I truly cannot say enough about Dr. Bafitis and his team. They are exceptional! The entire office is professional and they put your mind at ease with the knowledge and care they provide. I would not trust anyone but Bafitis Plastic Surgery for all of your needs. They are all there to answer any questions you may have. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in to when I walked out. I will let you know about my journey in a couple of months because I can already tell I am having great results. Dr. Bafitis is a wonderful surgery. He really cares about his patient appearances. I have had 3 surgeries with him and I was very satisfied each time. He advised me different options to choose from. I had my plastic surgery with Dr.Bafitis on February 12,2024 and I just can’t explain how happy I am with my results, he did a tummy tuck with lipo on the sides he did breast lift with augmentation and added some fat in the breast to add some cleavage and it looks amazing and just looks natural. I was referred to Dr. Bafitis by my nurse practitioner. I first went for a consult. He was very kind, honest and very truthful. I decided after a few months to return for my procedure an abdominalplasty with hernia repair. During the preparation for the procedure and post procedure, Dr. Bafitis has been wonderful. He is caring, attentive, teaches you in detail what will happen to your body after surgery. He is patient and very attentive. He treats you as if you are his family member. He is the surgeon, but cares about your health and addresses everything of concern regarding your health. I am very pleased with my results. I met Dr. Bafitis over 10 years ago through the spa I owned. He was seeking services that could enhance and benefit his patients’ health and well-being. His concern for his patients really made an impression on me. So when I recently considered having a breast lift that was on my bucket list for 15 years, he came to my mind. I booked a consultation and felt so welcomed and felt he and his staff genuinely listened to what I was looking for in results. They were able to squeeze me in during my holiday break so I wouldn’t miss a beat at work. My pre-op meeting was very detailed and he continued to ask if I had any more questions. Dr. Bafitis shared a report he wrote and was published for the American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery for my specific procedure. It was very well written and explained all details of the procedure he was performing on me. I’m now 3 weeks post-op and so far VERY happy with my results. I have very minimal cuts and stitches. During the process, I chose to do a very small implant so I could continue participating in the outdoor activities I enjoy. I also chose not to do any pain meds during recovery. Although Dr. Bafitis was not a proponent of me doing this, he was supportive of my wishes. With great joy, I recommend Dr. Bafitis and his staff for all of your cosmetic surgery needs, especially breast lifts and augmentation.

I am extremely thrilled with the outcome of my surgery with Dr. Bafitis. I first went to Dr. Bafitis because my Ob/Gyn doctor of 25 years whom I totally trust and respect referred to him. He told me that Dr. Bafitis is a great surgeon and therefore I ended up learning that myself!👍 Over the past 20 years I had struggled with my breast implants capsulling and causing me numerous problems, therefore I made the decision to get rid of them for good. My surgery consisted of the removal of my breast implants (with capsulectomy and removal of scar tissue), mastopexy (breast lift), and fat graphing with liposuction. He transferred fat from my stomach to my breasts. Prior to surgery I was a 36DDD, and now Im a beautiful, natural 36C and implant free. Dr. Bafitis did beautiful work reconstructing my breasts. My body had been telling me to remove those implants for years and the outcome of this surgery went beyond any of my expectations. So, if you have surgery with him, rest assured your in great hands! My wife and I went to Dr. Bafitis to get some work done as a retirement present for each other. The staff (Megan and Ronnie) were so helpful and considerate both pre and post op. As a guy, I was a little apprehensive about getting my eyes refreshed but Megan, Ronnie and Dr. Bafitis always made me feel at home with the process. I am a cancer survivor and had to have reconstructive surgery 15 years ago. When it was time to have my implants replaced, I did not hesitate to call Dr Bafitis again. The effort he puts into doing a GREAT job can not be expressed with words. His office staff is on point and always there with answers to any question. Being a survivor, the surgery is a lot more extensive than a breast enlargement. With that said the financial gain is NOT there for Dr Bafitis. He has a big, kind heart and Cares. Would not go anywhere else.

Due to a workmen’s comp case, I was placed into the care of Dr. Bafitis and his team. I truly got lucky! I could not have wished for a better surgeon and outcome. I was explained in a very understandable way the details of the procedure and what to expect after the surgery. The result of the surgery is amazing. I had a broken nose which disfigured my nose/face and at the same time caused other breathing issues. Dr. Bafitis was able to fix my nose and make it look better than ever while also improving my breathing. My nose looks amazing. He is a true artist. I can’t recommend him and his office enough.

Dr. Bafitis saved my life. Literally. I am a senior, and In July 2021, I was diagnosed with a level 4, stage 1C melanoma on my underarm that was fast spreading. I had not been in contact with him for over 25 years so I wasnt sure he would remember me from calling on him as a surgical equipment rep years ago. I had recently moved to the Melbourne area two hours away and was told that it may take some time to see an oncologist or any provider for treatment. So, I contacted Dr Bafitis to see if he could help me get in to see a doctor sooner with his contacts. He responded within hours and assured me he could. Within only four days, he had organized a team of surgeons and doctors for me, and secured an appointment in a week at the local hospital to remove the melanoma and follow up until I was clear of any cancer, etc. This accomplishment alone was a miracle in itself as the hospital was in the throws of caring for people with the covid variant. The surgery by Dr Bafitis and his team went smooth and the recovery was remarkable with barely any pain or issues. Dr Bafitis arranged for me to stay one night at the hospital because I live alone and needed the attention the first night. The hospital staff treated me like a queen, too. I am sure it is because Dr. Bafitis has such a good reputation there. I firmly believe that if I had been forced to wait to see an oncologist in my area, the outcome of my melanoma treatment would have been different. Because Dr. Bafitis removed it quickly, it had not spread anywhere, and I was cleared of any cancer by a PET scan that his oncologist referral requested in September 2021. I believe Dr. Bafitis saved my life because he responded so quickly.When I followed up with Dr Bafitis in October 2021, he noticed I had recent surgery by my Dermatologists on my nose and chest for Basal and Squamous skin cancer lesions from the sun. He suggested I get fractional ablative CO2 laser treatment for them because they were coming so frequently and I was getting scarred up from all the surgeries as each one appeared. This treatment has been known to destroy any hidden basal and squamous cell carcinomas for about 7 years. After my Dermatologist affirmed her support of this treatment, I had it done in early December 2021 by Dr. Bafitis and his staff at his office. Medicare would not cover this treatment since it is normally done for cosmetic reasons. So , Dr Bafitis generously gave me a discount so I would have it done, because he knew I was unemployed and financially limited. He didnt have to do that, but thats the kind heart he has when he sees patients suffering like me. His kindness let me feel dignity and respect the entire time I have had to see him. His caring way also gave me priceless peace of mind. When I followed up with him on the CO2 treatment, he discovered some basal and squamous cell areas that need more treatment. I am so grateful he wants to help me cure them, too, with a special treatment.All in all, I cant say enough good things about Dr. Bafitis. He is my hero and I will always be grateful he helped me through this difficult, crazy time. My health and my dignity survived it all thanks to him.Dee Maynard

Dr. Bafitis performed 2 surgeries on myself and one on my significant other and we could not be happier with the whole experience. Every time he not only addressed the cosmetic results, but function. I cant remember the time in my life when I could breath through my nose and Dr. Bafitis took time and effort (many extra hours in surgery) to make sure my nose looks great and works! For my spouses issue he suggested a different solution from what others were offering that worked out beautifully.Aside from truly impressive surgical and artistic talents, Dr. Bafitis is extremely personable, enthusiastic, attentive and responsive (at all times of day!). I can’t say enough great things about Dr Bafitis and his staff. He and them are way above the rest. I had developed a large incisional hernia off my abdomen after being in the hospital for two months following a motorcycle wreck I was involved in February of 2021. I searched a long time for the right doctor to handle this extra large hernia before meeting with Dr. Bafitis. The first and second surgeons I met with both said that this was going to be a complicated procedure. As this was not your typical hernia repair and would require two surgeons to do it properly. I knew instantly after meeting Dr Bafitis that he was the right man for the job and he too said that he would require help from an assisting surgeon. As it turns out the very first surgeon I saw named Dr Bacha was someone that Dr Bafitis had worked with many times before. So between the two of them I was in the right hands and ready the next steps. My surgery was originally scheduled for December of 2021 because I was trying to get it done before the calendar year was over. I had already met all my insurance deductibles and out of pocket maximums for the year being that I spent two months in the hospital earlier in the year. I arrived at the hospital at 5:30 in the morning December 28th and got as far as having an IV in my arm. I was ready to go before Dr Bafitis and Dr Bacha came into my room to explain to me that my surgery was being postponed due to much of the hospital staff tested positive with covid. Dr Bafitis bedside manner was absolutely great and he kept my spirits high. He told me this is not my fault and that all things happen for a reason and not to worry. He said we will reschedule and get the insurance on board with not starting over with a new deductible. Which he was right he did get the insurance to understand that this delay was no fault of my own and therefore I should not have to pay a deductible again. The surgery went exactly as we’d planned and so has the recovery. I highly recommend Dr Bafitis. He is so down to earth and really takes his time with describing the work that your getting done. He was truly a blessing that was put in front of me. He is also with my consent using my case to lecture new young doctors on the procedure I had done called component separation or reconstruction of the abdomen down in Miami. Thank god for Dr Bafitis!!!!

After an accidental fall which tore the left breast off my chest wall, I sought the advice of a professional surgeon. After speaking with three, and the last surgeon telling me, he just did not feel qualified to do the type of surgery that would be required to get the result I needed, I began to look out of state. That is when I contacted Dr. Bafitis, who has had many years of surgical expertise. He had a great personality which is not the norm for many surgeons. They are all soooo serious.I scheduled a flight to meet with Dr. Bafetis.When I arrived, I first met his staff, and his assistant, all of whom were very warm and personable, as well as very informative, especially with a million questions that I needed answered. Dr. Bafetis was very professional, with a great sense of humor. He explained the risks, what might be involved, and what I could expect, but most importantly, he assured me he could do the surgery. Thats what I needed to hear. I had been in pain for the past 6 months.The surgery was scheduled. I remember while I was being prepared for surgery feeling nervous, but Dr. Bafetis with his great bedside manner and positive attitude, had me laughing. Dr. Bafitis performed a rhinoplasty (nose job) on me 17 months ago. My nose had been operated on twice by another physician who took out too much cartilage and did not correct my deviated septum. Dr. Bafitis recently performed a septoplasty /rhinoplasty on me and I am thrilled with the results. My main concern initially was cosmetic, but he rightfully redirected my primary focus to be on my breathing. Dr. Bafitis spent six hours operating on me, adding a reduction to then turbinates and taking several other measures to ensure my results would be perfect. Any other surgeon would have done what is minimally necessary and gone on with his life, and this is where, in choosing a surgeon, one must consider the character of the man, not just the skill of the surgeon and reviews online.
