    What a great experience!! Tracey gives a thoughtful and sensitive massage. She listens to what your needs are and addresses them professionally and with the perfect amount of pressure. Ambiance was great. I will be back!!!

    Highly recommend this salon!! Everyone is very kind and accommodating. I was able to get a same day appointment for a haircut. Cindy did a great job with my hair! The customer service was amazing and the prices were affordable. I will definitely be back!

    Cindy and her team at Blu Bamboo went above and beyond to make my mom and mother-in-law feel so special as they got ready for our wedding in Islamorada! They got their hair and makeup done, along with adding beautiful lashes that looked natural but really popped in photos.

    Highly Recommend Blu Bamboo!! I had my wedding at the Islander Resort, right around the corner from Blu Bamboo last month and was so happy with our experience. When I came down to the Keys for my tasting at the venue in October, Cindy was able to fit me in for a hair and makeup trial the next day when my previously booked independent artist canceled last minute. She then was able to accommodate me and my four bridesmaids, and my mother in law by working her scheduling magic for the day of our event in March. I ended up having a blowout the day before my wedding added on as well, and had nothing but wonderful and professional interactions throughout my experience there. My hair and makeup looked exactly how I pictured it, and the stylists were so kind and thoughtful to my party throughout our time there. I would 100% recommend Blu Bamboo for any and all styling needs in Islamorada!

    I received a gift card to Blu Bamboo for Christmas for a complete Spa day. I was more than impressed with each service I got. Patty did my massage, head to toe and it was amazing! Irina did my facial and I look 10 yrs younger..cindy did my pedicure,haircut and color. An amazing job by all of them. Ill be back!!

    I had a blowout and makeup done for a wedding and the service was outstanding! Everyone was so nice and took their time to make sure I was happy with the result. It was one of the best blowouts I’ve had and my makeup lasted all night. I recommend this place to anyone!

    I was visiting Islamorada for the month and needed a trim and a few blond foils. They got me in next day! Anna was experienced, personable, and I received exactly what I wanted. 100% recommend her and definitely will return.

    I’m here on business & vacation!! I came into Blu Bamboo hoping they did mani & Pedis (I only saw it said spa on Google.) I spoke with Cindy who is such an angel. She helped me not only book an appointment to get my mani & pedi tomorrow she took the time to circle different things to do & places to go have dinner with my husband from a pamphlet she gave me. We had great conversations & I really appreciate her going out of her way to help me in any way. I will leave a separate review once I get my mani & pedi but I’m sure it will be a great experience!!!

    My husband and I went during our baby moon. He got a deep tissue from Courtney and said it was the best ever! (& He is an massage enthusiast!)I had the prenatal and it was fantastic. Perfect amount of pressure where needed, very relaxing.Highly recommend !

    Went in for a double dose of relaxation! Started with a phenomenal facial that alone would have garnered 5 stars. Subsequently following was a deep tissue massage, masseuse using techniques I’ve never experienced. I floated out of the salon with a smile and an attitude to take on whatever the day brought :-)

    I am new to town and decided to pop into Blu Bamboo Salon for a much needed hair cut. I made an appointment with Jaime, brought in a picture of the cut I wanted and she cut my hair perfectly. She was really sweet and easy to talk to. She also gave me some great tips to take care of my hair in the humid, sun drenched climate of the Keys. They also perform waxing, massage and facials. The place is comfortable, friendly and smelled really good inside.

    My wife and I got manicure/pedicures here and it was FANTASTIC! As a male who has only recently discovered the joys of professionals nail care I can’t speak highly enough of the entire staff we interacted with at Blu Bamboo. Go there early during your stay on Islamorada to get good local recommendations on restaurants and activities as well!

    Cindy at the Blue Bamboo did an AMAZING job on my hair!! It needed sooo much, color cut highlights everything. I was only in town for a short time they went out of their way to get me in, they stayed late for me, they never made me feel rushed and my hair looks FANTASTIC!!Thank you Cindy you are the BEST!

    Ive been going to Blu Bamboo for years, but had an extra special experience before our wedding in June 2021. The day before my sister and I went to the salon to get a mani/pedi and were pampered and had a great experience as always.On the day of our wedding, Heather and Alexis came to Cheeca to do hair and makeup for myself and the wedding party. Both women were amazing - professional, talented and fun, too! Our hair and make up looked great and stayed put despite the wedding and reception being outside on an extremely hot summer day.Thanks to Cindy and the rest of the staff for the wonderful pampering and styling for my big day!

    Blu Bamboo is an excellent salon. Very professionally managed. Jamie colored and cut my hair today and did a fantastic job on both. She is very talented and so friendly. Ive also had a massage in October by Shannon and it was the best massage Ive ever had.

    My 75 minute massage with Siobhan was fantastic! It was relaxing, as well as very therapeutic. She listened to the type of massage I asked for and did a wonderful job of addressing all my of my issues. I couldnt have been happier and highly recommend a massage with Siobhan!

    The pedicure was fine, nothing really special. When I made the appointment for myself and a friend, I was not asked then or when we went in to get the pedicure which pedicure we wanted. We were not aware that there was a $45 and a $55 pedicure charge. We were charged $55 each. This is bad customer service and we will not be going back. It is a lesson learned. Next time we should ask how much a pedicure will be instead of assuming that we would be told of the different costs.

    Oh I am so thrilled! I have searched to find an esthetician who performs the sugaring process versus wax strips. I discovered this salon and the owner, Cindy is phenomenal. She even answers the phone for the business. That is evidence of a commitment to providing great customer service. Iriana worked with me. She was efficient, pleasant and quick. I was out of the salon in 30 minutes. If you do wax strips try this process as it lasts longer and is a better process for hair removal. You will NOT be disappointed. Nice job Cindy and Iriana! I am a committed customer!

    Staying on Islamorada for a week and desperately needed a manicure and pedicure. Called Blu Bamboo and they worked me into schedule with Cindy, who was super friendly, professional and experienced. So happy to have found them through google. A very comfortable and relaxing appointment. Highly recommend.

    Wonderful staff & great service. We were flying into Islamorada for a wedding, our flight was cancelled and we were delayed an entire day, putting us on Islamorada at the time we were supposed to be getting our nails done at Blu Bamboo. I called them from the airport to explain and they could not have been more gracious, thoughtful or kind. They held our reservations and asked me to call if I thought we wouldnt make it. I fell asleep in the car and didnt call when we missed our appointment (because we were still an hour drive out). They still let us come in and gave my 2 girls (10 & 5) quick mani/pedis between appointments, doted on them & how cute they were in their wedding outfits and made them feel so special. They had a beautiful atmosphere, great selection of nail polishes, and made what was a really frustrating situation feel a lot better.

    The staff was super friendly and gave us great trip advice. They showed us a brochure with things to do and places to eat nearby. I highly recommend to wait to do your nails here! Don’t do it before the trip but on your trip!! Thank you 🙏 so nice there and great service

    Wonderful place! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the lady who did my eyebrows talked to me through the whole process and made sure I loved my brows before I left!
