Ciao Bella is one of the best, if not the best spa and salon in Florida Keys. Alda, a hairdresser, does an amazing job working with long and short hair. For New Year’s Eve I thought for a minute just to simply treat myself to a day at the spa ( Ciao Bella ) I couldn’t of imagined what that actually meant … and how spiritually healing it became .. I signed up for the usual hair appointment with Nicole .. who gets my crazy need to change my hair constantly .. and always knows what to do even before I do !! Thank you so much Nicole !!!! Then I decided to treat myself for a facial with Gilda .. not knowing in forever what that actually meant ….Gilda walked me through a corridor of candles … notes of Jasmin and lavender flowing through out… the passage to my bed … my facial room … Gilda explains so benevolently how it all works … suddenly I am transcended into this crazy awesome gentle Buddha like spiritual healing moment … wow !!! That warm heated blanket… to fall into … the warm towels .. and stones … the gentle notes of distant music .. and the kind touch and words of Gilda got me …The perfect way to spend any day !!!! But yet I got the pleasure to spend my New Year’s Eve with such an amazing loving and kind group of people !!!Forever thank you Ciao Bella ♥️

I wish I could give Ciao Bella 100 stars! Saw Alda for bridal hair and makeup and she is amazing . I have never felt so beautiful in my life!! She is a true artist and a beautiful soul. I have attended yoga classes at Ciao Bella since last summer and I love it! It has improved my flexibility, balance, and endurance. As an almost 75 year-old cancer survivor, I am amazed at how good yoga makes me feel. The instructors are fantastic. I have done suspended yoga with Glenda Renkes and Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga with Kristy Bohnstedt. Classes are offered four days a week right now. You can sign up on the Ciao Bella Web Site.

Went for a massage with my husband while in the keys for vacation. Was very impressed with the location, staff and spa experience. It was very clean, calm and tranquil. I had originally booked hair and makeup with a salon/spa in Marathon two months before my wedding. They called me 24 days before the wedding to tell me there was another bridal party that day and asked if I could push my appointments back and I’d also have to come into the salon, instead of them coming to me. To say the least I was upset, that because I was responsible and booked ahead of time that they would even consider calling me to ask me to rearrange my appointments to accommodate this other bride. So 24 days before my wedding I went in search of someone else to do my hair and makeup. I had heard great things about Ciao Bella Salon/Spa, so I called them. They booked me an appointment and asked me what time I’d like to come in. I arrived and the Salon was gorgeous and the staff members were very nice. I met with my hair/makeup stylist, Erin. First time meeting her, on my wedding day!!! I showed her some pictures and away she went. She is so nice, loved talking to her and she listened to what I wanted. My makeup was perfect. In fact, a couple days later I contacted her and asked what foundation she used, because it was perfectly color matched to my skin tone. And my hair could have not turned out more beautiful! My hair stayed put all night and my makeup lasted through a night time of dancing! I will be seeing Erin and Ciao Bella Salon/Spa again soon. They have found a new customer!And again, a huge thank you to Erin!! You nailed it! ❤️

Michelle did an amazing job on my hair and makeup for my wedding. I have very unruly, frizzy hair that doesn’t cooperate in high humidity. The day of my wedding, it was hot and raining. My hair stayed absolutely flawless as did my makeup! The staff at Ciao Bella were very accommodating! I called a week before my wedding trying to get a nail appointment for my daughter. There were no openings so I told them “no worries, I just thought I’d check” A few days later I received a call letting me know a spot had opened up for my daughter. I didn’t even ask to be put on a cancellation list. I don’t think you can ask for better customer service!

This is the PERFECT salon for brides! I had my bridal hair and makeup trial done by Michelle in October 2017 to prep for my February 2018 wedding. Upon first arrival, I was greeted with such a warm welcome by the owner, Bella. She is so nice and sincere. Michelle proceeded to do my makeup and hair and listened to every request and idea I envisioned for myself. She worked her beauty magic on me that day and then on my wedding day! Her and Rene came to wedding location and did makeup and hair for my entire bridal party and mothers. Michelle and Rene are AMAZING! The entire salon is amazing! You wont regret choosing Ciao Bella for your big day!

Erin is absolutely fabulous! She listens and makes the best recommendations for what will work best for your personal needs. I have long, thick, full hair and she has helped me keep it healthy all year long. She cut, colored and styled it look great regardless of the heat and humidity and to fit my lifestyle. No matter what I say, it wont be good enough. Whether you are visiting the Keys or live here, you are in for a special treat when you go to Ciao Bella. Everyone seems to be treated like royalty but they make you feel like you are the most important one of all. Ive had my haircut here, a massage, and mani/pedis, all have been great, BUT, yesterday with Gilda was over the top! I went in for a facial and left feeling more pampered than ever! Ive had facials before (not here) where the aesthetician would leave the room while the product sat on my face. Not Gilda! She wont waste a second that can be spent pampering you, from hot stones to massage... she has the magic gift! Also, since I have very light blonde eyebrows and eyelashes she suggested tinting, which I was a little hesitant to do. All I can say about that is, I wish Id done it sooner. Whether you visit Rene or Virginia for color or cut, Julia for nails, or Karen for an incredible massage at Ciao Bella you are in great hands. The salon recently prepped us for our engagement pictures and headshots and we couldn’t be more excited to have them with us on our wedding day in November!

Erin saved my hair💙💙 for years I couldn’t get my hair to grow and do highlights at the same time. So I felt like I had a stick with my natural dark color until I met her. She changed the game now it’s two years that I’ve been getting my hair done from her and my hair has grown over 7 inches, I finally feel happy with my hair. And it’s all because of her I drive an hour and 15 minutes just to get my hair done from her because she knows what she’s doing. I’m making this review from my husband’s account. I had a deep tissue massage this morning. Natalia was the massage therapist. I’ve had 100’s of deep tissue massages in my life and this is the best massage of all of them. I get a deep tissue massage every 3 weeks but after today’s massage with Natalia, I booked an 80 minute deep tissue massage with her for every week for the next 3 weeks. She’s amazing.

Bella and her incredible staff took care of me in my hour of need and man, did they deliver! I found out 2 days before my wedding that my hairstylist was no longer available. I contacted the salon and Bella worked her magic and found the most wonderful stylist to take care of me and my girls. Crisis averted!! Bler was an absolute joy and her work was INCREDIBLE! The entire staff is dedicated to making sure you are taken care of on your big day- your happiness is the most important thing and you can truly tell that! I am so thankful for this team and would trust them 100% over and over again. If you need someone trustworthy and has a caliber of skill well above the rest, Ciao Bella is the only place to go!

My husband and I were on vacation in Islamorada and decided to get last minute massages. We found Ciao Bella online and saw they had great reviews. We called that morning and were able to get a same-day, 90-minute couples massage...and it did not disappoint! The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable right as we walked in the door. The spa facilities were gorgeous and oozed relaxation. You have no idea theres a bustling salon just on the other side of the wall! Tracy and Karen were both fabulous and we left thoroughly relaxed. I would highly recommend!

We highly recommend Ciao Bella Salon, the staff there is so warm and welcoming and very helpful. The salon itself is beautifully styled both inside and out. We had the best facial we have ever had. Not even exaggerating. My face has never felt this good! The facial staff was extremely knowledgeable and performed the exact service that our skin needed. Our massage therapist tuned into what we needed and did a great job. I even stayed for a haircut which was great. This is a must stop for us. Wish we lived closer!! They really are best.

What a wonderful experience! I love this spa, and if I lived in Islamorada, this would be where I would go to get all of my spa treatments. I visited for the first time last week and got a spa pedicure and an anti-aging facial with dermaplaning. The services were luxurious -- everything I could have imagined and more. They also offer a visit to their steam room once you enter the spa portion -- it was so refreshing! I will absolutely be back when we come to Islamorada again.The owner is also such a delight!

I booked a couples massage for my husband and I for His 40th birthday while we were staying In Islamorada! The booking process was easy and over the phone. We arrived on time and they greeted us right at the door and took us right away! We had Autumn and Jeanette for masseuses. They were great! My husband had Autumn and he said she had magical hands! Wow!! One of the very best massages I’ve ever had and incredibly professional. Tracey, knew just were to apply deep pressure to help elevate tension in my shoulders and neck. Can’t wait to go back!! Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else. I’ve tried several resorts and they have the best staff for all services. I’ve also gotten my hair done here and it’s come out incredible every time.

Went in for a couples massage and we came out brand new people. The back massage area of the salon is like a whole other world. Private, relaxing, and rejuvenating are the words that come to mind. Definitely recommend the 90 minute massage… I could be there all day!

3 girls came and did hair and make up for my friends wedding. I have curly hair so i contacted them ahead of time you see if I should straighten it first or leave it curly. The owner was more than accommodating and I was able to straighten my hair before hand. My hair turned out phenomenal and actually stayed! ( that never happens). I was initially worried since ive never had anyone else do my make up (im sort of picky)! Michelle did my makeup and it turned out absolutely amazing! Ive never gotten so many compliments before! I wish i lived closer to have my makeup done all the time!

As you can see, I have short hair and it seriously needed a trim. I took a chance and stopped in this morning. I asked if they had someone who was good at cutting short hair. When you look on salon websites, they always show photos of long hair and wedding parties. I was lucky and Renae was available and she did a great job. She quickly figured out my hair and how to cut it just right. She also finger dried it the way I like. I highly recommend the salon and Renae in particular.

This was by far my favorite nail experience. I was greeted by 3 really nice people at the front desk. They were polite, warm and organized. Amanda was an angel - she was friendly, attentive and my nails have never looked better. I regret that the location isn’t closer to my house or I would be there every week.

My only regret with Ciao Bella is that I didnt call them sooner! I went around and around with other local makeup artists who either didnt listen to what I was looking for, or were just outrageously expensive. I had basically given up on trying to find anyone within the price range my bridesmaids were prepared for and what I thought was reasonable. Finally I was exasperated and only a few weeks from my wedding. I thought there was no way Ciao Bella would have availability for me during peak season and at the last minute.From the moment I spoke to Bella, I felt at ease. She was SO sweet to me, so accommodating, and seemed like she truly cared about our special day. It meant so much to me. There were a few other weddings booked for our day, but she assured me she had someone perfect who would be there.She sent Sabina, an angelic make up ninja goddess! Sabina showed up early to set up, and was ready to get started even before planned! She started with my mom, and did such an amazing job. My mother wears makeup daily, but I had never seen her in such gorgeous makeup. She looked absolutely stunning. Sabina listened to my mom, used her professional judgement, and just did a fabulous job accentuating her beautiful features without going too heavy!She was done right on time and ready to start my makeup!Sabina listened to EVERYTHING I said, took her time without going overboard (Ive heard horror stories of MUA meaning well, but throwing everyone way off schedule) and did an overall AMAZING job. My makeup was absolutely perfect and photographed so well! It stayed on and in place all afternoon until the early morning hours, despite a lot of hugs, sweating, tears, wind, more tears, and overall craziness of the day.Sabina was so sweet, kind, caring, and did a fantastic job. I was beyond happy and would absolutely hire her again!

This place is beautiful! What a gorgeous high end spa and salon. The people who work there are friendly and so helpful. I was there for a spray tan which was done by Denise by hand, it was my first experience being sprayed by a person instead of going into a mystik tan machine. The results were great my tan looks natural not orange at all and no streaks! Worth every penny! I cannot wait to come back and get a massage or a facial at this place. Go and check this place out you will not be dissapointed!

I am from nJ and I have many allergies that make my eyes itchy and water, and of course I rub them which in turn smears the little makeup I wear. I just got permanent eyeliner two days ago and I think it’s awesome!! No worries about it smearing and just a thin line looks very natural! Staff was absolutely wonderful in making me comfortable during the process, which hurt a lot less than I expected. Great place - I would recommend!!

Two friends and I spent last weekend in Islamorada and at the last minute booked services at Ciao Bella.When I saw the $125 price tag for my facial, I was a little shocked until I realized that the facial includes everything; there are no additional ala cart services. The esthetician waxed my brows, tinted my brows, tinted my lashes, performed a laser treatment to help with redness and fine lines....and then moved on to a more traditional facial.It was the best facial I have ever had. I highly recommend Ciao Bella and will book with them again if (when?) I return to Islamorada.
