I really like this office, every time I call they get me in as soon as possible. Dr Patel was extremely thorough and asked me a lot of questions. I felt well taken care of. She even called me the next day to check in on me. You don’t see that very often anymore in this crazy, busy world we live in. I was very appreciative.

What a refreshing change for a doctors office! From the first call to schedule an appointment to the actual visit itself, it was a stark contrast to other local Dermatology offices. The front desk is friendly, helpful, and efficient and the doctor was knowledgeable and prompt. The practice has taken patient feedback seriously and has implemented measures to enhance the customer experience. I will certainly plan to return.

Dr. Alejandra Vivas is absolutely amazing. I’m so glad that I waited like two months to see her. It’s definitely worth waiting to see her. I was very happy with my experience at Minars Dermatology with Dr. Shailee Patel. The office has a soothing vibe in the waiting area with slightly dimmed lights and pleasing music. I had to wait about 20 minutes to be seen which was more than the first visit but I wouldn’t call it an excessively long wait. Dr. Patel and all the staff are very professional and polite and the office has a very spa-like atmosphere that really puts a patient at ease. The employees were pleasant and friendly, and the procedure was explained thoroughly by Dr. Patel. There was adequate parking at the facility as well. They are also well-versed in the latest medical and cosmetic procedures and I recommend them. .

I was extremely concerned about dark spots on my scalp and I was able to initially attain an appointment for 12/30/24 but I continuously called for cancellation updates and was able to get an appointment for 12/19. The office was very patient with my calling on a daily basis and Dr. Patel and her staff were extremely cordial and pleasant to me at my visit.

Nice clean office. I was promptly taken in within a few minutes of arriving the office was busy but efficient. No wait as in typical other offices. Very well trained and experienced medical assistants and staff. I was scheduled for my 6month checkup. Dr Patel was very informative and took her time to check my full body. And answered all my questions/concerns. I was not rushed. Very personable. I was treated in office with a very simple procedure which did not hurt and i have no pain or issues so far. The office is newly renovated and clean they even have a special button which is thoughtful I highly recommend Minars Dermatology and Dr Patel

I just want to recognize professionalism n sincere friendliness by The doctors and staff at miners dermatology. Ive been seeing them now for over 5 years. It never ceases to amaze me how they r always stepping up their game. Just recently I had a minor problem from an incision to remove a carcinoma that required immediate attention. They did not hesitate to bring me back in to take care of it. Right away! No appointment, no anything n addressed the matter. In particular, I would like to recognize Miss Virginia who has been with minors around 10 years now and she is absolutely and unequivocally without question. One of the most professionally skilled doctors assistants I have ever seen. Amen for her, Dr Wu, Lazara, Minars Dermatology staff

I recently visited Minars Dermatology Office and had a mixed experience. While the office overall deserves five stars for its professionalism and care, I was disappointed with the PA (nurse practitioner) Pamela Miller. She conducted a very brief examination, misdiagnosed my condition, and prescribed incorrect medication, causing unnecessary suffering. However, when I returned in pain two weeks later, Dr. Wu provided a thorough examination and diagnosed my issue very differently. I appreciate the doctor’s expertise and care as well as Michele at the front desk who got me in to see Dr. Wu because of my emergency condition. I feel the nurse practitioner’s approach was unprofessional and she should not be seeing patients with her cursory approach. I would give her zero stars and am looking into filing a formal complaint with the state. The office overall did make up for this major inconvenience though i have nothing kind to say about Pamela Miller.

This was my first visit to Minars where I recently had Mohs surgery with Dr Balestra. I was very impressed with the doctor, her office staff and her assistants. From the start, I was provided step by step details of the process and reassured of what to expect. After preparation was complete, Dr Balestra stepped in to continue with the surgery. She was very calm, efficient and professional.My overall feeling was that everyone here worked well together to make the patient feel comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Balestra and Minars Dermatology.

Dr. Vivas is an amazing dermatologist. I waited over 3 months for an appointment and it was worth the wait. I saw her for a very severe eczema/dermatitis flare and her treatment recommendations were excellent. She was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me obtaining and understanding my complex medical history leading to this skin issue and really cared about treating me appropriately and helping me get well. I highly recommend her. I work in healthcare myself and am very impressed with how knowledgeable and caring she is. The office staff is also great and welcoming.

Let me tell you, I am now going to come here every year for check ups not only because of the clean environment and friendly staff,but because of Marianna. She was the dermatologist that took care of me and she was amazing. Between being completely descriptive and upfront about procedures and even taking time to explain different options for me due to my insurance, I have never felt so cared for by a doctor. She even took time to teach me a few interesting things due to my curiosity and inquiries. She was very upfront and didnt beat around the bush which kept my overthinking brain at peace. I can honestly say shes an amazing human being who genuinely cares about people, and shes the #1 reason I will continue coming here. I want to start by saying that it is very hard for me to find medical providers with compassion and patience for my adult daughter with special needs. With that being said, I decided to go to Minars because my husband has been there and he was happy with the medical services. I even paid out of pocket bc it’s hard to find drs who take Medicaid and the fee was reasonable. I also asked them to pair me with a doctor who is ok with special needs (unfortunately I have had bad experiences in the past)They said no worries, we have you with Dr. S.I was late 15 minutes and they were gracious enough to take us. The staff is pleasant and professional.Dr S is wonderful and a Godsend!She was respectful and gentle with my daughter. She took her time and even went out of her way to take care of something else at no extra charge.
