    We happened on this massage place by accident. We were looking for couples massage while we were in town and they were incredibly accommodating and got us in the very next day after we called.This was the absolute BEST massage I have EVER had! You will not regret going and it is 1000% worth the price. Do yourself a favor and book with Amys Island Massage the next time youre in town!

    I got a massage from Tim, he was very professional and as a woman I felt safe with him as he communicated and explained what he was doing and most importantly asked permission to do the technique that would help with the areas of tension I highlighted during the both the written and verbal intake.With him being a male massage therapist he gave the upmost respect to any boundaries I had or thought I may have from his own past experiences with more sensitive individuals. He worked efficiently and checked in with his pressure and asked permission to apply more pressure on areas that needed it.Timā€™s a funny guy but kept everything professional and respectful. He even demonstrated and suggested what stretches I can do to help with the misalignment that I have causing pain and how itā€™s effecting other parts of my body.As a massage therapist myself, I highly recommend booking a session with Tim.     Amy is extremely skilled and very knowledgeable in the muscle/skeletal system. She preformed the best deep tissue massage I have ever had (My Mother was a massage therapist). After days of sleeping on a suboptimal bed on vacation my shoulders were very beat up, she patched me right up. I didnt even have to tell her where the problem areas were, she latched into them right away. Very relaxing and a she was a very sweet human being. You will not regret your time with her.

    This massage was AMAZING and exactly what I needed! I experience a lot of stress and anxiety related neck and back pain and Amy was able to help me so much. I chose this location because of all of the amazing reviews and they were all SO TRUE! she was able to help me realize what was going on with my body and muscles and knew all of the problem points to target. I left feeling so much better and will be seeing her regularly now as this places massage left me feeling better mentally and physically. I had so many knots, tightened muscles, and alignment issues I didnā€™t even realize snd i feel so much better after learning about what was going on with my body and feeling relief after she was able to target it with a combination of massage techniques she recognized would help my current needs. This is the best massage spot in the keys and if you are in need of a great massage do not hesitate to call and book an appointment! she was able to fit me in very soon and offers such fair prices for the work she does. This place is the best in the business, are incredibly kind, and really know what they are doing!

    My wife and I booked a last minute couples massage with Amy and Tim looking for something to do during downtime on our Key West vacation. It was an *excellent* decision! Amy was able to work us in her schedule with quick communication. Tim did my massage and it was the best deep tissue work Iā€™ve ever had done. Hands down. You can tell he has years of experience, is highly educated in his practice, and simply has a ton of pride in his abilityii to give you a therapeutic experience. He quickly diagnosed my problem areas and went to work. He worked hard to give me the best outcomes in the time we had. (as a heads up, you might be asked to extend your time during your massage - which I wish I could have!) My hips and lower back havenā€™t felt so good my entire adulthood. If you have a chance, donā€™t hesitate to give them a try.

    Review for AmyAmy gave me a massage that my body needed when I went to her yesterday. I was running late so I didnā€™t really get a chance to go over any ailments/needs/complaints due to me running late for the appointment which was a very last minute appointment. Without me telling her anything, she found everything! In my amazing 3 hour session, she found my old knee injury, TMJ (I didnā€™t realize I had going on), and also some beginning of Tennis Elbow that had been brewing for a while that I forgot about until she found the knots. Amy gives a massage by detailing it to what your body is telling her because she is in tune with what is going on. This is no generic ā€œfluffyā€ massage you may get at other places. This was Thai, reflexology, stretching, lymphatic drainage, postural alignment and much more mixed all together. I was left speechless by what I experienced and I know that even though I have some soreness today, I will feel so much better. I would fly from Texas to Key West to go to Amy and fly back. That is how amazing she is! Thank you Amy!

    I highly recommend this spa! My massage was amazing and left me feeling so relaxed. Amy was my masseuse and she did such a great job. She was also super sweet and fun to talk to.Tim was the masseuse that my sister in law had and she also loved her experience. Tim and Amy are genuinely kind people and great at what they do!

    We had a couples massage with Amy & Timothy. They knew exactly what we needed. They are both very skilled and talented. Ive had many massages, none as good as the one I received from Amy. Shes truly a gem and gave me the best massage Ive ever had. She was very in tune with my body, my muscles were very tight.     Booked a massage for my husband and I for our honeymoon. Amy absolutely spoiled me!! I felt like puddy in her hands and it was amazing. I needed that massage. She worked areas that desperately needed attention. DO NOT pay attention to any reviews saying she is too hard. If she doesnt work the muscle then she isnt doing her job.I highly recommend a visit to Amy. It is clear she knows what she is doing!

    Hands down the best massage of my life!I have been using massage for over 15 years to deal with and tear from athletics and side effects from a surgery I needed, but left me with nagging issues. This was the best!Amy was able to size up decades of trouble within 1 min (literally) of starting with me, and even knowing a couple things no one notices without me telling them. She even noticed one thing before we started just by looking at me. It was like she was inside my head. Before I could tell her what I needed, she ready was doing it. Never had a massage therapist so intuitive and effective. There was not a thing she missed, and she even found stuff I didnt realize I had!I need deep pressure on my issues. She used her feet, arms, and hands and got into every trouble spot. It is really hard to find a massage therapist who uses the feet technique in her practice, and she mastered it!As an amateur athlete, she is exactly what I need!I could not give higher praise for Amys massage, and she has a pleasant and fun personality as well! You will NOT be disappointed!My only regret is that she doesnt live where I am from, so I cant put her on retainer as my personal massage therapist! šŸ˜€

    Iman is the absolute best! After 2 sessions, my left side, which was super tight with knots and scar tissue from an old injury, was totally released and pain free! She completely released it.     This is my one and only go to spot in Key West. Amy is surgical in her precision. Her kinesiology is unmatched. The lower and more rigid table allows Amy to really get where she needs to go in terms of depth and angle. She targets your trouble areas and wonā€™t let it go until it is fixed. This is a medical grade, clinical massage. She is going to push your pain tolerance when needed.However, the relief for true pain sufferers as she works the trigger points make the temporary well worth it. If staying in Key West, treat yourself to a truly professional and medical grade massage with Amy.

I wonder if the lady with the bad review was rating the Green Island massage on Fleming. I have been to Amy and Tim many times, and EVERY visit was beyond expectations.     Enthusiastically greeted at this spa started our appointment off perfectly.Amy gave me one of the most productive massages ever. Digging into my neck problems associated with my TMJ problem and my arthritis in both large toes.I fully recommend her and her husband!My only complaint is that the face cradle was not very comfortable.

    If you are looking for top-notch, not for the faint of heart bodywork therapy, you have found the right place. As an athlete, I have probably seen 100 massage therapists in my lifetime, and I would probably rank Amy as #1, certainly top five. Again, this is not fun, it doesnt feel good in the moment and is downright uncomfortable at times, but if you are truly looking for therapy for long term problems, Amy can get you on your feet again. Also, this is not miracle work, it is hard work- if you come in with a lifetime pile of problems you cannot expect to be fixed in one or two sessions. Personally, I am making plans to stay in Key West for three months to get the overdue therapy I need.

    I have had many, many massages in my life, but none have been as extraordinary as the ones I had with Amy at Island Massage. To call it a massage is misleading as it was truly body work. She stretched and worked muscles that I didnt know were tight and worked out kinks I didnt know were there. When I left my body was loose and comfortable in ways I had not experienced in years. It was truly incredible!!!!While she also offers the more traditional Swedish massage, what she did to me was in another league. Amy knows how the body works and intuitively knows how to find whats not right and fix it. Both my wife and I got far more than we expected and returned 3 times over 4 days, feeling better and looser each time.Very highly recommend!!!

    While in Key West, I scheduled a Deep Tissue massage with Amy.Hands down the best Deep Tissue, body work, I have ever received. She is so skilled and knowledgeable, she helped correct issues that I have had for years! In fact, I booked a second session toward the end of my trip. My only regret is that I donā€™t live here and canā€™t get regular sessions. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Amy. I will see her each and every time I visit Key West in the future.

    I am a massage connoisseur, self proclaimed of course! I get massages very very often. Amy is quite possibly the most talented therapist I have ever had. Very intuitive!!! She is small but mighty, some of the massage was super painful, BUT I was totally on board and she asked always if it was ok, She worked on areas until we both felt them release. She could tell so many things just by working on me. I literally asked her to move to my area so that I could go to her weekly!! Ive seen some of the reviews that were less than great and I can tell you that she is an amazing therapist! She def knows her stuff and I recommend her to everyone that visits the Keys!

    Amy is beyond wonderful and as impressively skilled as all of the reviews prior describe. I am beyond grateful I chose to go here, I even came back the following week! Best deep tissue massage Iā€™ve ever had. I slept so much better following this experience. She uses a combination of different techniques that catered to my specific tension. She immediately called out various misalignments in my shoulders/hips without me telling her about them first (all things Iā€™ve been told by physical therapists and chiropractors in the past, and still struggle with). I have a wild amount of tension/knots in my neck and shoulders and a TMJ muscle that isā€¦ just so extremely overworked. Amy helped to release TMJ tension (which is admittedly painful, and oh so necessary) that Iā€™d been holding onto for years. I feel like I carry a lot of trauma in my face muscles related to grief. She helped me in more ways than one. Loved the use of CBD oil as well. I absolutely adore her and am beyond appreciative. I only wish I lived in key west full time so I could see her more!     Across the street from Green Parrot bar is where you want to go. The Island Massage and Day Spa is where you will be treated well. I went in for a 50-minute at 615 p.m. and extended another 50. Amy was wonderful. She has been doing massage for over 19 years and knows what she is doing. Coco treated my husband and she was great as well. Deap tissue, Reiki. Lymphatic, Tai massage. Wonderful massage to treat yourself when you have been walking or after running a half marathon.

    I wish I could give 20 stars!!! This was a life-changing massage with an absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and thoughtful massage therapist. Amy did such a good job at reading what my body needed. I cannot wait for my wife to go to her and everyone I know to be able to gain the relief from all the stress that we hold in our bodies on a day to day basis. I had so much relief, I had tears of joy while in the lobby after I was finished. I wish there was a way to further describe how happy I am that I was able to receive her unbeatable and unmeasurable skill.     Amazing!!! Just the best!! I booked my massage 1 hour before I came in, it was very last minute and Amy was so accommodating. I loved the atmosphere, from the moment i walked in i felt so comfortable. Amy was the sweetest most friendly massage therapist Iā€™ve ever had. Not to mention the massage was 10/10!!!     Unbelievable experience. My wife and I were looking to take a break from the town and relax and could have never expected we were in store for such tremendous massages. Iā€™ve dealt with shoulder and knee injuries in the past and I donā€™t remember a time my body has ever felt this good. The deep tissue/structural/Thai massage combo received was the best massage Iā€™ve ever had in my life. This is a better quality massage than any we have received in any of the resorts in the keys (or anywhere), the knowledge of both therapists was beyond anything we have experienced.     My wife and I love to get massages. We found this little shop in Key West. Not much to look at from the surface but boy let me tell you Amy and Tim will blow your mind with their skills as professional masseuses. We are veterans at getting massages and both walked out of there saying it was hands down the best massages we have ever had. They told both of us ailments we had been dealing with after working on us for a few minutes that neither of us had mentioned to them. They accommodated us when we had to make a short notice time change as well. True masters in their profession. You need to check them out when visiting Key Westā€¦ Thank you Amy and Tim!

    Island Massage & Day Spa is a must, when visiting Key West! Booked a couples massage for my wife and I during our vacation. We were able to get an appointment, same day. The massages....were absolutely amazing! Amy is very intuitive and a great communicator. She is definitely an expert at her craft. Started out with Thai massage, a combination of Swedish/deep-tissue and even did some stretching. Addressed my problem areas and still did a full-body massage. This was not just a massage but an experience! I highly recommend!

    I had a deep tissue massage from Evalina that was absolutely fabulous. It was painful. I was grunting and groaning. I am very sore now and feel so much looser. She instinctively found my pain points without me having to guide her. I recommend Evalina 100%! To the owners of Island Massage: Invest in new head cradles. I had to adjust multiple times because I could feel the metal under the cushion pressing against my face.

They were able to squeeze us in sort of last minute and weā€™re very reasonably priced. Honestly, I was pretty uncomfortable at first as I am a male being worked on by another male (Tim); yet, he made me feel so comfortable. Which I was very thankful for. You know you are about to get great service when the first thing your masseuse (Tim) tells you is that ā€œI am just going to treat you like an old buddy that I havenā€™t seen in years.ā€ My wife was also very pleased with her experience with Amy as well.     Excellent!!! We had a couples massage and we both were in heaven! We added CBD oil which was a nice touch to help the muscles. We highly recommend and will be back.

    The best massage I ever had, I had a problem with my right leg, it was there for long time and I did not know what to do my knee, and my hanstring hurt and after a couple sessions the pain gone, plus I get also a good streching in every session, actually I prefer to get a double session to make sure all my stress is gone, since I work a lot in the computer and my neck and shoulders gat a good therapy with Amy
