I wanted my nails to look. Ill be going back when its time to fill them in!

    I LOVE Level Nails! I switched here from another local Pembroke Pines store and I am just thrilled. The front desk is friendly and accommodating and the all of the techs are wonderful. We always have enjoyable conversation and my treatments are truly relaxing. My favorite tech is Angela! Her pedicures are the BEST and my nails are always exactly as I like them. She’s also great at artwork and any shape you like. I HIGHLY recommend this store!!! ❤️

She’s a perfectionist, does beautiful art, she’s professional, super fast, and a great conversationist. I’d recommend her to the pickiest of people, which I am one as well.

    Sharlene was amazing!! I am so happy with my experience at Level because of her. She was the sweetest and really listened to what I wanted with all the patience and care. I know I can be a bit of pain when comes to exactly what I want and sometimes my nail techs get annoyed by it but Sharlene made me feel so welcomed and at ease. So much so that I scheduled my next appointment with her right away. Don’t think I’m ever going anywhere else.

    Edit: After talking with the owner? manager? Jay, I feel better about the rude caller.I have been to Level Nail Lounge many times. The nail technicians are great. I am giving one star after the most frustrating exchange with someone who called me to say one of their nail techs was not going to be there for our appt. with FOUR people in a wedding party. I understand unforeseen circumstances, my issue was the rude caller who kept talking over me and wouldnt let me get a word in. She then hung up on me. When I tried calling back, I could not get through, as whoever was answering the phone kept hanging up before I could even talk.

    I went to Level Nail Lounge to schedule an appointment for a gel manicure today. I have been told that its best to schedule an appointment, because it can get busy there. I was impress that they were able to take me right away! The nail technician- Simon was amazing! She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I recently relocated to the area, and she was soo kind and answered soo many questions for me! I explained to her that I have an interview tomorrow so I was there to get my nails done... She said, well lets get these nails done so that you can get the job! I made a promise that if I land the job, lunch is one me. What an amazing place! Thank You :)

    I came here yesterday for the first time because of the reviews and Im happy I did. Elena did an awesome job on my nails! She was very professional and a true expert in her field of work. Im grateful that I was able to walk in and immediately get an appointment because others that walked in after me were not so lucky. Now, the only thing that I didnt appreciate was the fact that my appointment was at 3:30pm and I wasnt seen until close to 4pm. I think informing clients that have been waiting for a while on why their technicians are running behind wouldve been a great gesture but that never happened. I also saw this happen to another client that walked in shortly after me and I want to say she waited close to 45 mins. I would recommend this salon but make sure to go there with an appointment. And if you do have an appointment, I would ask the receptionist if the technician is running behind because if not the wait can be very long. But I definitely recommend because of the time Elena took with me and how gorgeous my nails are.

    Went in November with my sister, and Shay was AMAZING! I would recommend her to anyone. She’s not only extremely talented but so personable and left us entertained the whole time. Usually it’s silent when getting your nails done, so this was a very nice change of pace. The nails were the best I’ve seen in the city! Everyone should go see her!

    I went to this nail salon last week Friday, and had my service with Charlene. It was my first time with her, and I was a bit nervous to try someone new. I has a pedicure and a dip nail manicure. My nervousness soon went away as I discovered that Charlene is amazing! She has a great personality, and made me feel comfortable. Charlene is also a perfectionist. My nails still look awesome a week later! I got a pink and white ombre set. I will definitely go back to Charlene and highly recommend her!

    Really only leave reviews when I’ve had a memorable experience. I was on the hunt for a new nail tech since I’ve tried countless of others and my nails would NEVER last (gel or dip) Now I happened upon Sharlene by luck and I haven’t looked elsewhere since. I’ve been going with her to do my nails consistently. Won’t let anyone else touch my hands OR my feet, never has my pedicure lasted three works. BEST one there is!! 10/10

    I have been to plenty of nail salons to know for sure that this specific salon has amazing nail technicians and provides the best services. My technician was kind, gentle, and went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable. The salon is clean and following all protocols for the pandemic. Service was quick and effective, as I had made my appointment at 1 and was seated at 1. All technicians and receptionist were friendly and willing to help in any way.

    The salon is cute and clean. There have been times when I’ve walked in and the strong pungent smell of acrylic burns your nostrils. That definitely is a turn off but my nail technician Paulina is wonderful and that’s why I keep coming back. She is very thorough and neat. Im always left completely satisfied with the service. My one big complaint is the lack of color selection. I’ve mentioned it a few times to the front desk girls but they seem disinterested in what a paying customer has to say. Claudia in particular rolled her eyes when I mentioned the lack of colors this salon offers. I would give them a 1 star review just for that experience but I’m leaving 5 stars for my nail technician.

    Sharlene is the best nail technician Level ever had. I’ve been doing my nails with Shay for about 2-3 years and she never fails. Her skills and abilities impresses me all the time, she gives you what you ask for but BETTER. I love how I can easily vent to her about anything and everything. She’s the sweetest and so down to earth. If you’re ever in the Pembroke Pines area, you have to stop by Level nail salon and ask for Sharlene!!!

    Able to accommodate a last minute appointment and had no wait time despite the salon being busy. I had gone to 3 salons prior to this that day and no one was friendly as the staff is here. I strongly believe in great customer service, this was hands down the best customer service in a salon Ive ever experienced which made it worthwhile. Also, a little champagne never hurt. Im not a local to Florida but Ill be back whenever Im in the area.

    I got a regular manicure and hydrate pedicure with Angela. She was really attentive and would constantly ask for feedback to ensure I liked the work she was doing. The hydrate pedicure was definitely worth the $ and left my rough feet soft like a baby. I definitely recommend. Thanks Angela 😊I also appreciate the salon in general for taking the precautions necessary to prevent covid-19 and I felt comfortable and safe coming in because of it.

    FYI this is my husband account, I don’t have one.I came in her for a mani pedi with no appt, they were booked and asked me to give him my number in case something open it. Very understandable, I had no appt. The owner was super polite and professional and noticed they had a customer running late. He asked me to give them a moment, they will try to reach out and if there was no answer, they will take care of me and they did. Every one was so nice, profesional, polite, and kind. That meant the world to me because I have been having a rough time. Naomi did a great job with my nails, this place was very culturally diverse and I enjoyed that. Paulina R. has been doing my nails for awhile after I walked in blindly asking for someone to please help fix my nails for the holidays. She really cares about her clients, and she makes sure you leave very satisfied. We have developed a great relationship over time...its always a pleasure spending time with her, and my nails look AMAZING!

    Majorie is amazing!!! I moved to the Pembroke Pines area about 2 months ago and was looking for a good nail place that does dip nails and I found it. Majorie does good work, shes kind, takes the time to get your nails right. Im never disappointed and the price is reasonable for the quality. The nail salon is a nice size and clean and the staff at the front desk are great! I would recommend this nail salon to anyone!

    I waited only 3 minutes with appt. The place is very clean, and they take social distancing and Covid measures very seriously. My nails came out very nice. Janet did my nails and she is attentive to detail. I will definitely be coming back again. A week later: my nails still look good I even got complimented on how long they have lasted. Im a nurse I wash my hands constantly and I have cooked and washed dishes and they still look great !

    This place is very nice and chic. It not a huge salon like some others that are large but it still very busy but they tend to your needs as if it just you. I do have to say if you’re looking for an awesome nail tech that engaging in conversation and makes you feel like one of her bestie I recommend booking sharlene. Not only does she make you feel super comfortable her works is always on point. My nails last for over 3 weeks never lift or chip and I’m always getting complimented on them. I always leave the salon with a smile on my face and never leave feeling like my wants and needs weren’t taken into consideration. 5 stars!!

    I brought my daughter to do her nails and I decided to try it out for myself. I chose the LUX RELAX package. The nail technician was KARLA and let me tell you, the Best decision I ever made! She was very professional. Her attention to detail was excellent and I never felt like she was rushing. Besides a great manicure and pedicure, the time spent relaxing was priceless!

    Visiting from Orlando and needed a dip manicure and regular pedi, on the suggestion of a family member I stopped by LEVEL, definitely a good choice. The salon is super clean and aesthetically pleasing. There is also a bar menu if youre interested in a mimosa or glass of wine. My nail tech was Maye and Im so glad! Maye is a true professional and extremely talented, I mean everything from dip to nail design it appears she can do it all. Im really happy with the end result and will definitely return as Im in the area a few times a year. The prices are reasonable and the shop is well kept.

    Love the atmosphere, nail services and professionalism of the staff. I was apprehensive of returning to my usual nail salon during COVID and gave this spot a try. Im glad I did. The establishment does have a lounge feel and stays consistently clean. The staffer designated to clean does an outstanding job. My new nail home.

    I got a gel pedicure. My nail technician was Marjorie. She did a great job. I went here because my sister loves this salon. She gets gel manis/pedis here all the time and she said they last longer than Venician Nail salons. I had champagne while I received my pedicure. I would visit this salon again.

    Aeleen is a terrific nail technician with a super friendly personality. My manicure and pedicure were such a relaxing experience and the polish was applied with precision. My feet feel wonderful! Destiny added to the total experience by bringing me a glass of wine and booking my next visit which I am already looking forward to. Great customer service!!

    Jessica is awesome at what she does. I come every 3 weeks and she makes my nails look beautiful every time. I’m constantly getting complemented on her nexgen art! Highly recommend her and level nail Lounge.

    I went to take my Mom as a treat for her birthday last weekend. Everything is super clean and organized, the staff was very friendly and many people speak spanish which is a plus. Laura was my nail technician, if you ever go ask for her. Very good, very clean and because they recently opened they were offering discounts. Great find, great experience and I will surely be back. 👏🏻👌🏼

    Currently sitting in my car after receiving a gel mani and pedicure at LEVEL because I refuse to leave the parking lot without leaving a review.I felt so welcome from the moment I walked in! I was initially greeted by a few folks at the front and offered water or a drink from their bar. Since Im pregnant, I opted for water. They brought out cold water in a wine glass which made the experience luxurious. Didnt think I could feel so fancy drinking water! Haha Top notch customer service as well as cleanliness!I had an appointment with Paulina (so sweet!) and will continue to book with her. She took her time with both the manicure and pedicure. I have to say it was my best pedicure to date. I hate feeling rushed but I didnt get that vibe from anyone at this salon. My nails turned out beautifully and I feel like I got my moneys worth! I just moved back to Pines and cant wait to tell everyone I know about this place!

    This has been my salon for approximately two years now. From the chic decor and vibe, nail color selection, drink menu, exceptional customer service, luxurious comfort, and reward program, this place has it all! However, what keeps me coming back is my nail technician, Paulina. When Paulina takes care of me, my gel manicure actually lasts the entire two weeks, with NO CHIPPING (I only come back that frequently due to growth and cuticle maintenance). Speaking of cuticles, Im incredibly picky when it comes to cuticle cutting around my toes, and Paulina gets it all every time. She is very thorough and detailed; her passion for all-thing-nails shines through while she works! Despite moving farther away, I still go back to Pines to see Paulina. Love my salon and Paulina. :)

    I moved back to south florida and started looking for a good place to get my nails done, but everywhere i went, the nail techs would destroy my nails and cuticles. finally i found level, and more specifically jessica, who is incredibly talented, gentle, and actually listens when i say i have eczema and need less drill, etc. i would highly recommend this place; very clean, nice employees, and they serve wine!

    Very hospitable location with a salon vibe. Where many locations have the techs talking to each other and not to the clients. This one has a lot of funny dynamic personalities which banter with each other and the clientele making it fun. Its not the quiet pampering lush spa type of place but it will give you a great uplift with their warm welcome.

    I absolutely love this place, i was looking for a nail place that doesnt rush you out the chair as soon as you sit down and i stumbled upon this place. The concept is so spot on and incredibly simple but so cute and comforting. Its a relaxing place to get your nails done, have a great convo and just enjoy the experience. I recommend the LUX relax pedi, its soothing as well and it helps with dry feet. I also recommend Ymonee, shes precise and has an eye for detail. 10/10.
