    Although DeDe was recommended by many people (locals and tourists) I appreciated very much that the office staff called me back and offered a cancelled appointment the next day. As a new patient, I did not expect this. I was greeted by friendly staff was taken in on time. Dede listened, asked pertinent questions and offered great advice. The medications and bill were all reasonable. I could not be happier with my visit to this office. I highly recommend Keys Dermatology and especially DeDe Vazquez.

    Very wonderful staff!! I visited the Islamorada location for a lipoma removal and I am beyond satisfied with the results. Most importantly, I loved how they protected patients HEPA Confidentiality by crossing out their names in black once they signed in.     After a bit of a delay due to complications beyond anyones control I was seen. A complete check of the body was done. Areas of concern were addressed. Very professional group of people. They beat the other guys hands down, no comparison. I didnt feel like I was getting the bums rush as I did with the other guys. I hope they stay here and continue to provide the care that a patient requires.

    Deedee is effective and efficient. Extremely pleasant experience.Just went for my second visit. I was able to schedule within about a month; the weight in the waiting room was less than five minutes; the weight in the inside room was less than five minutes; and I was in and out. The entire appointment was a total of 17 minutes after my schedule time. Dee Dee wins my vote 1000%.

    Didi is the best . As someone whom has had to deal with skin issues over the years she is the best. I strayed away for 5 years due to a temporary move. I regret that I thought there were equally good care on the mainland. Thank goodness I came back home to terrific skin care. Also the office staff and scheduling staff are superior.     I was referred for an annual full body evaluation by my doctor at Baptiste. Super friendly check in, efficient with use of iPad for paperwork. The building is a renovated space and light and clean. The nurses and dermo I saw thorough and professional, glad I was able to stay local with my doctors appointment and get a clean scan of healthy skin. She was able to explain a few of my concerns clearly and with a degree of warmth as she listened to me. I’m glad I don’t have to go back for another year, but would feel confident if I had any issues this office would offer professional care.

    Very professional and well organized but appointment times versus actual times had a slippage of 15 minutes. In addition expected for first visit to show 30 minutes before appointment time for a lot of paperwork - this 30minutes is fairly standard for many medical offices but the 15minutes slippage beyond means for a first appointment that you are there 45minutes before the scheduled time.Otherwise very good.

    Very professional and friendly staff. So far, I’ve just had blue light therapy with DeeDee and assistants. It’s been all good and I’m pleased with results so far. Just be patient with the phone system. Calls go to some switchboard somewhere in Florida but, Allison at the Islamorada office is great about calling you back.

    This office stays full 5 days a week; the only time the parking area has space is when it’s closed, so I had concerns about even getting an appointment for a couple of months; however, I called and was able to book for the following week.My appointment was for 10:45 and at 10:45 I was being seen; had an excision done and was on my way home at 11:15 am. This office is extremely efficient and all staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr came in, introduced himself, performed the procedure, and wished me a great holiday season.I appreciate a medical practice that values my time as much as they value their own.

    Wonderful experience I’ve tried another dermatologist in the keys and it was a terrible experience left feeling I wasn’t properly scanned for skin cancer and overcharged.     This was my first time visiting Keys Dermatology in Islamorada and it was the best experience. The receptionist was very welcoming + the sign in paper work was easy to fill out. I didn’t wait very long to see the doctor at all. Dee Dee Vasquez is the nicest most knowledgeable dermatologist I have ever been to! Her nurse was extremely nice and gave me extra bandages for home! She helped with a cyst on my back that was angry + made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole procedure.
