Great experience with this locally owned/run salon! Erica and Haley are true artists! Dont let the laid-back vibe fool you, these women know what they are doing! They use high quality products, dont skimp on application of products and were fun and easy to work with! Haley worked extremely hard to transform my hair and I am in love with the results! My moms cut and highlights turned out beautiful too! Dont hesitate to give this salon a try! I will definitely be back! Thanks, Kai and Co!

It takes a lot of trust to go to a salon you’ve never been to 2 DAYS before your wedding, but the owner did an AMAZING job of my hair.I had a destination wedding in KW, and my hairdresser in DC let me down and left me with serious dark roots.My hair is really dark, and really stubborn. Usually, it takes hairdressers a few times before they get it right.This time, I was absolutely desperate to have my hair perfect for the big day and was willing to take a risk.The owner squeaked me in LAST minute on a weekend, and took hours to get my hair just the right shade of shimmery blonde.She also put in some rose colored pieces, and added them into my extensions too.I’ll be honest, I don’t remember what I paid, but whatever it was, totally worth having the look I wanted!

Have to share how wonderful Haley is!! I needed a last minute style appointment, she got me in (was super prompt and flexible when I needed to change time) but most important she did SUCH a wonderful job styling my hair and was educating and kind as can be every step of the way. Oh! Plus SUPER reasonable. She really saved me as I know I’d never have pulled it together nearly as well as she did for me. Big kudos to Haley, highly highly recommend!!

Ive been coming to Kai Salon for about a year. They are always friendly, and even when busy, I always feel my time is respected. I see Annaliese and she does fantastic job on my hair. She really knows her stuff. Her color and cut is always 100% on point. My hair has never looked so good or been so long and so healthy! I definitely recommend trying Kai Salon if you are looking for a quality salon in Key West.

I have been seeing Erica for over a year for balayage, cuts and blow outs. She does an excellent job and she is very easy going and funny. The salon has a nice ambience. I am very pleased with their services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality hair care in the Keys!

I traveled down to Key West for work and needed a haircut to look good for the new job. I didn’t have time to get one from the person I usually do back home and so I was nervous to find someone new here. I love KW but so many tourist traps and so I did a bit of research. I found Kai & Co. They have good reviews and good prices so I gave it a shot (hoping the low prices didn’t mean low quality). What a pleasant surprise, the stylist are all pros, all really nice, locally owned and the owner was there and happy to hear how pleased I was with my cut. This is absolutely my go-to place from now on when I’m in KW.

Love Love my new do’! I am new to town and chose this place based on reviews. I had Erica as my stylist. I showed her a few photos of styles I loved and she did everything I was looking for! I also equally enjoyed the vibe in the salon too. So stoked to find this place. 11/10 would recommend

I needed my roots done on vacation before a family wedding and didn’t want to fly home to get it colored. I emailed Kai and co my situation and they set me up with an appointment the next week with Annaliese. She was professional, skilled and gave me exactly what i wanted!! If I lived down here I would become a regular customer! I’m not exaggerating. She did a partial highlight and toned it and I’m in love

I was visiting Key West & desperately needed a cut. Kai & Co have excellent reviews. Laurie advised me about which cuts would suit my needs. I dont like to spend much time on my hair & asked about going short. She explained that a short hair style could required more time than my current bob. She took a lot off the length and show me some styling tips.She did a fabulous job. I learned a lot from Laurie. Plus, she was fun & friendly & not judgemental.

My first haircut since covid-19 started. I have a short haircut I was stressed about it as you can’t hide or fix a short haircut easily. Ana Lise was awesome! She made me feel me again and gave a the perfect cut, just the way I wanted it. Ask for her, you won’t be disappointed!

I cant say enough about this salon! I walked in with some very neglected roots and blonde gone bright yellow/bronze ends. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Erica did everything she could to fix this in a small timeframe. She did an amazing job color correcting and gave me the all over ash-blonde color that I was looking for! The salon is fun and modern with great music and even coffee. The girls work together as a team and that is a welcome change compared to other salons I have been to. I will be back to Kai and Co!

Great haircuts, fantastic services, love the atmosphere, nothing but a wonderful experience to leave you feeling more beautiful than when you came in! I have had this problem with my hair as I got older. The front receded and the back rolled up. I have been to many salons and asked to cut the back shorter, but it still needed a mound of gel to brush it down . Jackie cut my hair and she finally took car of my problem. She is kind, very knowledgeable of her craft and if you need a haircut see Jackie. The best haircut I have received in years. Thank you.

My go to hair salon for the last year and a half. All the girls are friendly, non-judgmental and listen to what you want. They are also excellent at suggesting hair styles and color. Ive had Annalise and Erica and they were GREAT!

Read the reviews, thought it was time for a change. What a pleasant experience! Was so impressed, went back for a high light, low light, brazillian blow out. So very pleased. Kandi is very talented. I will be using her for my hair needs. While getting my treatments, I was able to watch the other very talented people work their magic. This is a true hidden gem. Dont hesitate, you wont be sorry.
