    It was my first time getting my nails done. First time getting acrylic nails and their service is amazing. Very polite, they make you feel welcomed. They did a great job. As I was getting my pedicure, the chairs have a massage machine. So I’m getting a massage as their doing my nails. Their definitely my new nail spot. I’ll be back again

    I’ve been coming here for 2 years. and I would highly recommend this place. The Staff is friendly, and very kind and they want to make you happy, also very detail oriented an amazing. Got exactly what I asked for. Amazing service and fair price. Also, Super happy that I found them. Definitely, this is my spot. 2 years going there and I’m So happy 😁...😍💅If you make an appt and are a loyal customer, they VALUE YOU. Not to say that walk-ins are not important too, but it’s not like you are an the ER and having trouble breathing, it NAILS PEOPLE - put your complaints in perspective. This is a great, this is very professional nail salon and they do the best they can. End of story. If you don’t want your precious time to be wasted, call before you get there and they will tell you if they can take you ASAP or not.

    I am giving 5 starts because this was the best nail salon in Pembroke Pines. They changed ownership and the place is not the same. It has nothing to do with the new owners. The new owners are very nice people and very professional when you walk in. They need to get rid of an old Asian man (he is new) and an Spanish lady (also new) the place will go down quick. That place was always packed. There was time that I would call to make an appointment and I was not able to get an appointment until the following week. Thats how good they were. I was there this weekend (and that when I found out the place is under new management) and I have a pedicure and refills. Unfortunately I ended up with the two new people. Some of the Asian nail technicians still there but I am sure they are busy old the time because they are good. OMG the worst everrrrrrrr. He left me bleeding on two of my toes. He went to close cutting my cuticles. Then he made it worst coloring them. Bad...bad...bad. the worst pedicure I have ever had. My granddaughter that is four years old would have done a better job. Then I went for an acrylic refill with a new Spanish lady. She did it so bad that I had to go next day to another nail salon and have them removed for new set. While I was having my nails dry, there was another lady that I have seen many times before in there, she was sitting in front of me having also her nails dry and she told me she will never go back. Her nails was done by the Spanish lady also and believe me they were nasty looking. Please get rid of those two people or you will noticed that your clientele will diminish slowly until you will be force to close. Please hire nail technicians with reputation and experience. I never write reviews specially this long, but I was so upset that I had to.

    I went to Venus nails this last week and I was very unhappy with my experience. I called a few minutes after leaving to advise them I would be coming back the next day to get my nails fixed and they told me do not hesitate to come in. When I got there the next day after work, they immediately began working on my nails. The woman who fixed my nails was very kind, meticulous, and made sure I left satisfied. The gentlemen who sits at the front even came back to apologize about my experience the day before. This is a prime example of customer retention. Recognize your mistakes, apologize for them, fix it to the best of your ability, and leave your clients happy. I will definitely be returning as I do believe my experience was an isolated incident (I have been here before and never left unsatisfied prior to this experience). I will be coming back for sure, especially with the store being in the same plaza as my job. Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty to make my experience that much better!

    So i literally just walked out, and let me say that i have officially become a regular. The lady that did my pedi was so nice and sweet (forgot her name 😖). Mae did my mani and she is so precise and careful to make sure the nails are even and smooth. All around great experience, will definitely be back.

    My does my nails and she’s bomb! Shape is always on point and designs original. And Carmen does awesome designs too and a great pedicure! Then there’s Kiki who always is cool n professional when helping me book my appts and reminding me about deals! All in all I love them!

    So Im always nervous to get a pedicure but I had the most wonderful nail tech do my pedi yesterday. Her name is Carli and she was amazing!!! It was such a relaxing spa pedi...I definitely recommend this young lady to everyone. Thank you Carli . Very great customer service as soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed everyone always has a positive attitude!!

    Homey. Great prices. Clean. My girlfriend came in, and they treated her like a princess. Constantly asking her if she would like cold water. The staff is extremely friendly and involved in the decision making. Looking to offer their best every step of the way to make her feel as special and beautiful as possible. She’s happy here and that makes me happy.

    This is my second time there. Both times, the staff were friendly. I was happy with my pedicures and Im very picky about my pedicures, so that says a lot! Their massage chairs are awesome! Will be going here more often.

    I’ve been coming here since they opened under a new management and i absolutely love it, nails come out amazing there’s a variety of colors to choose from the staff is super friendly and lovely. 10/10 would recommend this nail salon if you haven’t tried it out already

    Great first experience here with my nails perfectly done with Mya and my eyebrows beautifully done by Kiki. Everyone was sooo nice including Carmen, India and even another client, Tammy, who was waiting after me was sooo nice! Im definitely coming back!

    I hear about this place on Instagram and tried them out a few days ago and I was super happy. Mya did my acrylics and designs and Carmen did my pedi. Both were nice and professional. I showed them a picture of what I was looking for and they were able to do it. Ill be back for more.

    What an amazing job carli did on my nails for my baby shower. But VN4 Nails is also very welcoming, Mya is also amazing at nails she hooked my sister up. Of course can’t forget keke she has great customer service ❤️

    BEST NAIL SALON in pines. I’ve tried numerous of places and ever since I came here 3 years ago- my search was over. T and D are the best at doing anything you want. Show them a picture and it’s done. Affordable pricing. Make an appointment.
