Aynet has been my tech since the first time 2 years ago. She’s great, patient and kind. I go with my girls and I have never been looked at wrong, instead she helps me out and has patience with us. Always book your apts at least a month ahead to ensure availability. The girls at the front desk are welcoming as well. The place itself is pretty and always renovating.

I used to not like getting my nails done in the past because I was embarrassed by the condition of my nails, but thankfully I found the nail garden pines. A friend of a friend recommended it to me and I had the best experience. The staff are so sweet and attentive, the scheduling system is super easy online or on the phone, and the place is such a vibe! Thanks to them, my nails are now healthy and beautiful! I couldn’t be more grateful. And shoutout to Emily at the front desk! She’s awesome!

Today was the first time I have had my nails and a pedicure done at The Nail Garden in Pines. Amanda did an AMAZING job! She was very meticulous, and very sweet! When i first walked in the receptionist was so inviting and helped me pick out my colors. She was very knowledgeable which was sooo helpful! Lastly the salon was absolutely adorable, the decorations were just stunning! I am so happy I found this little JEM!

There are no words to express the awesomeness of this place. Friendly, Fun, Relaxing, Exceptional Service. I’ve been coming to The Nail Garden for over 4 years. They go far and beyond any salon I have ever entered, offering fresh brewed coffee all day long, and if you’re in luck they’ve got the best Cuban coffee offered to their favorites!! Luckily my nail tech Elaine is an early bird so I can book appointments as early as 7:30am, but there are earlier ones available too. This is a huge plus for my busy schedule. You can even schedule multiple appointments online, super convenient and easy. Everyone is just so attentive and genuinely care about you, more than JUST A CLIENT, they build a relationship with their clients. I will never go back to any other salon.

The owner, Olga, has done an impeccable job with the way each location she owns exudes luxury and a relaxing environment. From the decor, the staff, and the array of colors to choose from, you won’t be disappointed. I personally go with Yohana but all nail techs are very skilled and professional.

Wonderful experience here! Though this nail spa is very far from my house, it was worth the drive. An appointment is a must! I loved that they sat me down right at my appointment time, everyone helped to try to find me the perfect color. The atmosphere is very relaxing (there are no TVs). I will certainly be cooking back!

The salon is beautiful and everything is very clean. I’ve gotten my nails done here with almost all of the techs and they are all very talented. It’s nice to come into a place full of happy nail techs that all seem to have a great relationship with each other. Nothing is worse then feeling bad energy in a place were you are trying to relax which is most definitely not the case at the nail garden. The young receptionists in the front are very attentive and always offer water or coffee. I’ve tried many other nail salons but by far this place has the best service and the best prices. Highly recommend this salon! 5 stars all around 👏

I’ve been going to Nail Garden in Pines since December 2020 & have been more than satisfied every single time I go! I’m always seen on time, the ladies are so kind & always offer me cafecito, and my nail tech, Yohana, is amazing! My nails have grown so much & are so healthy because of her. She is always super willing to go along with my funky nail art ideas & I constantly receive complaints on my nails every time I get them done. My manicure lasts me the 4 weeks-no chipping or broken nails. The booking process is super straightforward and very organized. They do book extremely fast so I recommend booking 3-6 weeks out from your desired time. The receptionist is so sweet and has helped me pick out my nail colors before. All in all, this place deserves all the hype! Love going here.

TNG Pines is the only place I trust with my nails. More importantly, Iris is the best! She is the only person who does my nails and they last until the next time I come see her. She is absolutely amazing! I always have a dip manicure and deluxe pedicure. I have tried the dip manicures elsewhere and it doesn’t compare. Aside from the quality TNG is decorated super cute! You walk in and you are transformed into a warm and inviting atmosphere. Best nail salon in West Pines. Honestly all of the girls here are amazing. My Go To! :)

I love love this place ! It’s clean, the girls are very professional and friendly and they are super detailed when doing your nails. I just did my first ever jelly pedi and woahh! I had my first experience with the Nail Garden today. Although there was a minor hiccup with my appointment but when I say I am absolutely satisfied with my dip mani and pedicure!!! Yoselin was my nail tech and I am now a repeat customer and have already set my next appt! It is so refreshing to finally find a nail salon that not only is beautiful in decor, but I felt so at home and didn’t feel like cattle being hoarded around. I love that the salon is typically appointment only! So many colors to choose from, everyone was friendly. I am extremely picky about my nails and I am sooooo excited and I am so happy I found this gem!

Ive been following my manicurist from one salon to another for a decade and this is one is the best! The decor is really fresh, modern, and cute. Its clean, the receptionist is friendly and competent, and all the women that work there seem to do a good job. There is also complimentary wine and coffee and on occasion I have seen pastries, but I think clients may have brought those in. Its a more relaxed environment than many of the other places around and I actually enjoy going. I. also love that I can make or change appointmemts online and book in advance. I knocked off a star because It has been several months since they changed pricing and it is not reflected on their web site. The service I get is listed as $40, but is actually $48. Also, the look of their wingback pedicure chairs is cute, but I (and other regulars) wish they would get some massage chairs, especially because their pedicure pricing is consistent with places in the area that have massage chairs. ADVICE: You need to book well in advance because there is high demand. Also, please dont be a jerk and cancel your appointment at the last minute. It happens every time I am there. 8f you dont cancel at least an hour or so before, then there is not enough time to get someone in from the long waiting list and you just cost your manicurist money that she cant make back. Personally, I think they should charge people a fee who late cancel. This is not one of those places where they are trying to get a high volume of people through the doorand where walk-ins abound (they are too booked). These women take their time with you and want you to have a good experience. Dont mess with their livelihood!

Amazing Service and Results!! First time customer so Ill do a run down of my experience and observations. Scheduling an appointment wasnt difficult. Did it online through IG; quick, easy, done. Received my email and text confirmation same day. Got a text reminder the day prior to appt and a reminder call the day of. Wonderful, Thank you! Arrived and was welcomed by name by the very friendly receptionist Stephanie. Very upbeat personality makes for a great first impression. Was sat quickly to have my polish removed and promptly transferred to the tech that would be doing my mani/pedi. Melissa was wonderful!!!! I had gel mani/pedi done with a deluxe scrub and cream that is available for purchase. She explained the current promotion and made small talk while she worked. She was friendly, fast, clean but efficient and detailed. The ambiance is of a calm and soothing vibe of a relaxing garden thanks to the thoughtful decor and hence the name. The Nail Garden in Pines is definitely a go for your mani/pedi needs. If outside that area, they have another location in Miami Lakes. You wont regret it and neither will your hands and feet. Oh, cant forget to Thank the Owner for such amazing products, service and experience.

I found this little gem 5 mins away from my work! The place is always spotless and the receptionist very friendly. Yoselin my tech is awesome, she does great gel mani and pedi. Scheduling can be a bit difficult at times for afternoon appointments but we make it work.

Amazing experience. Right when you walk in the ambiance has such a good vibe. Love how the staff were very friendly. The place is modern, clean and classy and the prices are great. Does not feel over crowded it feels spacious and calm. The decorations are a wonderful touch.

I recommend this salon since their girls are incredible and the work they do is very professional. Furthermore, the cleanliness and decoration are incredible and the atmosphere is very pleasant and it is very unfortunate to see that some people get upset about anything and decide to leave a bad review without caring that this does great damage to these small businesses that strive to get ahead and make their customers feel good, just because you are having a bad day does not mean that you have to harm others through bad reviews knowing that this affects a lot and after all some of these people reschedule an appointment.
